The dragons called him the Azure dragon king ,the greatest prodigy of the dragon clan. His enemies called him the Azure fiend not because of the deep azure scales but rather because of one of his legendary spells, Azure world.a spell that can destroy the souls with in his domain and those connected by karma even the so called experts in karma related techniques and dao could not defend themselves when he eradicated a thousand worlds in a single day.
It's said on that day, the skies of said Buddhist worlds turned azure from their golden hue and the worlds simply burnt in azure flames.
The cause of this incident was the extermination of a dragon nest leading to the deaths of millions of dragon surbodinates,hundreds of mature dragons and hatchlings and tens of dragon eggs.
And the excuse given was that apparently an evil dragon inhabited nest and the other dragons protected it.
With no warning whatsoever he attacked a Buddhist world killing a few Bodhisattvas,monks and injuring a half step Buddha, at that time thy thought that was it.it wasn't until a day later that the event that was later known as the azure night took place .
When asked by the envoys from the heavenly emperor as to why he did it,the answer was simple " Not that it's any of that bastard's business but if he really wants to know then it's because an evil monk inhabited the world and all those worlds protected the evil monk".
From that day on ,none dared look down on the beast world and the number of dragon slayers reduced drastically due to a law passed down by the dragon king. " any being that spills a dragon hatchlings blood shall be buried along with his entire family. "

And ladies and gentlemen that is my father as for my mother, she is a red dragon, of high prestige ,a commander feared by all the beast world and yet some from the old generation looked down on her for her common background which led to tensions between the dragon king and the lightning dragon clan which had the support of the noble lineages.
This all changed when mom produced my sister xillia who inherited the ancient bloodline abilities of the azure dragon perfectly and merged them with the red dragon ancient abilities that had been lost.
Though the red dragons were looked down upon, it should be remembered that it had produced a few dragon kings.
It's just that after a few brutal wars and schemes by their enemies, their power had reduced drastically.
Yet having produced such a prodigy the old farts saw an opportunity to reclaim the dragons past glory.
But when it was announced that another egg had been laid, from admiration came fear and a scheme to assassinate future troubles.
The plan almost succeeded yet it did damage the egg irrevocably as curse from the shamanic race was used.
Yet even when everyone including the king himself gave up on the egg, my mom continued taking care of me even as they called her mad.
And so when I hatched, the scene of my parents crying is what greeted me.
