EPILOGUE
A very long time ago, the existence of other creatures was hardly believed. We(humans) thought that only our kind existed in the world, until a very life changing event happened. The vampires and demons reveled themselves to the world after centuries of hiding. It was said that a precious treasure was locked away in the human world and only the chosen one will be able to obtain the treasure. This treasure was none other than the Ancient Holy Dragon which has said to be asleep, waiting for its master to awaken it.
'It is dark and chilly, I felt like my death's was around the corner somehow, there is no doubt that today is my last day on earth. I couldn't see anything but I heard voices though the statements weren't clear but one thing's for sure it was related to the king'.
"wait am I in the palace? But how? Last I remember I was on my way home. Something's very wrong here, how did I come here?"
'Footsteps, it seems someone is approaching, I feel so frightened.'
"who's there? *glass shattering* "show yourself.
A huge figure appeared before me. A very majestic figure, sparkling golden eyes, an angelic face, long, straight legs. I couldn't stop admiring him, he looked so cool.
"Who are you and what are you doing in my room ?" he asked looking surprised.
I really wanted to scream but I just had to hold it in.
"I should be asking you the same thing, don't you think, did you kidnap me by any chance" I asked him with a suspicious look.
I'm not sure I was actually thinking when I said that, it just flew right out of my mouth, but com e to think of it, I don't remember coming here, where am i? I asked, while taking a little peek at the environment.
"Kidnap you?? Are you kidding me, I asked you a question, who are you and how did you get in my room will you talk or should I call the security." He said with a firm voice, his voice was deep and authoritative.
"I really don't know how I got here" I replied.
"what do you mean"
"I was on my way home before...oh my, could this be a dream, am I dreaming."I was unsure at this moment, but there was something about this place that I couldn't understand.
"what are you murmuring" he asked.
"uhhmm….where is this place" I mumbled but I couldn't help but also look at him. His eyes.. there was something about it. He had a very dark aura but I felt somewhat comfortable.
" what sort of question is that, this is the palace" he replied with annoyance.
"palace??, what palace??.....where?.. this came out wrong.
"if your crazy just say so… this is the realm of vampires" he replied.
"vampires?"
*knocks*another figure appeared in the room. It was the prince's closest friend, jaxon and his personal guard.
"Prince davian, the guests have arrived and the king.." he said with emphasis on the king.
"sure, will be down soon"
"Prince davian? You're the prince?" I asked.
"yes, I am prince Davian ,I have some unfinished business with you but for now I need to go attend to some important matters, I will have someone monitor you for security reasons." He called for azrael, his half brother and friend too.
'Why am I here' that kept running through my head.
"Azrael, watch over her"
"yes sir, may I asked who she is,*glaring* I'm not sure I've seen her before, is she your new acquaintance?" Azrael asked.
The two men seemed close but I couldn't figure out how, he spoke with his respect in check. What did he mean by new acquaintance?
" No she isn't, I will be on my way, make sure no one sees her"
Davian's Pov:
I couldn't understand why she was in my room, who could she be. Now I need to attend to my guests, why would the king come to this event.
"Prince Davian, you're here" the king said.
"Your Majesty, its an honor to have you here, I didn't know you attend to such occasion?" I replied.
My father, the king obviously had a reason for coming here and I think I know what that reason is.
" I need to speak with you, prince davian"
We headed to the study
"Father, why have you called for me" I asked him, knowing the reason but wanted a clearer answer.
"Prince davian, how are the arrangements regarding the holy dragon, is there progress, we need to act fast" he said with a concerned look and axious look as well. We needed to retieve the holy dragon before the other realms do, some rumors has been going around that the holy dragon had a master who could awaken it.
"Have you heard the rumors, the holy dragon had a master" the king said with a disturbed look, knowing that the holy dragon existed wasn't enough now it had a master which only it could awaken it.
