After school, Konin was walking back home. Kenya was talking with some friends and turned to Konin, calling out to him as he walked past, but his friends stopped him again.
Kenya hesitated as he looked at them. They all had worried expressions on their face, like they were trying to protect him from something dangerous.
"Can I ask you guys something?" Kenya asked calmly.
"S-sure, what is it?" They forced an awkward smile.
"Why are you guys so against me talking to Konin?"
They hesitated. "W-well..."
"It's because he's a murderer." Someone said from behind.
"M-Magma?!" One of Kenya's friends retorted.
"We can't keep hiding it from him," Magma replied. His voice was strict, and his pupils were diamond shaped like a Lion's. His white hair looked prickly and was red at the edges.
"You're curious about his sins, aren't you?" Magma asked Kenya, staring him straight in the eye.
Kenya looked taken aback, but he nodded his head in agreement.
"Alright then," Magma said, "that guy, Konin. He was arrested a few weeks ago for the murder of a civilian at a grocery shop. The whole thing was caught on camera. There was nothing Konin could do to escape it.
During the investigation, the police noticed that Konin didn't have any information about him. No birth certificate, passport, nothing.
It's said he lives alone and has no relatives, but that's just a rumour. No one has any memory of him, although he claimed to have lived in the Yondu City all his life. Many say this isn't his first crime; he has been involved in stealing breaking and entering, multiple other murders and worst of all, no one can identify which clan he belongs to.
"They couldn't identify his clan?" Kenya asked, "but that's impossible. Every clan in the world has been registered, and a person's clan can be traced through DNA testing. Is it a new clan?"
"Not possible."
"But how?"
"The results said he didn't have any DNA."
"Eh?"
"Exactly."
