Scarlett pov

I was outside Swimming when I heard a painful cry inside, it was loud and it was my mom's voice.

I ran inside only to see my parents lying dead on the floor . I was shocked,then i saw a note my mom was holding in her hand ,it read Scarlett go to grandpa's house in Golden Valley stay safe,i love you. Tears filled my eyes,i stood up rushed to my room,packed my things and ran without looking back,i ordered a taxi to Golden Valley.

In Golden Valley my grandpa (Richard Thompson)was reading newspaper when i walked in with blood stain in my clothes,i ran to him and told him everything with tears in my eyes, he was shocked but he still consoled me and cleaned my tears .But more tears keep on falling to my cheeks,it was painful loosing your parents without knowing who killed them and how they died.

I woke up the next day with a swollen eye because i cried all night .i still can't believe i lost my parents,i was still thinking when i head a knock on the door, and it was my grandpa he asked mehow i was doing and i said I'm okay .he told me to come down for breakfast and then he left.

I went to the bathroom to wash up when i was done i went down for breakfast, after eating my grandpa showed me around the house and told me everything i don't know about my father,he said my father was once a mafia.
