The lizards rushed out then, they snapped the air with their sharp teeth and hissed. Liquid fire dipped from their scales into the ground. Their claws were red hot.
The lizards ran at them, their first target was Belialthorn and the others meant for the real Fire Lizard. As soon as they got close Belialthorn shot forward and spewed out fire from both hands.
The first lizards drove in, probably counting on their fire immunity but Belialthorn carried Lexicon. They burned and their hissing scream filled the air.
Still, Belialthorn continued to shoot fire. The other lizards learned and dodged the fire, moving sideways on either side but Belialthorn spread his hands and his fire leaped, forming two walls following the lizards, those who are caught in it, burned to ashes.
The first wave of the lizards was nothing but ashes or burning monster bodies. Belialthorn sighed. "I should not have burned them. We need their bodies."
