"Ecclesia Sancta," Belialthorn whispered. The word was foreign in his mouth and yet felt familiar but he couldn't remember hearing it from anywhere until he came to Twilight.
"Yes. Ecclesia Sancta. It was a very powerful organization. More powerful than any underworld empire because they have members everywhere. In the politics that ruled nations." Kat paused. "They were very mysterious about their goal and barely made any move unless they were provoked."
"The Nobles treated them like organized outlaws," Kat snorted. "But everyone knows Ecclesia Sancta holds real power. They were the real deal."
"That was the organization our friend joined and that was when he truly began to flourish. With his intelligence, it didn't take him long to rank up in Ecclesia Sancta through his use of poison alone." Kat yawned and shook herself, she settled very well in Greylord's hand before she continued.
