So it has just come to my attention that actually a person called qingting is translating the comic of can my battleship can be upgraded, it is currently around chapter 300-400 when I am currently writing this, but you do have to pay for chapters from chapter 10 and onwards. It costs 25 coins to unlock or 3 fast passes per chapter
