Saturday morning arrives, and Marilena groans as she reluctantly drags herself out of bed. The sunlight filtering through the curtains feels harsh against her tired eyes. "Ugh, why did I stay out so late?" she mutters, rubbing her temples to soothe the dull ache in her head.
With a heavy sigh, Marilena pushes herself off the mattress and shuffles toward the bathroom. She catches a glimpse of herself in the mirror and winces at the sight of her disheveled appearance. "I look like a mess," she groans, running her fingers through her tangled hair in a feeble attempt to tame it.
As she starts the shower, Marilena feels the warm water cascade over her body, washing away the remnants of the night before. Despite the soothing sensation, she can't shake the feeling of fatigue that lingers in every muscle and bone.
