Around 8 pm, Christian finds himself in the luxurious confines of the hotel's presidential suite, Christian reclines in a plush armchair, his mind consumed by thoughts of the day's events. As he scrolls through his emails on his phone, a new message pops up—a text from Graciela.
"Hey Christian, it's Graciela. I hope you're doing well! I'm on my to a club with some friends, and would love for you to join us. What do you say?"
Christian's initial instinct is to decline. He has no desire to socialize, especially with Graciela, despite her amiable demeanor. Yet, a flicker of hesitation crossed his mind as he remembers his father's words about the importance of cultivating relationships with shareholders.
With a sigh, Christian types out his response, crafting a polite excuse: "Hi Graciela, thanks for the invite. I appreciate it, but today isn't ideal for me as I've had a busy day and just want to rest. Maybe another time?"
