*Meanwhile at megumi's palace*
(Megumi just finished eating breakfast in the dining room and calls annya from afar but with a lower tone)
(Annya replies from the kitchen whilst she was washing dishes and approaches megumi)
Annya: Yes megumi you called my name
Megumi: Yeah i just wanted to remind you of what i asked you to do, cause im leaving now
Annya: Yes dont worry megumi, i'll do it just come back with good results okay
Megumi: Ahh dont worry annya, you know i will
(Megumi gives annya a quick hug)
Annya: (surprised) Oh
(Megumi proceeds to leave the house)
(As soon as megumi exits the house, a teenage male voice is heard from the rooftop)
???: Where are you rushing to megumi
(Megumi looks up to see a teenage boy with a snazzy purple suit and purple hair)
Megumi: Uragiri?
Uragiri: In the flesh
(Uragiri jumps from the rooftop of the house and generates water pressure from his hands to safely land on the ground)
Megumi: What were you doing up there uragiri?🤨
Uragiri: Ahh i just thought you would escort me to the exam
Megumi:😓
Uragiri: Why you look so down my darling megumi, dont you want to walk with a charming boy like me
Megumi: You see what you just said, that's why i dont feel like walking with you
Uragiri: Oh dont worry my irresistible charm wont be used on you beautiful megumi
(Megumi begins to blush)

*Meanwhile*
(Katsuto and mitsuki are still flying together to the exam)
Mitsuki: Oh that reminds me katsuto i have to tell you something important
Katsuto: What is it?
Mitsuki: Remember the day i came to fetch you so we could go to the elemental hero capital?
Katsuto: Yeah
Mitsuki: Well when you went to go shower, master kashi specifically told me to tell you to not use your element in the exam
(Katsuto stops in the air and reacts angrily)
Katsuto: What, why not?!😡
Mitsuki: Well your the only fire elemental including him and if they find out a fire elemental still exists, who knows what the consequences will be.
Katsuto: (angrily) But whats the point of entering an elemental hero exam if i cant use my element
Mitsuki: Well you have good combat ability and that can help
Katsuto:😒 Yeah but i will be competing with people who can use their element and that could disadvantaged me a lot. Besides it could also risk my chances of getting chosen to the faction anyways
Mitsuki: Come on katsuto, where is all that macho you have and your ability to overcome obstacles. Thats the katsuto i know
Katsuto: Are you complementimg me😄
Mitsuki: Well embrace it cause thats the only complement you will get from me
Katsuto: Well im still upset that i cant use my element but no one can beat me hand-to-hand and thats a fact.
Mitsuki: Ok lets not be forward, we both know i can beat you one on one
Katsuto: Mitsuki, dreams dont always come true
Mitsuki: Mock me all you want, we'll see in the tournament
Katsuto: Wait i just realised something, we're getting our elemental weapons right?
Mitsuki: Yeah why... Oh
Katsuto: Yeah, they will know i am a fire elemental for sure
Mitsuki: Its fine, we'll figure it when we get there
*Meanwhile at the epsilon stadium*
(The entertainment committee are entertaining the audience and one of them creates a metal ring using the element of earth, and the other uses a blow torch to light on fire. Once they were done, a lion like elemental beast jumps through the ring. The audience begin to cheer.)
(The elemental committee then bow their heads to end the entertainment)
(The announcer then appears on the arena from his station)
Announcer: Alright thanks for the fabulous entertainment, elemental committee. You guys will receive your payment later on in the exam but now just before we begin the exam, it is time for the national anthem of elementos. Im sure you all know it, say with me.
(The announcer begins to say an anthem and the audience follow him)
Announcer: May your reign
Continue for a thousand, eight thousand generations,
Until the tiny pebbles
Grow into massive boulders
Lush with moss
(The audience give a round of applause to themselves and the announcer)
Himari: I forget how short the national anthem is
Kenichiro: Im glad its short cause I hate hearing it
(The air hero's eyes is shut as if he's meditating)
Kenichiro: Akimitsu, Why is your eyes always shut😒
Akimitsu: As you can obviously see im meditating empty shell
Kenichiro: Empty shell?!, Oh i'll make your shell empty once i bust your brains out
Himari: Can you two be professional for once in your lifetime 😒
Kenichiro and Akimitsu: He obviously started it
Himari: I wonder how both of you became heroes in the first place
Announcer: Alright people since there is a lot of time till the exam actually starts, i have an idea that can keep all of you entertained and that is to bring three of the elemental heroes to fight in this arena right now!
(The three heroes react surprised)
Kenichiro: Hold on announcer, we never intended to fight today!
Himari: Yeah we never planned this!
Announcer: Oh come on heroes, im just giving the audience a little bit of entertainment and besides its not like your fighting to the death. It will just be a short sparring match and thats all.
Kenichiro: Well it does sound fun to fight both of them, im in.
Himari: Im in but im not making it easy
Akimitsu: Its clear im the strongest hero here
Announcer: Great!, You may step in the arena then
*Meanwhile*
(Katsuto and mitsuki arrive at epsilon stadium and they see megumi and uragiri registering their names)
Katsuto: Oh there's that girl we saw yesterday
Mitsuki: And looks like he came with someone
Katsuto: Whoever he is i hope he's not dating her
Mitsuki: Its not like you can do anything about it
(Katsuto and mitsuki land on the ground and wait behind megumi and uragiri)
(Katsuto pats megumi on the back)
Katsuto: Hey pretty eyes
(Megumi turns around to see katsuto and starts to blush a little)
Megumi: Oh its you from yesterday, katsuto right, glad to see you didn't come late
Katsuto: Oh there is no way im coming late to the elemental hero exam. By the way i did not get your name
Megumi: Oh my name is megumi, megumi ripples and this here with me is my friend Uragiri.
Katsuto: Oh your friend
(Katsuto gives out a smirk)
(Uragiri turns around and gives katsuto a rude look but notices mitsuki's beauty)
Uragiri: Who is this pretty one
Mitsuki: Listen sparkle boy im not interested in your compliments
Uragiri: Oh she's a feisty one, i like it
Megumi: Uragiri that was rude, you did not even say anything to katsuto
Uragiri: And why should i say anything to someone or something who dresses like a street ruffian.
Megumi: Uragiri!
Katsuto: Oh street ruffian huh, i would like to see the look on your face once i beat you in this exam.
Uragiri: As if
Receptionist: Hey your holding the line, next!
Uragiri: I'll see you in the tournament, ruffian.
(Megumi and uragiri walk into the building. Katsuto and megumi are up next)
Receptionist: Sign your name and your element please
(Conflict music starts to play)
Katsuto: Do we have to sign our element by force
Receptionist: Yes its policy
Katsuto: But im a non-elemental
Receptionist: Then write it down if so
(Katsuto writes his name but remembers he cannot write his surname so he writes something different)
Katsuto: Done
Receptionist: Ok here is a tag, put it on your chest so they will know your a participant
(Katsuto puts it on his chest and it was mitsuki's time to register, she recieves the same tag)
Katsuto: So this is it mitsuki, our path to becoming an elemental hero.
(They both walk into the building)
