Cecilia's POV
"How are they?" I asked him as I stepped out of the kitchen.
"They are sleeping." He sighed, sitting on the dining chair roughly.
"You have tried today. I could only imagine how in the end, you read bedtime stories to each of them." I said through my laugh and he dragged the food bowl from me.
"Before laughing at me, you should serve me my food." He said sarcastically.
"You hate it whenever I scold them so be ready to treat them as the best daddy in the world." I teased him and he laughed, almost choking in his meal and I pushed the glass of water to him.
"You are hilarious." He said, gulping the water.
"How about we take turns from now on? I hate it that you are always busy with the children and work. I rarely spend time with you." I complained sadly and he smirked.
"I thought you had a heart of stone?" He paused and I looked at him.
