- Arthur's POV -
' I knew she would pass out eventually, but.. that's still surprising. '
Looking at the innkeeper that fell asleep as soon as he pulled himself out, he didn't know if that was because of her fatigue, but she showed less stamina than Mariane.
' Maybe that's because Mariane is a five star card ? '
There was a lot of possibilities and reasons for such a thing to happen, and maybe it was a mix of it all, but it didn't change that he really appreciated that moment with her.
Since he couldn't be this rough to Mariane for now, nor did he really wanted to, he actually enjoyed bringing tears of pleasurable pain on the face of Luce, the lady managing the inn, and with her being such a masochist, he didn't have to worry about her or anything as well.
' Well, her room is cute and all, but let's just put the cover on top of her body and leave, I still have to clean myself first before summoning the girls. '
Lifting the woman with curves drawn at the right places, and even a small stomach that showed she was living a good life, though without excess, he quickly put her under the cover that he moved around to assure that she wouldn't be wet when she'll wake up.
And once he was done, he got himself dressed before living the room, ready to clean himself.

" Mariane, do you think you can do it ? "
" If that's what you want, Arthur, then I'll do it. "
After he summoned her, no, even before that, while he was cleaning the woman's juice on top of his body, he remembered something.
' Who will take care of the inn ? '
With such a thought, he decided to take care of his responsabilities until the end.
So by summoning Mariane, he only explained the big lines, like how the innkeeper passed out, and then asked her if she could help him take care of the inn for the night, to which she answered positively, but that wasn't without a pout.
Seeing such a cute sight of her jealousy, he couldn't even be mad at her for it, and leaning in towards her, he landed his lips on top of hers with a soft attention and care.
Her eyes, widening at the sudden kiss and her cheeks showing a light blush, he smiled gently at her before trying to comfort her.
" Don't worry, I haven't kissed her, and the system didn't even recognize the small moment we shared. "
That's right, the daily quest to go on a date, wasn't completed even after such an intense scene, meaning that only the cards he would summon would count as a valuable experience.
" I.. I'm not mad... "
Her eyes, drifting away from his and looking to the side, it was obvious that she was embarassed, but also that she couldn't lie.
" It's alright, you know ? You can be mad if you want, and jealous as well, I'll accept it as a consequence for my actions, what I want is for you to be honest and accept my apologies from time to time. "
Talking sweetly to her, he could see how her ears would perks up and lower themselves, as if she was trying to not let him see her interior debate, and in the end..
" ... It's unfair.. How can I be mad at you when you say such things ?... "
He couldn't say that he didn't understand her.
She loved him, and while he loved her as well, he still went and spent a luxurious moment with another lady under the excuse of taking responsabilities.
It was normal to be mad or to not understand why it happened in that kind of moment, and while her reaction wasn't excessive, he could tell that she was affected by it, which was why he brought out the soft and caring side of him to try to soothe her up.
Mariane wasn't used to that kind of open relationships, so while it might've been a bit forced in her hands, he at least wanted to show her that even if it would happen in the future, she would still keep her place as the number one for him.
Lowering his hands to reach hers, he gently grabbed them and leaned in again for another and tender kiss, to which she showed a proper answer this time by closing her eyes and appreciating the soft contact and letting herself be guided by his actions.
" Mariane, I want you to always remember, that whatever happens, you will always be special to me. "
" M-mhm.. "
Speaking against her lips, Arthur made sure to, one last time, let her know of his feelings, and with a small nod on her part, and the blushing on her face deepening and reaching her neck, he let go of one of her hands and entertwined his fingers with the one he kept holding.
" Also, I won't summon Stella until tomorrow, I'll make sure to make it up to you, be it tonight, in the morning, or even both if you want. "
" .... "
Unable to even provide a sound this time as she looked down, even her ears, which would perks up when hearing something she liked, could only be lowered under the constant embarassement, and using this occasion, he also pated her head, caressing them along with her hair.
" .. Alright, let's go and be done with it early. "
Waiting for her to calm down first under the reassuring touch of his hand, he then led the way outside of their room, still holding hands with her, and while she was still walking behind him, somehow, it felt like she was actually closer than before.

Managing the inn wasn't a complicated task, to go and see the famous cook of the inn that had yet to show his face around, and to knock on the door of every rooms to tell the guests that the inn would serve the food.
Of course, the people seeing him along with Mariane showed various expressions, especially as some of them probably recognized the voice of Luce, the usual innkeeper, but it all went well after that.
And as a way to ' atone ' for his sins, he even helped Mariane serving the plates in the hall, and well, it was obvious that some girls were pleased to be served by him, while men showed an unconditional appreciation towards Mariane and her emotionless behavior.
However, when it all came to an end and everyone headed to their room with a full stomach, the emotions that started to appear on Mariane's face as their night just started showed much more variety.
Thinking about letting her experience her first time once again, or at least, by using the same position as their first night, he made sure to let her know that it wasn't a single woman who would let his stamina be drained.
...
And then, the next morning, Arthur woke up to Mariane's touch, one that he had felt only once, and that would lead to more than hugs and kisses.
Even though they spent their night together, doing some more mature activities, it appeared that she took seriously his offer to do it both in the night and morning.
Letting her go under the cover with a single order, the woman gladly accepted it.
After being embraced by him the previous night, it seems that she also wanted to show him her newly learned skills, and while she ended in the same position, this time, he decided that he wouldn't be so passive with her anymore.
Instead of massaging her soft and white exposed feet, that came outside of the cover, as a way to tease and relieve her, before slowly making his way up, his hands directly aimed for her plump bubble butt.
