Chapter 29: Fame and fortune
She had to look for a way to get rid of Edna Farley else, she would never be free.
As she was thinking, Edna Farley walked into the sitting room and walked past her.
"Good morning Edna! What will you like me to do for you today?" Rita Cone asked as she stood up.
"I have to go see my boyfriend. Just sit here and lazy around with your dusty brain." Edna Farley replied and walked out.
She then appeared at the gate of Producer Shawn.
Producer Shawn was known for being a man with an underworld connection.
He had his own connection which he built himself even though it was not yet so strong.
"Hello, is Shawn in?" she asked the security man at the gate.
"Yes ma'am!" he replied.
"Open the gate then." she then said and closed her car window.
When she drove into the almost empty compound, she stopped the car at the garage and came down.
