In the wizarding world, there is an ironclad rule against intervening in the Muggle world, and the reasons for this prohibition remain uncertain. Some speculate it could be rooted in historical events like the witch hunts of the 16th century or a misguided sense of wizarding superiority. Even in the most advanced wizarding communities, like the USA in later generations, a strict separation between the magical and Muggle realms is maintained. This detachment was reinforced when Grindelwald's attempt to manipulate the Muggle world led to catastrophic consequences, with the advent of World War II and the development of nuclear power.
However, as a reincarnated transmigrator equipped with the backing of a system, Adrian refused to be confined to one world. He recognized that, in various folklore and historical records, wizards and Muggles had once coexisted peacefully. Particularly in the Asian continent, there were indications of advanced civilizations that couldn't have arisen without the assistance of wizarding power.
Being a modern individual from the 21st century, Adrian was aware that non-intervention in the Muggle world might lead to unforeseen problems in the future. Major global powers like the USA, China, USSR, or its successor Russia, and India posed a significant risk if allowed to become dominant. Adrian believed that for the greater good, there shouldn't be a single superpower, as it would only strengthen the Muggle world, potentially endangering the smaller wizarding communities.
In light of this perspective, Adrian initiated a strategic plan with William Stone, utilizing Legilimency and Mind & Spiritual magic to subtly manipulate him. William became a key figure in Adrian's long-term plan, with specific tasks assigned to be completed by 1900:
1. Establish influential footholds in every dominion of the British Empire in the Asian continent, fostering conflicts to prevent strong unity among the local populations.
2. Develop a financial presence in the United States, strategically avoiding potential complications with the powerful US Ministry of Magic.
3. Create contracts and footholds within the Russian Empire, targeting the royal family and nobility, leveraging corruption for greater influence.
4. Secure a foothold in the Arabian world, tapping into its wealth.
For South America and Africa, Adrian decided to postpone any involvement due to the integrated nature of wizards in those continents with also heavy presence of muggle powerhouses, unlike Asia where after the 9th century, wizards had entirely withdrawn from the Muggle world and now British muggle power are dormant, making it a more suitable target.
Adrian also instructed William to establish a political foothold in the British Muggle world, a move that would prove beneficial for their shared objectives. William, acting as the face of the operation, established 'Nebula Corporation' with the Walcombe family holding the largest shareholding at 90%. Additionally, Adrian registered the 'Progressive People's Party (PPP)' to officially enter British politics.
Concerned about the security of his plans and pawn, Adrian sent two units, each consisting of 50 alchemical guardian soldiers, created during his leisure time, to safeguard William and Nebula Corporation. This precaution was taken to prevent any accidents that could jeopardize Adrian's carefully laid out strategy.

During this time, he received positive news from the magical side. Having previously applied to take exams for Intern level positions in Healer, Ritualist, Occlumens, and Legilimens, he received an owl mail in the morning confirming that his applications had been accepted. He was scheduled to take the exams the following week, and if successful, he would become the youngest person in the last 500 years to achieve Intern level mastery in five or more occupations, following in the footsteps of the famous French alchemist Nicholas Flamel.
Upon receiving the letter, he decided to intensify his practice in these four subjects. Despite having already mastered them to perfection for the Intern level, he believed that additional personal practice couldn't hurt.

With two days remaining before the mastery examination, Adrian felt well-prepared and decided to return to Portsmouth to spend time with his parents and Angelina. He also brought Rocco and Miara, the two little turtles, back with him.
During Angelina's absence, Rocco and Miara sought Adrian's attention, and he thought it would be good for them to stay with Angelina for the time being. Surprisingly, during this period, Adrian sensed that Miara was also pregnant, possibly due to the blood connection with her master. This was a piece of happy news for the Walcombe as their guardian beast would increase in number.
Upon sharing this news with Angelina, she was overjoyed, and even little Diana was full of energy upon meeting the two adorable turtles. Mrs. Hanna couldn't resist the cuteness of Rocco and Miara, but Mr. Nigel found himself in a somewhat critical situation. The newlywed couple, Adrian and Angelina, were absorbed in their affectionate displays but on the other hand, Mrs. Hanna seemed to forget about her husband during this time, overwhelmed by the feelings of Diana, her unborn grandchild, and two little pets.
But what an old married guy can do especially with a beautiful and scary wife like Hannah. So he just forgets about this and starts focusing more on the shipyard and hanging out with Mr. Warrick.

As Adrian entered the Ministry of Magic for his examination, a wave of emotion swept over him. Just six months ago, he felt hopeless about his life, lacking exceptional talents or a golden finger.
However, everything changed 6 months ago after he gained a "golden finger" in the form of the system. Not only that, but he also married the love of his life and was now expecting their first child together, which was also the 1st ever in his 2 lifetimes. This is a big thing for a 2-lifetime virgin like him.
He also had gained recognition in the magical world as a prodigious Potioneer & good wizard with a very high future. And now, he was taking another significant step toward what he hoped would be a glorious future.
As he approached the examination room, he was surprised to find the respected former professor and world-known historian, Bathilda Bagshot. Despite being nearly 70 years old, Mrs. Bagshot looked remarkably youthful like an alluring mature lady which was different from the memory he saw in his previous life's movie.
If he remembers correctly, Mrs. Bagshot was even alive 1990s and is the great-aunt of 1st generation dark lord of Europe in the 20th century, Gellert Grindelwald. Although she was an old lady, she was extremely powerful, reaching High Archmage level.
Adrian remembered hearing about her in his school life that, she rejected offers to become Chief Warlock of the British Wizengamot by Ministry and Supreme Mugwump of the International Confederation of Wizards. She chose to live quietly after losing her husband and only daughter to accidental magic 20 years ago during a trip to the Amazon.
Although she didn't hold any official positions now other than the chief examiner, Mrs. Bagshot was undoubtedly one of the top five most influential wizards in the British wizarding world and the top 10 in the whole wizarding world.
Even during the later period described in the original books, which is the 1990s, she was powerful and influential. Even later generation Light Demon God and most influential wizard after The Greta Merlin, Albus Dumbledore would carefully treat her.
Adrian felt nervous encountering her, but as he approached, he sensed warmth emanating from her smile, directed at him. This eased his nervousness, and he began taking his exams for the four different masteries one by one.
