The next morning, Vansh woke up with the lingering feeling of a strange dream, unsure whether the events from the night before were real or a figment of his imagination. He rubbed his eyes and stretched, then glanced around his room. Everything seemed normal, but the memory of the mysterious note troubled him.
Determined to shake off the unease, Vansh decided to follow his usual morning routine. He brushed his teeth, took a shower, and brewed a cup of coffee. As he sipped his coffee, he pondered over the note he had found in his pocket.
"What if someone leaks insider information about the game, or what happens if someone reincarnates and knows all about his game?" The words echoed in his mind. Who could have slipped the note into his pocket, and what did it mean?
After finishing his breakfast, Vansh grabbed his laptop and sat down at his desk. He opened a new document and began to type out his thoughts, hoping that putting them into words might help him make sense of the situation. As he wrote, his phone buzzed with a message from his friend Rohit.
"Buddy, what happened to your lock and found a locksmith for you. He'll be there by 11 AM," the message read.
"Nothing much just lost my keys. And Thanks for the locksmith." Vansh replied, feeling a bit more at ease knowing that his lock would be changed soon.
Rohit didn't believe on Vansh's words as he knows from 7 years and Vansh is not good at lying. And whenever Vansh give this type of short reply that means there's something which he is hiding. He thought it better to ask him in front.
So he messaged Vansh. "Let's meet tomorrow at SK cafe at 1 PM."
"I don't think I am able to make it there as I will be busy with upcoming game." Vansh replied
Rohit thought he is not going to come this way, so he has to use a trick. He messaged Vansh "Okay as you say but I am goona bring my girlfriend Sawati with me. I thought you guys will meet each other and you are the one who keep asking when I will introduce her to you."
After reading this Vansh is confused what to say. As what Rohit said is true he is the one who keep asking Rohit to introduce her. He had done so as Rohit always brags about her and praise her a lot. And he want to meet that girls whom Rohit is this much fond of. But Rohit always give him excuse when he ask to meet her and they never meet.
After thinking about few minutes Vansh replied "Okay I will be there at 1PM but don't do it like last time and give me any excuse that she is sick or she has to urgently go out due to something "
"BINGO" Rohit thought. Rohit messaged "Okay okay I know. Meet you tomorrow at SK cafe."
He knew his trick goona work and as for the girlfriend he is going to ask her. It's not that Rohit didn't want to introduce her with Vansh, it's just that she is very shy and not like to talk to strangers. Even for him it takes 6 month for both of them to start talking and another 2 year to start a relationship. He had been alot because of this but he also happy by remember all those things.
As the clock approached 11, Vansh decided to review his notes and ideas about integrating AI into his creative process. He felt a surge of excitement at the possibilities. AI could analyze patterns in his writing, suggest improvements, and even help him develop plot twists he hadn't considered.
The doorbell rang, interrupting his thoughts. It was the locksmith, a middle-aged man with a friendly demeanor. Vansh showed him to the door, and the locksmith set to work changing the lock.
"Had a bit of an adventure last night," the locksmith said, trying to make conversation.
"Kind of" Vansh replied, thinking how to describe last night.
"Oh? What happened?" the locksmith asked, glancing up from his work.
"Lost my keys and found a strange note instead," Vansh replied, deciding to keep the more bizarre details to himself.
"Does that note contains a beutiful girl's number" the locksmith said jokingly.
"I wish it was like this" Vansh said saidly.
"Ah, happens to the best of us. Always a good idea to change the locks in such cases," the locksmith said with a nod.
Once the locksmith was done, Vansh thanked him and saw him out. Feeling more secure, Vansh returned to his desk and resumed his work. He spent the next few hours engrossed in his project, experimenting with different AI tools and integrating them with his notes.
As the afternoon turned into evening, Vansh decided to take a break and go for a walk. He grabbed his jacket and stepped outside, the cool breeze clearing his mind. He wandered through the streets, reflecting on the previous day's events and his conversation with the taxi driver.
Just as he was about to head back home, he noticed a small bookstore he had never seen before. Curious, he walked in and began browsing the shelves. The store was cozy and quiet, with the faint smell of old books filling the air.
As he perused the aisles, a book caught his eye. The cover featured a character who looked remarkably like the girl he had seen on the sidewalk the previous day. Intrigued, he picked up the book and flipped through its pages. To his astonishment, the story seemed eerily similar to history of his game world, with details that matched events and characters from his game almost exactly. Vansh's heart raced as he read on, finding even more similarities.
The author had described scenes and plot twists that hadn't even been released yet, things that only he and a select few knew about.
"How is this possible?" Vansh thought, gripping the book tightly. First he thought about the mysterious note that he found yesterday and now this.
His mind whirled with possibilities—had someone from his team leaked the details? Or was this some bizarre coincidence? Or Maybe is it dream because of that note ?
