Chapter 159 - Do you resent me?

Han Xuelian and his older brother retreated to his Study to discuss other important matters. The brothers, although harbouring ill feelings between themselves, cast aside their pride and decided to convene.

Han Zhimin stood with his back against the window pane while his younger brother was seated on the edge of his workspace desk.

"What should I do, Lian'er?" Han Zhimin asked sincerely, tiredly rubbing a hand across his face. "I am worthless as a father—"

"I don't want to hear it," Han Xuelian interrupted him, dismissively waving a hand. "Save your ranting for our sister. I don't have the patience to deal with your excuses and self-pitying, brother. I called you here to discuss more dire issues."

Han Xuelian was aware that cruelly dismissing his older brother would only result in more unwanted woes and heartaches for Han Zhimin. However, the Grandmaster had exhausted the extent of his patience.
