Please help us in fighting evil over good. To fight against violent Muslims to protect the good, peaceful Muslims. I can go on and on with the greatness and goodness of our prophet and his family but I think we don't have much time in this beautiful evening for that. So I'll end my story with this note…Love one another as God has loved you…Salam!
My mouth is still open in awe when Lucha ended her story. Mother smiled and stood to clap her hands and so did everyone in the room. I looked at Elina who is also stoked and not believing what the lady told us. We all praised her and her god, Allah.
Meraek and Henshu shook the guests hands to welcome them and while we are eating dinner with festive food of grilled young calf, seasoned, fruits, vegetables of green leaves, pomegranates, strawberries, watermelon, mangoes, grapes, honey, pineapples and apples. Spicy crabs, lobsters, different kinds of fishes, steamed or boiled and seafood mixed with all sort of sauces, soups and all types of sweets or deserts, cakes and pastries which Egypt is popularly known for. Beer and wine are overflowing tonight. The crowd and the public since can't fit inside the palace were given beer and food. Those who weren't able to attend the banquet are handed with beer, drinks or food using a couple of concessioners to give them away. They teamed up together with the palace chefs and maids in every village and posted themselves near the markets so people can flock and get the beverages and meal for free. The queen often do this kind of gesture not because she is responsible for her nation and her people but due to her soft and generous heart she wants her people to be secured, happy and festive. Though there are still those who are living in poverty, she makes it a point to provide, subsidize and economize her assets, the government's earnings, taxes and the nation's businesses profits to uplift the poor's state of lives and help them, provide for them jobs or businesses to sustain their livelihood and support their families and needs in these little ones everyday life.
Queen Henshu is a great leader and compassionate pharaoh. She is loved by many even though hated by her detractors who always try to bring her down.
I know mother is loved by her many and as next in line for the throne I just wish to be worthy as her successor in the future, Jaur thought while taking the fresh and cool breeze near the Nile river. She and Elina walked from the palace where the party has started and the people are dancing to the beat of the drums, strings and flutes, some, with the gypsies, merchants who just came here to trade and gather merchandise or supplies, food, wine, beers and other beverages, spices or sweets.
So, you are a princess, ehermm.. pardon me, maybe a prince? Haha!, Elina added laughing since I am a girl but always liked dressing as a boy.
If that's a compliment, thank you! But I don't consider myself worthy of the throne, yet, I am next in line and the next pharaoh so, I don't have a choice. I love acting like a commoner, student, scribe but being a princess has its own perks too. Sometimes thinking of the weight or responsibility I need to carry with me if I become the queen, is too much to bear, I just sleep it out or sing my heart out to calm myself down. Maybe letting things slide if I don't know what to do anymore and let the gods will be done to me will save me from my reveries. They often do for when I ran away I found Elina at the E-Bar and there I was enlightened that with my power as queen in the future. I can help her, and many others who are still living in poverty and save them from their hardships in life along with their families.
As a future leader, I am trained to do this, to be a soldier who never gives up, never turns back or turns down a fight, a responsibility and position. It is a royal obligation to my people, my country and the world.
I will be a great leader, queen and pharaoh! I know it'll happen sooner or later. Mother is always grooming me to follow her footsteps in governing Egypt. What is it like if I am the Queen?
If you are queen, you will give out free beers from my bar and give deserts to every one! Ha ha!, Elina said jokingly while she rested her shoulders at the back of her head when she laid down the grassy ground near the Nile.
Yesss, I will definitely do that! I would even ask your father to deliver all types of fruits to the palace and eat them to my heart's delight! Hehehehe!!!!, I responded and when I turned to Elina she also moved laughing at me and our eyes met.
I stopped and was about to kiss Elina when she giggled again. It was a good day. Yet, I still don't know what I want in life. Is my purpose in line to what my mother wants of me or I am destined to be someone else in this lifetime? I wonder!
In the Common Era or Christian Era, Before Christ or After Death, many events in history happened at the same time that philosophers, scientists, authors and geniuses in the olden times until now, have predicted about things, people or catastrophes in the world.
Some didn't know that women pharaohs exist or that leaders of Egypt were women and until now some detractors from the royal court or citizens don't accept queen's authority. They still wanted change and believe that pharaohs are men and men are the only ones capable to rule the land, a country or a world.
I saw how mother fought for Egypt. When I was growing up, Meraek and mother helped each other to make Egypt a better place than it usually is. Mother didn't mind if some still scorn or rebuke her person or power but continued to lead, help and develop our nation relentlessly, selflessly and responsibly.
