"You! I said hand over that ring " . He slowly turned to see an over weight teach wearing sweatpants and a hoodie that was a tard to small for him. He was sweating even though air conditioner was on full blast in the hallway and they had like four. He looked to be in his late Forty's as his hairline was already receding. By the side of this bloke was a girl in pigtails, average in height and wore a nasty scorn. Her arms were folded and her feet tapping impatiently on the ground.
It was obvious this was a set up but he didn't know how to prove it. Staying calm , he held out the ring for both of them to see.
"Is this your ring?"
Cutting in immediately while pointing her index finger towards him.
"See... I told you, he was the one who stole it. I have been looking for it everywhere, but I got words that he took it. Now do you see your evidence?"..
He had never seen this girl on his life but somehow he knew she was friends with May. She really was serious about this whole revenge thing if she was really intending on blaming him for something he had no idea about.
"Young man, is her accusation true, did you take her ring ?". He asked, fuming angrily.
"What do you mean is it true, I already told you. You can even see him holding it or are you saying....."
"I ask again, DID YOU STEAL THIS GIRLS RING?".
Staring calmly to him, he tilted his head slightly, raising the ring up, admiring it wholesomely.
"It really is a beautiful ring, I'm not a ring expert but I can say this is quite expensive. ".
"Answer me!". He snapped.
"And if I say I didn't, would you believe me? Of course there's no way to prove my point considering the coincidence on how you appeared out of nowhere immediately I brought it out of my locker. It's already in my hand , there's no denying it."
Walking towards them, he turned to the girl , leaned and whispered to her. Before dropping the ring into her open arms. He then turned to the teacher,
"Well let's get going, aren't you going to punish me for stealing. Let's make this quick, I have classes and I don't like to miss them" .
He was taken aback but quickly grabbed his arms and walked him to the disciplinary room.
She stood there for a while before going back to her class..
School was over for the day, all gathered at the bleachers, May and her entourage all laughed at and joked about how they got the new kid into trouble. She even mentioned that this was nothing compared to what plans she had for him in the future.
The only person who wasn't laughing was Nelly, the girl who had told on the new guy. She was quiet through out and May noticed it.
"Hey,! Why the worried face, your boyfriend broke up with you or something?". She teased.
Normally they would laugh it off but she looked May in the eyes and asked a question. One that made every one of them pause for a moment.
"Do we really need to get back at this Alucard boy?".
Nelly wasn't the type to joke about things like this, she was really worried and it concerned May the more, they may not be in the same class but Nelly was her closest friend.
"What do you mean? You saw what he said to me right? Do you just expect me to just let that slide. I want to teach him a lesson, one that will make him never mess with me again"
Nelly wanted to say something in protest but held back and forced a smile.
"Yeah , maybe you're right. I was getting a stupid sympathy for him. I don't even know what I was thinking".
"That's more like it! Don't scare me like that. I was actually worried for a moment"
Her phone buzzed, a call came in.
Seeing the call, Nelly excused herself, apparently she had an urgent matter to go to. They all understood and she left. May really didn't think much of it , though it was the first time she had heard something like this happen. Who called her? .
Then she got a call . It was Ash, ever since his suspension, he has been calling non stop. She knew he wanted her to still plead to the principal to lessen his punishment but she kept asking herself, why me though? . It was really annoying at this point, why did he care about school that much anyway? Yuck. Was they really any point, it's not like he's all that good in school, infact the only reason why he hadn't failed is because he always got intelligent kids to do his homework or he would beat up. He still beat them up though but after they were done. She cut the call , making up her mind she was going to ignore him.. He certainly wasn't the boss of her. If he didn't want to get suspended then he shouldn't go around beating people up.
They all went their separate ways after giving them self ideas how they were going to have fun with Alucard the next day.
Stepping out of the train. May started walking back home, she still had few blocks up up ahead from the train station before she could make it to her home. She was exhausted and couldn't wait to get home . Just as she was going round the next turn ,she saw him . He was standing right in front of her , only few metres apart as if expecting her to be back by now.
She froze, she didn't expect him of all people. How did he know her house anyways. Was he stalking her. She stepped back a bit , then she stopped. The idea that he could just follow her around like some weirdo got on her nerve and she immediately yelled
.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?" .
He smiled in a very akward way and that creeped the hell out of May. She wasn't going to entertain this sort of thing, not now, not ever. Then he started walked closer. What did he want? . She inched back a bit. Backing away a step as he took a step forward. Then she turned her back and started running. She ran as fast as her legs could carry her. He was hot on her tails.
"STOP, STOP RUNNING!". Was what she heard but she didn't. Instead she ran even faster. Running through an alley wasn't really the best of ideas but she thought she could loose him there if she followed this route. There was a wooden fence but she scaled over it, landing with a crash but still manges to get back to her feet and continue running. The thumb she heard behind her told her he had scaled the fence too and just like her, he wasn't slowing down either.
There wasn't any usual faces she knew as she was running so she really couldn't call anyone for help. But ray of hope shone upon her as she saw a gas station up ahead. Yes. She was going to run there and take cover. There was no way he could follow her there. Then a major problem came, she was getting tired as she covered more distance and her speed rapidly started declining and from the footsteps behind , he was closing in quick. Then she tripped , falling to the ground, arms outstretched trying to cushion her fall but really didn't make much difference and she bruised herself while tumbling. Was it over?
Then she heard him laughing behind her. She turned to face him immediately. She didn't want to be caught from behind.
"WHY ARE YOU CHASING ME YOU PSYCHO !" She yelled. Her whole day has been ruined.
Laughing but less, he was panting now.
" Wow, For a girl who runs her mouth , you run ever faster. I never knew I would struggle so much just to gain up on you." He laughed again.
It wasn't in any bit funny for May but she didn't want him to know that so she teased him saying.
" You followed me all the way to my house to get back at me for a prank. Are you serious?"
He looked puzzled. Huffing from exhaustion. He said
"Get you back? That's just stupid. And don't make it look like I'm some kind of stalker. I just happen to get your address from the school to pay you a visit cause I badly want to talk to you".

"Oh yeah?? And for that you decided to chase me. What that your plan?".
"Well you running away wasn't part of it and I knew if you escaped , you would make people get the wrong idea".
"The what do you want.?".
"May....". He said looking deep into her eyes well stretching out his hands to help her up.
"Will you go out with me?"
