Leaving the five-story villa situated on the outskirts of Dragon Nation's Capital known as Dragonoid, Jhin didn't even bother to pick up his phone and call his mother.
He only had one thought as he strolled down the street making his way towards the Business Organization known by all across the whole sphere.
There is no time to waste on such trivial matters, what's coming is deadlier even for the likes of me!
Even though Jhin's thought would appear to be dark and negative. They were in fact quite the opposite.
Anyone who had lived in the era Jhin was thrown into, would quickly come to know the fear existing behind those so-called gates that constellations used to scout for talent.
' There is a reason why we only dared to open said gates for 10 years at most. If these gates were left any longer, then that thing would surely appear. Why aren't constellations making a move yet' Jhin began profusely sweating as that scary thought crossed his mind.
' There was a saying that only a handful of high-ranked constellations knew at that time. If Titans in your eyes are Legendary figures whose existences cannot be threatened, then try to keep a gate open for more than 10 years and see what happens.' Jhin bitterly laughed as he swept his gaze across Dragonoid City.
He was kind of amazed as he looked at the world from a different angle when he was an ordinary human on Earth. "I suppose the world is still intact."
There were a lot of skyscrapers in multiple well-known pieces of land, and magic must have been used because the fine dust pollution was not seen on them. More than that, there wasn't a single gate in Dragonoid when previously, they had been all over the place.
' This is more alarming than the Void Itself. This is literally the calmness before the storm.' Jhin picked up his pace as he stopped a taxi on his way.
Within half an hour, he found himself in front of the Business Organization building that is also known as Titans.
" Never gets old, still humble as ever." Jhin marveled over the simple design of their building with a look of nostalgia.
Even though no more than a day had passed since he was in that place he spent a million years inside, Jhin still felt that a long time had gone since that time.
' Seems like the memories getting refreshed somewhat manipulated the sense of time I have.' Jhin concluded as he made his way towards the building.
The building in front of Jhin only took around 10 meters of space in total. From the outside, it looked like a crude three-story building built with cheap wood not worthy of anyone's time to enter it, paling in comparison to the magnificent skyscrapers next to it.
Nevertheless, when one went inside through the wooden door, they would quickly come to realize how foolish their judgment was.
" Majestic as always. Constructed with space magic runes spread across this small piece of land, yet no one would ever guess that and think it was a simple stretching magic used on the building." Jhin murmured as he went inside the building.
" I wonder if those old folks still operating this organization by the authority of Titans." He kept muttering, still oblivious to the fact that a young man was next to him, listening to his every word.
" Oh, where did you hear such information young man? Don't you know that going around spreading rumors will only lead to your doom?" A young man with yellow hair and blue eyes said as he coldly stared at the weird man spreading rumors out of nowhere.
Jhin briefly swept his gaze toward the voice direction, but while he was about to answer the man next to him and ask for details, his eyes got caught by a superb glow radiating from underneath the man's uniform.
' Hm? Half-step Holy Armor? Am I seeing things or what?' Jhin eyes almost popped out of their sockets as his eyes which his True Reality Ability supports instantly noticed the armor hidden behind the man's clothing.
' Since when did the receptionist get permission to move with such an expensive yet scary armor.' For a moment, Jhin even thought that he was actually dead not reincarnated.
It should be known that the Half-step Holy Armor Jhin was referring to was an armor ranked tenth in the whole world back in the day.
It was something that only the chosen ones of the strongest constellations or organizations as big as the business titan ones got to equip. Yet, Jhin was currently witnessing a nobody that his mere eyes could kill casually walking with it, not even using any high black cloaks to hide its intense glow.
Bam!
Noticing that the thin-built man had no intention of giving him an answer, Arnold casually stomped his feet on the floor in an attempt to take his attention," People with no high authority nor strength aren't allowed to do business here, please leave before the wording changes."
' Seems like it is indeed a reality and not a dream.'
Feeling the power and shockwave behind the man's stomp, Jhin closed his eyes and then swept them across the empty room,' No magic is being used here, this isn't an Ilussion either.'
' Guess what I'm currently seeing is the real deal,' After making sure that this is indeed reality, Jhin faintly smiled as he looked at the young man impatiently glaring at him."Don't worry, I'm a person of high authority."
" Show P..." Before Arnold could even finish his words, Jhin said in an annoyed tone.
" R0 vault, I came here to take a few items that belong to me."
The man working as a receptionist racked his brain for a few seconds as he tried to recall any information about such a code. Eventually, even though a minute had passed, Arnold found no information whatsoever on the code Jhin just mentioned.
" I'll give you a second chance to leave the place, if you again try to make a fool out of me, then your life will be automatically forfeited. So please, carefully consider your next wording." Arnold was kind of furious inside as he hardly held back from slamming this kid to death.
The reason for his irritation wasn't personal or his anger issues, it's mainly his job to act this way in such scenarios.
To put it simply, no existence across the whole world including constellations dares to act in any disrespectful way towards the business organization under the Titans and a mere random man won't be an exception to that unspoken rule.
Subsequently, Jhin only replied with two words albeit his tone was slightly more aggressive giving an impatient feeling to it.
" R0 vault!"
