These included the effective range of the virus and support for new Nano-machines capable of temporarily neutralizing this deadly virus. There was no doubt that these white coats had worked tirelessly to create these solutions. Unfortunately, these Nano-machines could only delay crystallization but not destroy the virus. The most lethal aspect of this virus is its ability to change its genetic code periodically, mutating and becoming increasingly challenging to control.
They also provided containment suits, respirators, etc. Mugino pondered the efforts the higher-ups had taken to support them on this mission. There was something about Octavo that was a precious resource for these mad researchers, and Octavo disagreed with cooperating, leading them to resort to kidnapping.

Shaking her head, Mugino thought it would be a shame for such a handsome guy to be a guinea pig. Octavo's photos were printed on the mission brief, and Mugino even nodded in agreement, finding this guy undeniably attractive.

The latter was the most embarrassing for Mikoto, leading to a small chase through several streets where an electricity-flashing girl pursued a boy with the intention to hit him.
Even after all these pranks, Mikoto didn't distance herself, and Yuki continued holding her hand like a couple.
This was all new for Mikoto; the experience of a date was fun and comforting. The dark atmosphere Mikoto expected due to the Sisters' topic didn't happen, and instead, she ended up having fun. Yuki exceeded all her expectations.
This made Mikoto feel good; summoning Yuki was a good idea. Also, knowing that she could rely on the chat group's help, Mikoto understood what Yuki meant by not being alone.
A whole team from another world backed her up. For the first time, Mikoto thought her problem wasn't as severe, especially compared to Yuki, who had to bear the weight of destroying the Mirai Nikki world and saving an entire race in Guilty Crown. The issue of her clones seemed quite simple in comparison; only Yuki knew how challenging it was to save the Sisters without being discovered.

Blushing and lowering her head, Mikoto scratched her cheek shyly and murmured so softly that Yuki wouldn't have heard it without his enhanced hearing.
Mikoto had wanted to say these words, but her shyness and constant teasing had prevented her from doing so. Now, as they walked slowly, it was the right moment.

This girl is an elegant beauty from Tokiwadai High School, her long, straight golden hair adorned with gloves and white stockings, both decorated with laces. She carried a shoulder bag with a star in the middle.

This girl is Misaki Shokuhou, the fifth Level 5, Mental Out. As her name suggests, her power is based on mental and psychological control.

The corners of her lips curved into a cruel smile. No one knew what she was thinking, but watching Mikoto's back disappear into her thoughts, it was clear that it wouldn't be anything good.
She also turned her head in the direction where that black-haired guy walked.

Thinking about that handsome guy walking hand in hand with Mikoto, a glint of light flashed in Misaki's starry eyes. Even without his familiar Clown Mask, Misaki could confidently say, without a doubt, that this was the clown she had been searching for.
A whole year of relentless searching for his whereabouts, always losing him, but now her efforts had borne fruit. This time, Misaki made sure not to let him slip away.
