I followed Aurora into the room where she was interrogating Griffin and Amaia. They were unconscious when we brought them here, so they had no idea that they were in an apartment complex. Anne also changed the interior of the room to match the vibe.
"Hmm? I'm surprised that they didn't try to escape," Aurora chuckled to herself as she walked back into the room.
When the two victims saw her, they visibly shivered. They lowered their gaze and prepared for the worst.
"Perhaps it's because you mentally scarred them for life," I sighed.
Amaia was still shaken from everything that had happened in the last few hours. She was first intimidated by Eyes of Terror, turned into a spawn, and then tortured for a little over an hour. I thought spies were trained to withstand this kind of treatment, but I guess not. Or maybe her will was broken. Either way, I didn't care. I cut the ropes that were binding her and opened a portal to campus.
