Rosemary's pov:
"Okay, I already checked the room and there are no cameras. You can turn the light on, you're closer to the switch,"
The little tick from the switch reaches my ears as the basement room comes back into view. Clearly, whoever had cast that loop spell took some inspiration from the original room. Interlaced with the layer of dust covering the floor, little crumbs from the crumbling plaster lie right beneath the gray walls defining this small space. Walls identical to the ones that had been repeating on and on as we explored the hoop before today.
Boxes and crates, also similar to the ones we've seen before, lay in one corner. Although, even stacked on top of each other, they still take a good chunk of the space around.
"So, this is what the basement actually looks like…," Nathanael mutters loud enough for everyone to hear. He slowly rotates around himself, absorbing everything in sight.
