I looked over the map of Atlantis and highlighted the areas with in-built Hydroponics and Vertical Farming. I teleported instantly down to those areas and began to activate their cyclical processes. The mechanical and constantly shifting forms of robotic arms coming down to maintain the soil's fertility and such soon after my activation protocol. Using my creation i quickly made some wheat seeds, tomato seeds, lettuce, onion, potato's, etc... and handing them to the machine. The machine, recognising the plants and detecting their needed conditions, swiftly moved into full operation and began to plant them; Adjust the individual sections to sustain quick growth of those plants with the highest quality in mind.
Feeling satisfied with how the Ancients had made their farms, i quickly set up a collection area for the food that would teleport the food into large food storage that was recently activated and could house thousands of tonnes of food. Following that I set up runes across the machines' limbs and programming to boost their speed and endurance. Whilst i was at it i also enchanted the soil with growth magic, a field i had learned under Yao's tutelage, that made it so that the food would grow at a much faster rate compared to normal variants and would become much tastier and healthier.
'Okay, now that that is done, let us go set up the automated production of Drones.'
I teleported to the Drone manufactorum of Atlantis where i soon found the image of Pixel speaking with two familiar figures. I walked up towards the trio of beautiful women, their conversation bleeding into my ears despite the relative distance i was away from them.
"Pixel, we wish to fulfil the mistresses' commands as best as possible but would like to consider taking more materials from the storage for the purpose of resupplying out own regenerative factors."
"You will have to ask the Mistress about this..." Pixel pointed at me, the duo of replicators turning to look at me also, with a hint of trepidation marring their features.
" It is fine for you to do so, take what you absolutely need. I won't be stingy over some material that we're about to get a metric shit tonne of..."
""Yes mistress!"" They both yelled out at the same time, making them seem like siblings despite their opposite looking physical features. I didn't really care so i decided to name them Yao and Dao for the time being, they seemed excited at the new names and hurriedly ran off to complete my previous orders.
"They seem to be a handful mistress, would you like me to interface with them as your representative?"
I gave the idea some thought and nodded after a while. It'd help me with controlling the duo and also make any meeting i have with them significantly more important to them. It also gave me the ability to slack off a little and be with my waifus...
"Yes, please do, unless it is an important matter or one requiring my input because it has an impact on the over all future of Atlantis and the people within you can order them around as you see fit, use my authority when you are giving commands and make the structure clear to them so that they don't think i am abandoning them."
"Yes mistress."
"Very good, now, i have come to see if the Drone production had launched off."
I looked over at several production lines, some on the ground, others floating in mid-air, all leading to a shoot where a translocation technology is placed to automatically refill the drone storages of the various batteries around the city.
"Well mistress, we see to have begun production but the time that the city has been inactive seems to have damaged some of the automatic functions of the device and has rendered it half effective. I was about to contact you about this and see if you could possibly fix this."
I followed Pixel around as she pointed and indicated several parts of the production line that seemed to not be working. Following her indications i quickly began to scan through the coding and the physical well-being of the individual parts. I didn't understand all of the complex nuance of the words but i got the gist that this was a partial coding error and engineering problem, possibly someone or something had sabotaged the production line at some point.
'Interesting... Well, let's fix it.'
I started to use rune language within the coding, replacing the Ancient code language, making it much shorter, easier to understand and much more concise. The coding issue seemed to fix itself with this addition as i fine tuned it with physical runes on the conveyors themselves. After a time i then began to meddle with the structural engineering of the production line and ended up finding numerous small issues with belts not moving and other areas looking decayed, rusted, etc.
"Pixel, i want you to get Yao and Dao to try and fix this production line when they come back from their first mission, i need this up and running soon so that we can be reassured that we can fight back against whatever comes our way in the future."
"Adding it to the list mistress."
"Good... Now, i will imbue you with some magic of mine that will allow you to imprint the runes i did in the first mine i activated. Whenever the duo activates a mine i want you to cast it in it and copy every affect the first one has onto that mine, including the shield."

I was a little put off by her repetition but didn't want to make a big deal out of nothing so i continued on with gusto.
"I'm starting now..."
I merged runes into her programming through her 'physical' form, i added a passive mana gathering function and then imprinted an algorithm that could be used to draw on the mana and create runes with the intentions that her programming supplied. I gave her only the basic ones with relevance to the securing of the mines and also gave her the ability to connect to Yao and Dao at will and transmit into their surroundings.
After the enchantment was complete i felt fully satisfied with my work today, i had already solved three major issues and now i only needed to protect my wives and enhance Atlantis even more.
'Well, let us use the rest of those Evo tickets and then I'll search for some skills and innates that i could use.'
'System i will use the Skill tickets on Nephilim Paragon, twice, one after the last one finished.'
