Chapter 9 - Mock Battle

Fireball.

Kevin Su summons 30 fireballs at the same time.

Kaiser Kurogane recalls one of the Homusubi casting a similar spell, but merely summoning a fireball.

He has no idea how much mana this man has, but everyone can see how he can summon these fireballs.

It depends on the fate of the following situation in the game.

He has no idea what will happen next because the game and real life are so unlike.

He hopes that following this, the plot will go as he recalls.

Ice Spikes.

Kaiser Kurogane creates 100 ice spikes.

Kevin Su frowns as he notices that he has more projectiles than him.

However, he believed that fire was more powerful than ice in terms of components, so he got confident as he unleashed his thirty fireballs.

Kaiser Kurogane unleashed his horde of ice spikes.

Two attacks were ready to clash, and when they did, there was a boom and a mist engulfed the arena.

Kevin Su, as a mage knight, is also skilled in sword battle, and since this is a combat, he should not hold back his abilities.

He rushes to Kaiser Kurogane's last position, unsheathing his sword, and strikes him.

He assumed that because of the mist, Kaiser Kurogane was on high alert and would go in his way to defend himself against the next onslaught.

Surprisingly, no one is around when his sword lands.

He immediately suspects that something is awry.

Unfortunately, he was surrounded by a hundred ice spikes before he could move.

The lethal part, however, is that three ice spikes are contacting his neck, preparing to stab him.

He couldn't believe it when he learned that a qualified mage knight like him, the youngest certified mage knight like him, had been vanquished in a mock combat.

He is irritated.

Meanwhile, the mist is gradually dissipating, and the folks are taken aback by the circumstance.

Kaiser Kurogane is in the air.

"No, he is standing on his ice spikes."

According to Andrew Han.

Andrew Han admires his innovation because they have the same element.

As the first prince and heir to the throne, he will undoubtedly be an observer.

However, he is not the only one who has recognized the technique behind his flying ability.

"Interesting."

Eva N. Gelion said it quietly and amusingly.

Catherine Suzaku, on the other hand, is astounded to see the other people.

Kevin Su is surrounded by ice spikes, and his neck, in particular, had some little blood due to the ice spike's contact with it.

Those ice spikes appear to be ready to fire based on how they appear on her.

Everyone was astonished when they realized the outcome.

Kevin Su, the youngest mage knight, was just vanquished by an unidentified young guy.

Except for one person, everyone is taken aback.

'He is strong, as promised, but who is he? '

Eva N. Gelion stated as she reflected on her memories.

She still has no idea, so she decided to ignore it for the time being and watch the show finish.

"The battle is over. Kaiser Kurogane is the winner."

When the announcer declares the end of the battle, they immediately gave them a standing ovation.

They're not sure why, but the silence is deafening, so they decided to make some noise.

As they return to their seats, Kevin Su looks at Kaiser Kurogane as if he wants to skin him alive.

He sighed when he spotted his glare.

Meanwhile, the following combat is announced by the announcer.

"Next match. Allen Han vs.…"
