Harry found himself standing inside an empty white space and memories began to flood into his mind.
It was a cold afternoon and a boy with curly brown hair was sitting on the roof of a building while completely dressed in a black shirt and trousers
" We're leaving tonight Harry, make sure you're ready before then." He heard a voice come from behind him.
" Yes sir." He replied, facing the sky.
It was long but the sun finally set and inside a dark building illuminated with candles, the eight of them were all dressed in black outfits.
" Now our quarry is a golden pendant and it's in the possession of Mr Marcus, a wealthy merchant who lives to the north. Understood?"
They all nodded their heads and immediately left the room and headed straight for their destination while moving through the shadows.
In less than thirty minutes they arrived in front of a large building and three guards completely armored and armed were standing in front of the building.
The building was located to the far north so the only thing surrounding it was the wooden fence that went around the building.
They proceeded round the building and right from behind, they were able to easily take out the three guards and three out of the eight of them, advanced into the building.
Getting into the house was easy because the owner wasn't around and only two maids who were in charge of cleaning the house were inside.
They were both left in shock as soon as they saw the intruders but Harry was quick to catch up to them and after injecting them with a strange liquid he had with him, they both fell to the floor unconscious.
" Search all around the house and make sure you find our quarry." One of them said, pointing towards the stairs of the building.
The both of them immediately began searching and Harry went up the building before entering the room that was closest to him.
The room was well furnished and had a gold figurine of a man situated right by the end of the bed along with gold designs on the pieces of furniture.
The room had another door right to its right and after a good look around the room he slowly walked towards the door.
He hesitated for a moment as soon as he grabbed a hold of the doorknob and right then he quickly turned around while moving to the side and saw a dagger slash right at the door.
The attacker was covered completely in black clothing and was wearing a black hood and mask and based on his physical appearance, he was a male.
The dagger in their possession was black and that made it easier for Harry to catch a glimpse of the purple liquid at the edge.
" An assassin." He gasped, quickly moving away from the attacker.
The door was situated to the left of the bed so it wasn't long before he bumped into the gold figurine he had seen earlier and as soon as the assassin tried to attack him, he grabbed a hold of the table on which the figurine was placed on and flung it at them.
The assassin was able to easily cut the table in half and immediately dashed straight towards his opponent who had already jumped onto the bed and was heading towards the exit.
The assassin ran towards the door instead and just as Harry was about to grab the doorknob, he grabbed the boy's hand and flung him away.
He went crashing against the wall of the room and immediately got up to see the assassin standing right in front of him.
A slash came straight towards his neck but he was quick to dock and then shift his head to the side, leaving the dagger to hit his mask instead.
He quickly staggered backward while quivering in fear as the assassin dashed straight towards him once again and sent an upward horizontal slash straight for his head.
He flung his head backward in time and the dagger ended up cutting his mask in half and he fell butt down to the floor.
The assassin held out his dagger and it began to glow yellow as he slowly walked towards the boy who was sitting on the floor in wholesome trepidation.
At that moment, Harry looked around the room for anything that could aid his survival and luckily he found the half of the table the assassin had cut down earlier.
He quickly grabbed it and flung it at his opponent as the swing descended towards him but he bent down his head on time and watched as his hand went flying.
He screamed in pain and immediately gripped his wounded hand as he fell to the floor.
His eyes were instantly filled with tears and he began to cry as he quickly crawled across the floor while leaving a trail of blood behind.
While he was still crawling, he felt a stinging in his back, and his whole body was instantly numbed.
He couldn't move a single muscle again and watched as his blood slowly wasted away on the ground.
The assassin pulled out the dagger from his back and immediately walked towards the exit of the room, leaving him in a pull of blood.

The memory quickly went by and he found himself standing in front of a tree and he had an axe in his hand with sweat dripping all over his face and body.
His gaze was fuzzy, his eyes looked dull and he felt incredibly exhausted.
With all the might he had left in him, he lifted up the axe, and just as he swung it at the tree, it flew right out of his hand.
" Good lord! What in the world is the meaning of this!"
He looked to his left to see a man glaring at him angrily and just a little further in front of him, an axe was inserted into the tree he was walking towards.
" I'm really sorry." He mumbled, walking towards the axe.
Just after a few steps, he felt a heavy impact on his head and flew straight to the ground.
It felt like the world was turning around and his head began to pound immediately after he received the punch.
Coupled with how greatly fatigued he was, all he could manage to do was get on his knees with his hands on his head and his gaze fixed on the ground.
" Were you trying to kill me just now?! And even at that, you couldn't manage a simple word of apology." The man said, walking towards him, "Just wait until I beat that sorry state out of you."
He tried to look up after hearing all that but his head began to throb even more and right then, a kick was sent straight towards his abdomen.
He went tumbling further across the ground and began to cough violently as his gaze began to fade significantly.
" Come on man, don't you think he's already had enough."
" If that was enough, he would be on his knees and begging me at this very moment."
Although the words sounded fuzzy to him, he was able to make them out fully but he was too weak to take any action and simply lay there until the man jacked him up with the collar of his shirt.
He could barely raise up his head and so his gaze was left fixed on the man's hand as his fist went flying straight towards his face.
His head flung to the side and blood instantly filled his mouth as slumped to the ground unconscious.
He opened his eyes to find himself back inside the white empty space and this time he saw everything that had transpired up until the King showed up.
He had faced sights more cruel than that and even if he wasn't the one doing it, it left him in a serious mental trauma.

The king slowly stepped back as the beast emerged from within the portal and immediately after it came fully into view, the portal closed.
The beast was about one hundred and ninety centimeters tall and had limbs twice the size of an average person's.
It had a rough body and long thin, slightly rectangular spikes that grew from its neck and went about thirty-five centimeters past its head.
The spikes stopped by the end of the sides of its face which meant that its eyes were more visible and that along with its tan body and the single horn that grew from the center of its forehead made it even more menacing.
The beast immediately raised its palm at him and its skin began to peel off and form spikes which immediately went flying straight towards him.
He immediately punched down on the ground and broken ground along with the wind generated from the impact was enough to block the attack but that was only the beginning of his problems.
The spikes he knocked away immediately began to enlarge and grow quickly until they were exactly like their origin and were one-third its size.
