" It seems everyone is ready. Then let's start.
For the first question...
A blind girl lost her dad, her mother and her wallet. She went to school but when she got there she realised that she left her bag.
What did she lose first?"
"Oh what an easy question. She obviously lost her dad. "
"Wrong "
"This brother you're too dumb for my liking. She lost her bag first when she realised it when she got to school. Easy peasy. Now give me points please."
"Wrong again."
"If it's not the bag then it's her father. This is so obvious." Another chimed in with a smile.
"Wrong again."
Then if it's not any of these then this leaves us with one choice."
"Her Fatheeer," most of them said almost at the same time so as not to be outdone by their competitors. As if they were afraid to be. beaten to the points.
The tension made most of them forget that they could just voice out their thoughts and be done.
Even though a lot of people answered, some were still quiet. Like Vincent, Viva, Hakim, Squidward and others.
To them, it felt like the answer wouldn't be too easy since if the mother is not the answer then only someone overthinking would choose the father as the answer. It was as obvious as the sun shining in the morning and the moon during the night.
So they were still racking their brains, brainstorming to find the correct answer.
As if to prove their point, Defoe's voice sounded a few seconds later." Wrong again. Well, if no one knows the answer should I skip and ask the next question?".
"Whaat?"
"Even that was wrong."
"Does it mean there isn't an answer to the question?"
"No, there must be an answer. So this is the true meaning of the test of intelligence. If it was too easy we wouldn't still be here."
'A blind girl lost her dad, her mother and her wallet. She went to school but when she got there she realised that she left her bag.
What did she lose first? A blind girl, a blind girl. Think V. Think what is it that she would lose first,' Vincent was chewing his nails as he was racking his brain to find an answer.
"Wait. A blind girl. Haha! Haha! I have the formula. The answer is she lost her sight," Vincent did a victory dance as he was expecting points since he knew he had it right.
" Nah that can't be right, can it?"
" No, I think he might be right. The answer to the question should not necessarily be at the end of the question. We trapped ourselves in a cycle since we thought the answer must be the options he led us to believe. So that was just us being led around the nose like a dog.
This guy is either a genius or very lucky. The following questions will prove one of them," a bespectacled almond-haired man said his analysis based on Vincent's answer. His frame was slim. His eyes upturned his iris shining an enchanting blue. His face was average at best. But the life in his eyes made him have a dreamy appearance. He was in a baggy robe like all the other contestants, with his frame making him look like cassava sticks in a sack.
"What frightening analytical depth. With just an answer which has not been decided to be right or wrong, he made such deep scrutiny. Though the three wrong answers paved the way. It's rather impressive. This guy is in a league of his own.
Vincent looked at the young man with a deep gaze since he couldn't come up with such a deep conclusion with little details.
Hell, even his answer was based on intuition and not logic
But the question is if he could do this why didn't he answer the question? Or does it mean that Vincent's brain is faster than his? Only he knows the answer to the question.
"The answer is correct," Defoe added, making them stunned, but they soon got a hold of themselves and admired the spectacled man more than Vincent.
Although he was the one who had the answer correct since the almond-haired's in-depth analysis made them aware of it.
" Oh, spoiler alert... This is one of the easiest questions you can get. So if you think you can't think far. Then it's simple: you're inferior to some of the contestants here. I admire the grit you've shown up to this point. But grit can only take you far. Why don't I give you guys an easy way out? For how far you've come step forward. I'll bend the rules and give you guys some perks. Sometimes when you know when certain things are above your capabilities, you should know when to put a stop to it. Don't be a fool and overestimate yourself.
At least some of the perks can reduce the distance so that you can catch up. If you want to forfeit, step forward. I won't say it again," Defoe said with a stern look as he radiated an aura of seriousness.
Though it looked like he was giving them a chance. There were obvious cons to this. Even if the people who didn't end up in the top 10 still decided to stay.
They would not go empty-handed. On the con side, what if they actually went empty-handed? So they decided to gamble by betting on their future, the top 5 would widen the gap more and more unless they were not ambitious and decided to live a simple life. Another con is that if we stay and we're out of the top five. Then we leave empty-handed without any benefit. Doesn't it mean the gamble didn't pay off?
' Because, if you who forfeited can get some perks then why will I who decided not to forfeit, not get some perks.' These thoughts were going through most of the contestants who had made a decision. And this was a very risky thought process.
And some of them would come to regret their decision. Since their thoughts were based on mortal thinking. They think like they are dealing with fellow humans. But the person in front of them is a higher being who does not use the thoughts of mortals in his conscience.
As some were making decisions a certain big-chested girl stepped forward. And her chest wasn't the only feast for the eyes, so was her backside. She had her hair short with its colour being a natural pink. Her short hair covered one of her navy blue eyes. Her lips are soft and cute with an unblemished face. Her chest is something to write home about. It was a rare H-cup. Her ass was soft and plump jiggling with every step she took. Though she was in a baggy robe it didn't help in covering her innocent figure with sinful assets. Not knowing whether to look at her chest or back, some observed her chest, others her ass.
Vincent, not knowing what to do, decided to shuffle looking at her ass for a few seconds and then shifted his attention to her chest.
As I was walking, I could practically feel the stairs on my body. I know I had an above-average chest and bottom but this is too much.
One particular stare was just too much. It was like hands roaming over my body.
I looked round to find the source of the stair and lo and behold it was the guy who was third. His eyes were practically undressing me. His name was phlegm boy or Vincent.
I stared at him expecting him to at least be flustered. When I met his eyes I felt a shiver run down my spine. It was like seeing a middle-aged otaku knowing that his dropped light novel had a new volume on the market. My intuition was telling me something bad was about to happen. He looked at me and threw a smile and practically raped me with his eyes.
What is this? Something slimy is running between my thighs. Am I a pervert or what?
Vincent, not knowing what to do, decided to shuffle looking at her ass for a few seconds and then shifted his attention to her chest.
'What I would do to play with these bazookas.'
Oh, she looked at me. She's still staring, oh well let me continue supervising her body with my eyes.
'Should I risk it? Obviously, since we will lose our memories. I should man up and grab those assets,' Vincent thought was filled with scenarios of him groping lemons.
"Young man, are you sure about that," Defoe asked Vincent whilst smiling but his eyes were saying something else. Something frightening, daring me to try out my thoughts and see what happens.
'My goodness this old bastard. Those are some frightening eyes. I even had an illusion of being chained and tortured,' Vincent thought while he shivered. He was shaken by that. His lust was immediately quenched. As if unresigned his body started moving on its own walking towards Lemons.
