Chapter 35 - Chapter 35

Aryan lifted Disha in his arms, heading towards the bathroom. Disha tightly wrapped the blanket around herself and asked, "Aryan, what about you?"

As they reached the bathroom door, Aryan gently set Disha down and, while opening the door, asked, "What do you mean by that, Disha?"

Covering herself with the blanket and looking down at her feet shyly, Disha said, "I mean, Aryan, won't you also want to do something? What about that?"

Aryan understood Disha's implication, and he appreciated her shyness. He hugged Disha, planted a kiss on her hair, and said, "I'll wait, Disha. You're not ready yet."

Disha appreciated Aryan's understanding. She then went into the bathroom for a quick shower, while Aryan sat on the bed, patiently waiting for her.

Wrapped in a towel, Disha emerged from the bathroom and stood near the door, asking, "Aryan, when are we going home?"

Aryan, who was lying on the bed, sat up and, seeing Disha in a towel, gulped before saying, "In the morning."

Disha sat beside Aryan on the bed and said, "Aryan, should we leave now? I can't sleep well in new place, and in this dress, sleep is out of the question. If we go home in the morning, everyone will know we were out all night."

Listening to all of Disha's concerns, Aryan calmly asked, "Do you want to go home now?"

Disha nodded affirmatively with a quick yes.

Aryan said, "Okay, we'll go home now. Get ready, and we'll leave."

Overjoyed to go home, Disha hastily dressed, fixed her face, and Aryan and Disha left the hotel together, taking a seat in the car.

As Aryan drove a bit further, he suddenly remembered that Disha hadn't eaten anything since the evening. Looking at Disha, he said, "Disha, you haven't eaten anything since the evening. Sorry, I forgot. What would you like to eat?"

Excitedly, Disha said, "I want Burger!"

Hearing Disha's request for a burger, Aryan looked surprised and said, "Disha, you want a burger? We can go to a restaurant and have a proper dinner."

Disha, shook her head and with a pout, looked at Aryan and said, "Aryan, I want a burger."

Aryan, smiling at Disha's pout, said, "Alright, Mam, we'll have burger."

Excited by Aryan's response, Disha did a little winning dance in her seat.

As they drove, Aryan picked up burgers on the way. Disha started eating burger and considering Aryan's difficulty in eating while driving, fed him a burger during their conversation. Together, engaged in light-hearted chatter, they reached the mansion.

As they stepped into the mansion, Nita awaited them in the living room. Disha, feeling a bit hesitant, subtly slowed her steps and discreetly followed behind Aryan, who was leading the way.

Aryan reached Nita, and Disha was still hiding behind him. Expressing his concern, Aryan said, "Mom, you're still waiting? You should have gone to sleep by now; it's very late."

In response, Nita said, "Yes, I should have gone to sleep, but I couldn't fall asleep.

Nita's attention turned towards Disha, who was hiding behind Aryan, and she curiously asked, 'Disha beta, how was the party?'

Disha was still standing behind Aryan and said, "The party was good, Mom."

Seeing Disha hiding like that, Aryan was confused, and Nita found it amusing. Aryan gently pulled Disha to stand by his side.

Awkwardly, Disha tried to cover her neck with her hair and said, "Hi, Mom."

Nita noticed mark on Disha's neck because Disha couldn't hide it with her hair even if when she tried to. Nita smiled and not wanting to make Disha more uncomfortable, wished them both good night, and left for her room.

Disha, with both hands on her waist, glared at Aryan and said angrily, "You", Disha stomped her foot, displaying her annoyance.

Confused, Aryan asked, "What happened, Disha?"

Disha suddenly moved her hair away from her shoulders, revealing Aryan the neck covered in visible bite marks.

Disha said, "Mom must have seen this, now how can I face her? This is all your fault."

Aryan, suppressing his laughter, said, "Oh, I didn't know, and how was I supposed to know you were hiding behind me for this reason?"

Saying this Aryan ran towards his room seeing that Disha is getting angry, Disha also followed him closely behind, holding her heels in her hands.

Aryan entered the room and playfully collapsed onto the bed. Disha, following closely, also fell next to him. The exhilaration of their playful chase left them both breathless.

After a short while of lying down, Aryan went to freshen up in the bathroom, and Disha proceeded to change in the closet. Once she has switched into her nightclothes, Disha settled onto the bed. Subsequently, Aryan, having completed his shower and changed, joined her by the bedside.

As Aryan drew Disha closer, she nestled her head on his chest, finding comfort in the warmth of his embrace. A gentle kiss from Aryan graced her forehead, sealing the quiet moment between them. In the soothing tranquility, they succumbed to sleep, wrapped in the peaceful embrace of each other.

As the morning sunlight filtered through the curtains, Disha woke up with a gentle kiss on Aryan's cheeks. Ready to start the day, however as she attempted to rise from the bed, Aryan playfully pulled her back, positioning himself on top of her. He secured her hands on either side with his own, creating a playful and affectionate moment between them.

Aryan, tenderly kissed Disha's lips, expressing the start of a new day in their journey as a married couple. Playfully, he greeted her, "Good morning, Mrs. Aryan Singhania," setting a tone of affection for the day ahead.

Disha, blushing, replied with a shy "Good morning" and playfully pushed Aryan away before rushing to the bathroom, hiding her face.

Aryan, engrossed in his work on the laptop, occasionally glanced at Disha, who was seated at the dressing table, diligently hiding the marks from her neck with makeup.

Disha tried several times, but the marks were still visible. Frustrated, she turned around and asked Aryan, "These marks aren't hiding. What should I do?"

Aryan, without diverting his attention from the laptop, said, "It's okay, it's not that noticeable."

Disha, finding Aryan engrossed in his laptop, she got more angrier, and a mischievous thought crossed her mind. She hurriedly conceal the marks on her neck. She swiftly used her hair to cover the area and adorned a choker necklace to further mask the marks. Adding a touch of mischief, she picked up a red lipstick from the dressing table and started applying it to her lips.

As she applied lipstick, Disha confidently walked towards Aryan, moving his laptop aside, and sat on his lap. She placed her hands on his shoulders and innocently smiled.

Seeing Disha's unexpected move, Aryan was initially surprised, but then he playfully grabbed her waist with his hands and smirked, saying, "What happened, wifey? Someone is in the flirting mood."

Disha slowly approached Aryan's neck, planting a kiss on the collar of his white shirt and then on his cheek, leaving red lipstick marks in both places. Finally, she gently kissed Aryan's lips, but he quickly turned that soft kiss into a passionate one.

Afterward, Disha used her pallu to clean Aryan's lips, removing the red marks. She pretended to try and remove the marks from his cheek and collar, but they didn't really go away.

Then, Disha rose from Aryan's lap and quickly brought him out of the room, saying that it was quite late and everyone would probably be waiting for breakfast. Due to Disha's mischief, Aryan couldn't check the mirror, and they both headed towards the living room. Aryan was occupied with his phone, so Disha cleverly removed all her lipstick from her lips.

Both of them sat at the breakfast table, and as everyone's attention shifted towards Aryan, suppressing their laughter, they all began to have breakfast. Aryan, noticing the suppressed laughter around him, removed his attention from the phone and looked at everyone.

Aryan, after looking towards Abhi, asked, "What happened?"

Abhi, suppressing his laughter, replied, "Nothing, bhai."

Grandma, with a twinkle in her eye, glanced at Aryan and Disha, and then turned her gaze towards Nita. She spoke with a gentle smile, "Nita, dear, get ready. It won't be long before you'll be cradling grandchild in your arms."

Nita smiled and said, "Yes, Mom, I feel the same way."

Disha and Aryan were completely surprised; Disha's plan was just to embarrass Aryan, but it turned into something else. Aryan had no idea what was going on.

Aryan quickly finished his coffee and got up from the table to leave for the office. Nita playfully remarked, "Aryan, are you going to the office like this? Change your shirt beta."

Aryan, oblivious to the marks on his shirt, looked at Nita and asked, "What's the matter, Mom? What's wrong with this shirt?"

Nita chuckled and said, "Go to your room and look in the mirror; then you'll understand."

Aryan became confused by Nita's words and started heading towards the room. At that moment, Nita asked Disha to go and help Aryan find a shirt. However, Disha, glancing at her plate, declined the offer.

Upon hearing Disha's refusal, Aryan paused in his steps and turned around to address Disha. Despite not wanting to, Disha reluctantly moved towards Aryan in response to his call.

Aryan, continuing towards the room, asked Disha, "What's happening, Disha? Why is everyone behaving so weirdly?"

Feeling like her joke might have been taken too seriously, and fearing Aryan's reaction, Disha, looking down, nervously responded, "Aryan, I was just joking. I didn't realize they would take it in completely different way."

Aryan was still confused, but before he could ask Disha anything, they had reached the room. Standing in front of the mirror, Aryan noticed the marks on his cheek and shirt.

Disha was visibly anxious, and in an attempt to create some distance from Aryan, she began taking steps backward. As Aryan turned towards her, Disha, avoiding direct eye contact, directed her gaze towards the floor and expressed her regret, "Sorry, Aryan. I didn't anticipate that my joke would escalate to this extent. I genuinely apologize, Aryan. Please don't get angry."

Seeing her visibly scared of him, Aryan felt a deep sense of remorse. Moving towards her, he pulled her into a tight hug, placing a gentle kiss on her head. He reassured her, saying, "Disha, it's okay. It was just a joke, and there's no need to be so scared."

Embraced in Aryan's arms, Disha looked up, tilting her neck and asked, "You're not angry, right?"

Aryan, looking at Disha's cute face, leaned down and kissed her on the nose, saying, "No, wifey, I'm not angry."

Disha, happy with Aryan's reply, smiled broadly and said, "Wait, I'll get a new shirt."

Aryan changed his shirt and headed to the office, while Disha became engrossed in reading her book.
