The Dueling stadium of Paradise City was filled to the brim, not a single seat was empty. The Augmented Reality Combat System was activated with the Action Field being some sort of space Field Spell. It had a few small planets floating in the air, stars twinkling in the vast dark corners of space around the field and finally, a single large moon where the two Duelists stood as they faced one another.
The ones dueling were Yuya and a nameless teenage girl that appeared to be 15-years-old. She had black long hair with red highlights that reached the back of her waist, fair skin and red eyes like Yuya's. For clothes; she wore a black leather biker jacket with a silver zip that opened at the front and silver studs over a black lycra cropped top that showed her belly. She also had black leather pants with square pockets and a zip at the center. Finally, she had black high heels with no socks.
Both Duelists had their Duel Disks on their left forearms with the teenage girl's one being a black coloured Standard Dimension Duel Disk with its blade a red outlined colour. Both Duelists had no cards in their hand; Yuya had 500 Life Points while his opponent had 1000. Yusei's student also had no monsters on his field, while the unnamed female had a single monster. It was the Fusion Monster; Infernoid Tierra. Yuya's opponent just finished her turn and now, it was Yuya's.
Yuya Life Points: 500/ Number of cards in hand: 0.
Teenage girl Life points: 1000/ Number of cards in hand: 0.

"Alright, my move!" Yuya called out as he drew his card and swiped his right hand out to the side. The tomato-hair style boy brought the card up to see what it was, then grew a confident smirk at what he saw. "Time to swing into action! I Summon the Pendulum Tuner Monster, Star-Eyes Synchron!" The Odd-Eyes Duelist called out as he swiped the card onto his Duel Disk's blade. A burst of white light appeared in front of Yuya, before it cleared to reveal Yuya's Pendulum Tuner Monster, Star-Eyes Synchron with the Dragon-Type letting out a loud cry.
Star-Eyes Synchron ATK Points: 500/ Level: 1.
Yuya swiped his right hand out, gesturing to Star-Eyes Synchron with the hand. "I activate Star-Eyes Synchron's special ability!" Yuya called out, white cosmic energy appearing in Star-Eyes Synhron's mouth, before the dragon breathed out a cosmic breath attack into the sky. The cosmic breath attack created a pure white portal in the sky. "When he's Normal or Special Summoned, I'm allowed to Special Summon 1 face-up "Odd-Eyes" Monster that's resting in my Extra Deck". The teenage boy explained his monster's effect, before his Extra Deck opened and Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon's card slotted out of it.
Yuya picked up his ace monster's card with his right hand's index and middle fingers. "Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, you're back on stage!" Yuya called out as he swiped the card onto the Duel Disk's blade. A familiar cry came out of the cosmic portal, before Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon fell down from it and landed on the ground besides Yuya and Star-Eyes Synchron. It reared its head up, then let out a powerful cry.
Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon ATK Points: 2500/ Level: 7.
Yuya's smirk grew larger, before he brought up his right fist and held it with confidence. "Here I go, my everything! Level 1 Star-Eyes Synchron gives Level 7 Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon a tune up!" Yuya declared, thrusting his right fist into the air. Star-Eyes Synchron cried out, before bursting into cosmic energy. The cosmic energy was absorbed into Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, causing his whole body to be covered in energy with only its eyes visible. Odd-Eyes' eyes began shining like a star, before the cosmic energy covered dragon unleashed a powerful roar as it began transforming, its form still covered.
"Wondrous and beautiful dragon with dichromatic eyes! With the power given to you by the dragon of stardust, transform into a new dragon with eyes that shine a new future! I Synchro Summon! Level 8! Star-Eyes Savior Dragon!" Yuya chanted as the cosmic energy covering the dragon unlashed a bright light. After a moment, the bright light died down, revealing Star-Eyes Savior Dragon in the air. The Synchro Pendulum monster's shinning eyes flashed a bit, before he spun around in the air and curled its claws, legs, wings and tail around itself. The Dragon-Type monster spread his claws, legs, wings and tail out, unleashing an earth-shattering roar with white glittering stars surrounding him.
Star-Eyes Savior Dragon ATK Points: 3000/ Level: 8.
The audience all burst into cheers at seeing Yuya's famed Synchro Pendulum Monster, kids even crying out "dragon" over and over again. Star-Eyes Savior Dragon gazed towards Infernoid Tierra, then roared at the Fusion Monster. "You're eager to win, huh Star-Eyes? Well, let's get to it! I activate my dragon's special ability!" The teenage boy called out with a confident voice. Star-Eyes gave out a roar, before he flew higher into the air. "Go, Stardust Resurrection!" Yuya called out as Star-Eyes spread his wings out fully, before they began gleaming beautiful silver white energy that rained down on the field below.
"Once a turn, Star-Eyes Savior Dragon can Special Summon a monster back from my Graveyard, or a face-up Monster in my Extra Deck back to the field! So, come on back, Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon!" Yuya explained his monster's special ability, watching Star-Eyes Savior Dragon as Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon appeared out of his wings and fell down to the ground.
Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon DEF Points: 2000/ Level: 7.
"And now the best part! Star-Eyes Savior Dragon gains ATK Points equal to the Special Summoned monster's! Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon has 2500 ATK Points, so that'll increase Star-Eyes Savior Dragon's ATK Points all the way to 5500!" Yuya further explained his new monster's special ability as red flames appeared around Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon, before they transferred over to Star-Eyes Savior. The red flames changed to silvery white flames as they covered the Synchro Pendulum Monster, its eyes flashing as its ATK Points went up.
Star-Eyes Savior Dragon ATK Points: 3000 + 2500 = 5500.
"And with this..." Yuya began, rearing his right fist back. "Game over!" He finished, thrusting the fist forward. "Star-Eyes, show that Fusion to the graveyard! Attack! Spiral Cosmic Flare!" Yuya cried out, an order his Synchro Pendulum Monster was more than happy to obey. Star-Eyes Savior Dragon let out a fierce cry as the three gems all over its body began flashing their respective colours.
Star-Eyes Pendulum Dragon opened its mouth, revealing black cosmic energy inside his mouth. The Dragon-Type Monster then unleashed a black flare attack like Stardust's Cosmic Flare attack, only it had white sparkles around it, at Infernoid Tierra. The flare attack drew closer to Infernoid Tierra with the Fiend-Type monster crying out, before Star-Eyes' attack struck and created an explosion upon impact.
Infernoid Tierra was consumed by the explosion complete with its Duelist getting blasted off of her feet and sent spiraling into the air, crying out. (5500 - 3400 = 2100)
Teenage girl Life points: 1000 - 2100 = 0.
Yuya wins!
(Music end)
The girl crashed down on the holographic moon on her back, thankfully unharmed. Star-Eyes Savior Dragon let out a fierce cry, before disappearing completely. A holographic screen displaying an image of Yuya then appeared over the field with the words "win" over it. The audience all erupted in cheers, no one seeming to care that the Action Field isn't deactivating.
Among the people in the stands were the You Show Duel School; all of them smiling for the Odd-Eyes Duelist's victory. "Fantastic". Frederick remarked, holding up both clenched fists up. "I can't believe Yuya became the world champion of Action Dueling". Allie commented from right next to Frederick. "Well, believe it you two. Our tomato hair friend down there won and is now champion". Rin said from her seat behind the two young kids, smiling down at the boy her sister was close to.
A minute or two later, Yuya stood alone on the still activated Action field, only with a trophy in hand now and graffiti raining down on him. The Odd-Eyes Duelist smiled brightly as he held up the trophy into the air with his right hand. "My dream has come true!" He exclaimed in victory, followed by the cheers of the audience. Yuya lowered his right hand, then gazed to his left towards a section of the audience where his Duel School were.
He saw them all standing there with proud smiles; Yusei, Lulu, Rin, Yuzu, Gong, Skip, Tate, Frederick, Ally, Serenity and even his mom. "Way to go, Yuya!" Lulu called out to the Odd-Eyes Duelist with a bright smile with both her eyes closed in a peaceful manner. "All your hard work has finally paid off!" Serenity cried out in praise to Yuya, just as proud of him as everyone else. "Gong hasn't felt this emotional since he won his first duel in pre-school! Your performance has moved Gong to tears, Yuya!" Gong cried out, anime crying before covering his eyes with the right forearm.
Yuya's smile grew larger at his friends' praise, before looking over to Yusei. Satellite's Shooting Star gave his student a proud smile, then nodded in approval. The Odd-Eyes Duelist returned the nod, before gazing down at the trophy he was holding. 'Dad... I've done it. I've not only won the trophy, but the crowd in my own way'. Yuya thought to himself, then looked over towards one of the entrances of the arena.
There, Yuya's father Yusho Sakaki stood, gazing down at his son with a proud look. Yuya breathed out happily at seeing his father, before he began shedding tears of joy. 'Dad...' The Odd-Eyes Duelist said inside his mind, feeling great joy at finally seeing Yusho return after 3 years. Before he could make a move to go to his father, a familiar voice spoke up from behind Yuya. "That duel was Pendulumtastic, Coach Y!" Someone cried out, catching Yuya's attention.
He gazed to his left, where he saw Sora jumped up to him and wrap both arms around Yuya's shoulders in a hug. "Whoa, where'd you come from!?" The Odd-Eyes Duelist exclaimed in surprise, trying to shake Sora off yet failed as the 13-year-old boy then wrapped his legs around Yuya. "Yeah, haha! I just knew you'd win, that's why I picked you to be my Duel teacher. So, when's my first lesson, coach?" Sora asked the older boy with an eager voice, much to Yuya's discomfort due to the lack of space between their faces.
"Hey, just hold up a second!" Yuya exclaimed, leaning away from Sora. However, for some reason he was magically at the edge of the moon and due to him leaning backwards, he ended up falling off. Yuya cried out as he fell down a dark void, Sora magically no longer holding him and gone, before darkness consumed his mind.
(Unknown location)
Blam!
Yuya grunted upon feeling himself slam on something. He opened his eyes and find himself in his room with the upper half of his body on the ground, while the lower half was still in the bed. It turns out that Yuya just had a dream, and had half fallen off his bed. The Odd-Eyes Duelist had his dark grey pajamas on, the goggles were off and his pendant was placed on the low lining futon single bed's headboard next to Yuya's alarm clock.
"That was... a dream?" Yuya questioned, right before pulling his legs off the bed and down on the ground. "Well, that would explain why I was suddenly at the Dueling Stadium for no apparent reason. But still..." The Odd-Eyes Duelist spoke, eyes turning comically white in anger. "That pipsqueak had to come in and ruin a nice dream!" Yuya added in a comical angry voice.
It's been 3 days since his and Lulu's tag duel against Sylvio and Cera, and since then, Sora has been stuck to him like glue, much to Yuya's annoyance as it was quickly becoming annoying.
The teenage boy placed both hands on the ground and pushed himself onto his feet. He turned around and looked towards his pendant, before reaching out and took hold of it with the right hand. Yuya gazed at the pendant as it slightly swings side to side. 'But still, that dream could be a reality one day. It's still a long way away, but I'll get there someday'. Yuya thought to himself, before gazing over to his desk.
Lying atop Yuya's desk was both his deck and Duel Disk beside one another, but there was also a deck box there as well. That deck box contained some cards Yuya has that he swaps out with the cards in his deck from time to time. 'I've got a long way to go. There's still powerful duelists out there; Yusei's a perfect example. I've got to get stronger if I wanna defeat him one day. Not only that, but entertain the people that watch me duel. I've gotta remember though, to do it my own way as myself, not as my dad'. Yuya thought to himself, before gazing out the window towards the morning sun.
'Dad... Wherever you are, I hope you're alright and doing your best to stop your friend. No matter how long it takes, I'll wait for you to come home. So please, just be careful'. The Odd-Eyes Duelist said mentally, praying for his father's safe return and success in wherever he is. Unknown to Yuya right now was that his pendant was giving a soft blue glow, as if it was being influenced by its owner's thoughts.
Outside of Paradise City's airport station; many planes were taking flight and docking. But there was this one plane that stood out from the rest. It was a highly advanced one with a beautiful silvery white colour. On the left side of this plan were the letters "KC" in light blue colours. This plane was actually a private jet for the Kaiba Cooperation, reserved for only its CEO, or members of high ranking.
The front left of the plane opened, followed by a staircase seemingly materializing from it to ground level. From the plane walked out two middle age, black suited men wearing sunglasses. They were acting as escorts for someone very important for this visit to Paradise City.
Then, someone else walked out of the plane, and they were breathtaking to look at it. It was a teenage girl that looked to be around Yusei's age, maybe a year younger or so. She has pale skin, white waist-length hair with tones of baby blue and bright blue eyes. For clothes, she was wearing long white sleeveless KaibaCorp-designed coat featuring shoulder pads and a raised studded collar, with black sleeves from her shirt dress coming out from under. She has extra belts in pairs strapped around her upper arms and shins. For footwear, she had black thigh-high boots. The most attention-grabbing detail though, was the white engagement ring on her left hand's ring finger.
The unknown girl gazed upwards to the sky, then brought her right hand up to block out the sun. "Paradise City... I haven't been here for such a long time, I've almost forgotten how the sun shines down on it". She said with a fond tone, a sign that she's truly missed this city. She then gazed down below towards a nearby white limo, where Claude stood right in front of the vehicle.
Declan's right-hand man gazed up towards the white-haired girl and gave a nod to her. This mysterious woman smiled as she lowered her hand. "It's time to learn about this Pendulum Summoning that's interest Declan Akaba so much that he'd be willing to call on us for help". The woman remarked, before walking past her escorts and started going down the stairs. Her escorts quickly followed, their will to accomplish their orders strong; to protect their boss' fiancé.
(Meanwhile at the Sakaki Household)
A little later; Yuya walked out of his room, fully clothed in the clothes he now normally wears, only he didn't have his footwear on. "That blue-haired pest Sora's even starting to get in my dreams now. Seriously, where does he get off just coming in out of nowhere and asks me to be his teacher? I'm too young to take on someone as a student, I'd rather wait until I'm Yusei's age". The Odd-Eyes Duelist said to himself, still a bit annoyed at Sora's declaration of him being his student.
Barking caught Yuya's attention, right before he looked to his right and saw En and Core coming up to him. "En, Core! How've you two been!" Yuya greeted the pets brightly, getting down on his right knee as both dog and cat stopped in front of him. He took the dog into his hands and held it up in the air. "You're both growing so fast, and healthy too. Guess Mom's been feeding you guys well then, huh". The Odd-Eyes Duelist remarked, which the dog in his hands let out happy barks in response.
"I'm glad. I wonder if you guys will grow any more". Yuya said with an eager voice, right before a meow caught his attention. The teenage boy looked down and saw that it was Core with the cat's paws wrapped around his left leg. "Good morning, Core". The Odd-Eyes Duelist greeted the odd-eyed cat, which Core meowed in response. Yuya chuckled down at the cat, before hearing his mother downstairs talking. "You certainly are hungry, my little friend. Well, keep eating. There's plenty more where that came from". Yoko said from downstairs, as if she were speaking to someone.
Curious to know who his mother was talking to, Yuya placed En down next to Core. He smiled and gave the two animals a wave of the right hand, before running over then jumped to the fire pole. He slides it down to the lower level of the house. "Did you let another stray in the house, Mom?" Yuya questioned, turning to look to the kitchen, and then sweat drop at what he saw.
Yoko was behind the counter, wearing a black apron and holding up a dish with her right hand. And there, sitting around the table enjoying breakfast was the same 13-year-old that Yuya was just talking about a few seconds ago; Sora. "Yeah, me". The blue-haired boy answered Yuya's question from earlier, right before Yuya fell to the ground anime style.
Yuya quickly recovered and ran over to the table, placing both fists down on it as he glared at Sora, who just continued to enjoy breakfast. "What the heck are you doing here?!" Yuya questioned the younger boy, yet didn't get an answer as Sora just continued to eat the pancakes. Yoko came up to the table and placed a plate of pancakes down in front of her son. "I noticed him wondering around the neighborhood, the poor boy. I had no choice but to offer him breakfast of course since he looked so hungry". Yoko explained to Yuya, much to his annoyance at hearing this.
"You should have given him food to go". He grumbled out, feeling his morning ruined just from seeing Sora so early. Yoko turned to look at Sora with a bright expression. "He's welcome here. Remember, we looked after Yusei, Lulu and Rin not too long ago so what's the harm looking after one more person". The young-looking mother reminded Yuya, unintentionally catching Sora's attention at hearing the name of Satellite's Shooting Star. The Duel Academy agent quickly went back to enjoying breakfast to not give away anything.
"Besides, Sora's your student, isn't he?" Yoko added, something that Yuya was quick to correct. "No!" He snapped, bringing both fists up and slammed them down on the table, grabbing the attention of Yoko and Sora as they looked at him. "Huh?" Sora grew a sad look at his "teacher's" words, holding up a fork a little. "Don't give me that face. You're 13-years-old, right? That means you can't be some beginner, I started dueling back when I was 6-years-old, so you probably started around that age too". The Odd-Eyes Duelist said, placing the right elbow against the table and rested on his right hand.
Sora puffed out his cheeks at Yuya, before placing the fork down. "That doesn't matter, you're being mean. I can see you didn't learn manners from your sister here". He said with a friendly smile, turning to look at Yoko, much to her surprise at Sora's words. Yuya let out an exhausted groan as he knew full well how this was gonna go. 'Not again'. The Odd-Eyes Duelist thought, certain that his own mother was now gonna take Sora's side now.
"His sister?" Yoko questioned, placing both hands down on the table as she stared at Sora. The Duel Academy agent blinked in confusion at Yoko, having honest thought she was Yuya's sister. "Uhhh, have I made a mistake? Sorry. I figured you had to be Coach Y's sister since you look so incredibly young and beautiful". Sora unintentionally flattened Yoko, much to her further surprise until she seemed to literally sparkle.
"Oh! Well, well what a perceptive young man. And completely charming too". Yoko said with a joyous voice, clapping both hands together before reaching for the plate of pancakes meant for Yuya. "I bet you're still hungry. Can I get you more syrup?" Yuya's mother asked, placing the plate down in front of Sora, much to his delight. Yuya gave a mentally exhausted sigh, making no move or remark as he knew that once she's like this, there was no stopping or convincing Yoko.
"Yes please, if you don't mind". Sora answered, closing both eyes happily at Yuya's mother that he likes very much. "Why don't I make waffles too?" Yoko suggested with a bright smile with both eyes closed as well. "With scrambled eggs and French toast!" Sora exclaimed with an eager voice, growing more excited by the second at the thought of having more delicious food. "Coming right up". Yuya's mother said, right before she turned and went to cook some more.
"That's it, I'm out of here. I'll just call Lulu and ask her to make me something". The Odd-Eyes Duelist said, before getting up from his seat and headed to the door. What Yuya said caught Sora's attention as he looked towards the leaving teenage boy with slightly narrowed eyes.
(A few minutes later)
A little bit later; Yuya, Yuzu, Lulu and Rin were all walking to school together down with a few other students walking up ahead, all four of them in their school uniforms. Well, to be more exact, Lulu and Rin had changed into their school uniforms. Zuzu's was a modified version of Paradise Prep School's uniform and Yuya just changed jackets to the school one.
As they walked together, they were all carrying their school bags with Yuya holding a bacon and egg wrap in his right hand, something that Lulu had cooked and brought for him to eat after hearing how Yoko gave Sora his breakfast. "Is it good Yuya?" Lulu asked her "boyfriend" with a worried voice right as Yuya took a bite, carrying her school bag with both hands. The Odd-Eyes Duelist turned to look at Lulu and smiled at her. "Yeah, it definitely tastes as good as my mom's cooking. It makes up for today's breakfast". Yuya answered, much to Lulu's joy at hearing this.
Rin, walking with both hands pressed against her hips with the school bag in the right hand, grew a frown as she gazed ahead. "Honestly, there's nothing wrong with getting flattered but that's just over the top. Giving your breakfast to that kid and forgetting about you is just ridiculous". The Witch of the Wind remarked, before giving a shrug of her shoulders. Yuya told her, Lulu and Zuzu about Sora's surprise visit this morning and all three of them could sympathize with him.
Zuzu looked at her childhood friend with a curious look in her eyes. "Really? This Sora's the kid who wants you to teach him how to duel, right? And now he's even started following you home?" The Fairy-Type Duelist asked Yuya, grabbing his attention as he turned to look at her. The kids, Lulu and him told everyone what happened 3 days ago at Leo Institute, but to his surprise, Zuzu was no longer acting cold or rude to either Yusei, Lulu or Rin anymore.
Yusei eventually told his student about how Zuzu challenged him to a duel with the wager if she wins, him, Lulu and Rin would leave. Yuya was concerned at first, before growing relived at hearing how everything worked out in the end with Zuzu. He was surprised at learning Yuzu could Ritual Summon, but kept quiet about it since he had no reason to be a blabber mouth.
"Yeah. It seems no matter how hard I try, I can't get rid of him". The Odd-Eyes Duelist said with a frown, before taking another bite of the bacon and egg wrap. "Coach Y!" A familiar voice called out from behind, resulting in Yuya's eyebrow twitching in irritation. "...You can't be serious". He groaned out in annoyance, right as he and the others stopped in their tracks. The Odd-Eyes Duelist slowly looked over his left shoulder to see, just exactly who he wasn't hoping to see, Sora, standing just a few feet behind him.
Lulu and Rin jumped back a little at seeing the Duel Academy agent right there, honestly surprised at how he snuck up behind them like that. They, along with Yusei, were on guard around Sora because of him being a Duel Academy agent. The 13-year-old's arrival was a sign that their peaceful days were soon to end, but most of all they don't know what kind of information Sora has been given about the two girls or Yusei. All they could do now is not draw unwanted attention from Sora and see what happens.
"Are you seriously following me? Don't you have your own school to go to?" Yuya questioned Sora with an annoyed face and tone, which the 13-year-old boy just gave a friendly smile. "Not really. I don't go to school". Sora answered, getting Yuya to frown as he fully turned to face the younger male. "Even so, you can't-" Yusei's student spoke, only for Sora to cut him off.
"Anyway, when can we have our first lesson? I'm ready to get started whenever you say. Come on! You gotta teach me! When I saw you duel Sylvio and that girl, I could tell that you were the greatest duelist ever, especially after seeing your incredible Pendulum Summon". Sora said with an excited voice, waving both hands in the air up and down. Yuya let out a sigh, placing both hands on the hips and closed his eyes in irritation.
The Duel Academy agent turned around and gazed up towards the sky with an eager face. "I wanna learn how to Summon like that too". Sora stated, much to the suspicion of Lulu and Rin as they narrowed their eyes. If Sora learned how to Pendulum Summon, it could give Duel Academy the chance to teach their soldiers how to do so as well. Pendulum Summoning in Duel Academy's hands had disaster written all over it, and no way was that gonna happen if they could help it.
"I hate to burst your bubble, but that's not gonna happen. And the reason for that is because without Pendulum cards, you can't Pendulum Summon". Yuya informed the younger boy, much to Sora's dismay at learning this. He turned to face the Odd-Eyes Duelist, looking like a kid that was denied its favorite treat. "Awww, can't you teach me anyway? Please, teach me". Sora begged Yuya, before turning to Lulu with a hopeful smile. The Mistress of Birds almost flinched at Sora's attention now on her, but stopped herself to not give anything away.
"I betcha he'll do it if you ask him". The Fusion Duelist said with a certain voice, something that made Lulu blink in surprise. "Why would you think that?" Lulu asked Sora, wondering why he'd think she could convince Yuya to teach him. "Well, you're a Pendulum user too, right? Not to mention you're his girlfriend". Duel Academy's agent answered, resulting in both Yuya and Lulu flushing a bit at Sora's words.
"G-Girlfriend?" Lulu stuttered nervously, before gazing down at her shoes with a flushed face. "Aren't you sweethearts?" Sora asked with a confused voice, getting different reactions from the four teenagers in front of him. Yuya started stuttering as he tried to form words, Zuzu gritted her teeth harshly, Rin's eyebrow twitched and Lulu's face grew redder than before. "I mean; you guys gotta be. Yuya did catch you in a bridal carry after all". Sora added, instantly causing Yuya to stop shuttering and grow an expression of dread.
One of the things that he and Lulu didn't tell the others about their tag duel was how Yuya caught his partner in a bridal carry. The reason why was standing really close to him. "Yu...ya!" A deep, cold voice growled out, much to Yuya's comical fear as he gulped. Slowly turning his head with a sort of bone cracking sound, Yuya turned to look at the one thing that scared him nowadays; Rin.
The Witch of the Wind's eyes were covered by her bangs, yet there were two red glowing spots where the eyes usually were. And they were staring right at him. "Did you really make a move on Lulu when I wasn't around?" Rin asked with a low, sub-zero cold voice that made everyone shiver a little, even Sora. "R-Rin... I assure you, it's not how it sounds. It's true that I held Lulu in a bridal carry, but-" Yuya tried to speak and explain what happened, only to get cut off by Rin.
Kablam!
The Synchro Duelist struck Yuya hard under the chin with her elbow, stopping him mid-speech and causing him to lose his balance, not to mention let go of his school bag and breakfast. The force of Rin's strike blasted Yuya off of his feet and into the air, before he came down and crashed into the lake close by, creating a big splash on impact. "YUYA!/ COACH Y!" Lulu, Zuzu and Sora cried out in comically horror, gazing towards the lake in concern.
Rin, on the other hand, scoffed and continued walking down the road to school. "Serves him right, making a move on my sister behind my back". The green-haired girl remarked with an annoyance voice. Sora turned his head to look at Rin's walking away form and shivered. "Man. Talk about extreme". The Fusion Duelist commented, now starting to feel a little scared of that girl after seeing her rather incredible strength.
Yuya surfaced from the water and quickly swam over to the grass knoll beside the lake, resting his head and arms over it. "...I'll get you for this Rin, you witch!" He groaned out, right as Lulu and Zuzu ran down the grass hill and stopped in front of him. Sora just walked down, arms folded behind his head with Yuya's school bag in the right-hand grip.
(At the Leo Corporation)
Inside of Declan's office, the young president of the Leo Corporation stood in front of the large windows with both hands folded behind his back, gazing down at Paradise City. He was waiting for Claude to return with a special guest that had just arrived in the city today, an ambassador you could say.
Speak of the devil; the door at that moment was pushed open to reveal that Claude had returned. And behind him stood the mysterious white-haired female with her two escorts behind her. "Mr. President, I've returned with our guests". Declan's right-hand man informed his boss as he and the three behind him walked forward. They stopped in front of Declan's table, right as Declan turned to face them.
"Welcome back, Claude. Thank you for bringing them here". The son of Leo Akaba thanked his trusted right-hand man, before looking right at the white-haired female. "And welcome to Paradise City, miss Kisara Dragon". Declan greeted the female now named Kisara, giving a small bow of respect that she returned. "It's an honor to meet you, Declan Akaba". Kisara greeted Declan back with respect, displaying a small, kind smile to the silver-haired male.
Declan stared at Kisara, mentally analyzing her with his mind. 'Kisara Dragon, the fiancé and soon to be wife of Kaiba Corporation's CEO; Seto Kaiba. An impressive young woman, both as a businesswoman and as a Duelist. Like her betrothed, she possesses a Blue-Eyes White Dragon deck, but is not as skilled as Seto Kaiba. Still, she is one of the most powerful and promising Dragon Duelists of the Standard Dimension that's earned her place. Kaiba must truly consider this important if he sent her and not his younger brother instead'. Leo Corporation's president thought to himself, going over what he knows of this young woman before him.
"As you must have figured out; my beloved sent me here as a gesture of good will to this proposition of yours concerning this new Pendulum Summoning". Kisara told Declan, placing the right hand atop her chest as she spoke. "Furthermore, Seto's really interested in learning about an impressive Duelist that's here in Paradise City. His name is Yusei Fudo, correct?" The white-haired female added, getting Declan to raise an eyebrow in curiosity.
He then gave a nod of his head to Kisara. "That is correct. Yusei Fudo is a rather mysterious man that appeared almost a month and a half ago. We can discuss all the information we have on him if you'd like". Declan offered to the white-haired girl, an offer she was quick to accept. "That would be appreciated. If it isn't too much trouble". She told Leo Corporation's CEO, something that made him smile a bit. "Of course not. Now, let us talk business". Declan replied, a little bit eager to discuss his business proposal to her.
(At little bit later at Paradise Prep School/ Play School Days, with You)
It was the beginning of school for today and in Paradise Prep School; the day had just started for them. In one classroom; Yuya, Lulu, Rin and Zuzu all sat in their seats among the students as their teacher was giving a science lesson. Yuya and Zuzu sat at the far back near the windows, while Lulu sat in front of the Odd-Eyes Duelist and Rin in front of her Standard Dimension counterpart.
Earlier after Yuya quickly dried off from his unexpected dip in the water; he, Lulu and Zuzu hurried on ahead to school. They quickly caught up with Rin and made it to class before the morning bell went off. Yuya did give a small attempt at chewing out on Rin, but quickly gave out after seeing her crack her knuckles. He still had plans to get back at her though. They did lose sight of Sora after running to school, so they had no idea where he was now.
Almost the whole class's attention was on their teacher as he continued his lesson. The only exception was Yuya as he had his focus on something else, and it wasn't on thinking of a plan to get payback on Rin. He had a notebook placed in front of him, holding up the two cards he won from Sylvio; the Spell card; Pre-Preparation of Rites and Monster card; Chaos Dragon Levianeer.
Yuya stared at the two with a small frown, trying to think of a way how to use them. 'No matter what I think; I can't see myself using either of these two cards. Honestly, I think they're better suited for Zuzu". The Odd-Eyes Duelist thought, slightly turning to look at the pink-haired girl sitting down next to him. Unlike Yuya, her focus was on the lesson, writing down on her notebook. Yuya returned his focus on the two cards he was holding. 'I'll just hold onto these cards for a while. Who knows. Maybe I'll even use them someday'. He thought to himself, deciding to hold onto the cards for now.
Unknown to the Odd-Eyes Duelist; someone was spying on him right now even. Outside the building, Sora was hanging upside down on a tree branch, watching Yuya with binoculars he got from somewhere. "Coach Y looks troubled. I better find a way to turn his frown upside down". Sora said with a bright grin, coming up with a few ideas to "cheer" Yuya up.
What the agent of Duel Academy didn't notice was that someone had spotted him. It was Lulu, looking through the corner of her left eye so that Sora wouldn't notice. 'Just what is he up to? The fact that he's still here and hasn't gone back to the Fusion Dimension must been he's free to spend as much time here as possible without concern. We'll have to stay sharp in case he tries anything'. The Mistress of Birds thought to herself, on full alert for if Sora tried anything.
(Sora "cheering up Yuya attempt 1)
"Go, go, Coach Y!" Sora cheered Yuya on as he played soccer for gym class, waving two orange pom poms into the air as he jumped up and down.
(Sora "cheering up Yuya attempt 2)
It was lunch break and right now; Yuya and Lulu sat outside on a bench as they were about o have lunch together. Yuya held up a large friend shrimp with chopsticks, opening his mouth as he readied himself to take a bite. Lulu had a lunchbox on her lap, watching her "boyfriend" as he was about to eat. But then Sora erupted out of the bush behind them, placing both hands on the bench as he stood at his full height. "Hi!" He greeted brightly, much to the "couple's" surprise as they turned to look at him.
(Sora "cheering up Yuya attempt 3)
"Tag! You're it!" Sora exclaimed from under Yuya's desk, holding out his left hand to the backing away surprised Yuya. The Odd-Eyes Duelist wasn't the only one surprised; Lulu, Rin and Zuzu all looked over from their seats with the three of them displaying surprised expressions.
(Sora "cheering up Yuya attempt 4)
Yuya sat on one of the toilets in the bathroom, the door locked to finally get some distance from that annoying kid. The Odd-Eyes Duelist let out a sigh of relief, finally thinking he was safe from Sora, but unfortunately for him, his hopes were dashed away. "Hey!" A familiar voice called out with a cheerful tone from above. "Huh?!" Yuya looked up to see Sora looking the toilet cubical, waving his right hand up at him. And with that, all of Yuya's self-control and patience went bye-bye as he screamed so loud it shook the school.
"THIS KID NEEDS TO COOL IT BEFORE I LOSE IT!"
(Later on in the afternoon in L.I.D/ Music end)
In Declan's office, both he and Kisara sat on chairs in front of the table with Kisara's escorts standing behind her. Their business talk has gone on for a few hours now and had just reached its end. They discussed about Pendulum Summoning, Yusei and about working together on creating their own Pendulum cards with both sides having a 50-50 benefit of this proposition.
"And with that, I believe our business has been concluded for today". Kisara stated, right before she stood up from her chair. Declan, fingers meshed together with the elbows resting on the table, nodded to the white-haired girl in front of him. "You are correct. And with it, our collaborating plan has begun". The silver-haired boy stated, which Kisara gave a nod in agreement. "I'll message Seto on the way out, telling him all about our meeting and agreement. He'll contact you later on in the afternoon". The female informed Declan, before she walked around her chair and headed for the door.
Kisara's escorts turned around and began following her. Declan watched them leave, but then spoke up. "What are your plans for this afternoon?" He questioned Kisara, causing her to stop. From what little he knew about her, Declan knew she was the type to not waste time relaxing and would use every bit of time to do something with benefit for herself, her fiancé or Kaiba Corporation.
Kisara looked at Declan over her left shoulder and gave a cool smile at him. "I'm going to see this Yusei Fudo with my own eyes. And if possible, either duel him or this Yuya Sakaki myself to see their skills and this Pendulum Summoning". The white-haired girl answered, before facing forward and continued onwards. She and her escorts then left the room, leaving Declan in his office alone.
The young man looked down at his hands, thinking back to the Pendulum Summon performed by Lulu in her tag duel against Cera and Sylvio with Yuya. 'Her Pendulum Summon was as strong as Yuya Sakai's one is, but took a different turn than his did. He was able to call forth a Pendulum Synchro Monster, while she Summoned an Xyz Pendulum Monster. Is it possible then, for a Pendulum Fusion or Pendulum Ritual monster to exist? Pendulum holds so much potential, and those two may be the key to unlocking them'. Declan thought to himself, desiring to see what else Pendulum Summoning could achieve.
'In both scenarios, Yuya Sakaki and Lulu Obsidian were forced to their limits in difficult situations. Perhaps it is only through situations such as those that more of Pendulum's power can be revealed. Only time will tell'. Leo Corporation's president thought to himself, starting to think of plans that'll push Yuya and Lulu past their limits.
(With Yuya, Lulu, Zuzu and Rin)
School had finished for the day and all the students has left the building. Yuya, Lulu, Rin and Zuzu were all walking down the same path as this morning, heading to You Show to hang out with the others after the rather "stressful" day they had. Yuya had changed out of the school jacket to his new one before they left, the girls were still in school uniform though.
The Odd-Eyes Duelist let out a mentally exhausted sigh, grabbing the three girls' atention as they looked at him. "I've never seen you this tired before. That kid's really driven you crazy today, didn't he?" Rin said with a small wince, pitying Yuya greatly after what he's gone through today. "Tell me something I don't know". Yuya groaned out in response, too mentally tired to lift his head and gaze at the witch.
"Look at the bright side at least. Sora's not here right now, so relax". Zuzu told her childhood friend, turning to look around their surroundings and saw no sight of Sora close by. Lulu walked closer to Yuya and gently placed her right hand on his left shoulder, grabbing Yuya's attention as he looked at the Mistress of Birds. "Sora's not here and school's over for the day. Now, you're free to enjoy yourself and even duel to your heart's content". Lulu told the Odd-Eyes Duelist, giving a sweet smile to her "boyfriend" to bright his rather unusual day.
Lulu's attempt was successful as Yuya gave her an appreciated grin, feeling energized from seeing that smile of hers. "Thanks, I feel a bit better now. In fact, I need a duel to let out all that pent up frustration I've been building up all day". Yuya said with a slightly energized voice, before looking through the corner of his eye to Rin. "In fact; I know the perfect opponent to duel". He added, something that made Rin grow a challenging smirk at him.
"Oh? You really think you can beat me after I thrashed you last time we dueled?" The Witch of the Wind questioned, just as Lulu retracted her hand from Yuya's shoulder. "That was then. This time it'll be different". Yuya shot back at Rin, something that made Rin chuckle a bit. Funny enough, lightning came out of both teenagers' eyes and clashed against one another, a sign of their desires to defeat one another.
Lulu and Zuzu watched with nervous faces, before looking at one another and laughed in a nervous manner.
(Later at the You Show Duel School)
The four teenagers eventually arrived at their Duel School and went straight to the conference room. Yuya, Lulu, Zuzu and Rin had just stepped out of the elevator with the Odd-Eyes Duelist and Windwitch Duelist still having a staring contest. "Alright Rin, let's get this show started! And this time, you're going-" Yuya spoke, only to stop himself at seeing something through the corner of his right eye. He turned to look, then sweat drop at what he saw.
There, sitting around the table with Allie, Frederick and Tate was Sora with the Fusion Duelist growing a bright face at seeing Yuya. "Ahhh, what's up Coach Y!" Sora greeted, standing up and threw both hands into the air. Yuya, in response, fell face flat to the ground at seeing today's biggest annoyance again here. "This kid is more tenacious than a dog with a bone". Rin commented, sweat dropping as well from seeing Sora was here too.
Zuzu was just as surprised as Yuya and Rin, while Lulu narrowed both eyes at the sight of Sora. She slightly turned her head left and right, yet saw no sight of Yusei. 'Is Yusei here somewhere, or back at the house. Either way, we can't afford to hide from Sora here. It would just give us away to him that we know he's a Duel Academy agent. All we can do now is just act naturel'. Lulu thought to herself, wondering where her adopted father was right now.
Yuya quickly recovered as he comically jumped back onto his feet and gave a small glare at Sora. "Why are you even here? I thought we lost you back at school". The Odd-Eyes Duelist said with an annoyed face, which Sora just laughed in response. "He came to meet you for his first lesson". Frederick told Yuya, smiling without a worry from his seat. "It's rude to keep your student waiting, Yuya". Allie told the teenage boy, getting Yuya to sweat drop at what she said.
"He isn't my student. I never agreed to take him on as one". Yuya complained, then cried out in surprise as someone grabbed the back of his jacket and pulled him back. It was Skip, who was grinning excitedly as he placed his right arm around Yuya's shoulders. "Yuya, I'm proud you chose to enter-train your first pupil here. And I'm even prouder that he'll be enrolling here at our school, right? No pressure". Zuzu's father said with an eager voice, something that made Rin frown at the back of his head.
Just then, the door to the hallway opened and Yusei came walking in. "Alright everyone, I think that's enough". Satellite's Shooting Star said out loud, catching everyone's attention as they turned to look at him. Sora widened both eyes in surprise at seeing Yusei, but kept his cool to not give anything away to Duel Academy's number 1 most wanted.
Ever since Yusei's duel against Yuri and him standing up to Leo Akaba, Duel Academy has lost favor with the public of the Fusion Dimension. Not as many adults were sending their kids to enroll at Duel Academy anymore and instead were keeping them close. Some people have even requested their kids to come back home. It was truly troublesome times for Leo Akaba's base of operations and was proving to be a headache to fix. Not that Sora had any intention of letting Yusei know.
The Fusion Duelist kept silent, eyeing Yusei sharply while Yuya removed Skips' arm from his shoulders. "Yusei, there you are. Where've you been?" The Odd-Eyes Duelist asked his teacher with a curious voice, walking up and stopped in front of the Synchro Duelist. "I've been here since this morning, just finished doing a check on the Arc System. Everything's looking good and not a single problem in sight". The Synchro Duelist answered his student, resting his right hand against the hip.
Lulu looked over to the trophies, where she saw Yusei's briefcase lying there. She walked over to it, just as Sora looked at Yuya with a curious expression. "Hey Coach Y, who's this guy?" The Fusion Duelist asked the Odd-Eyes Duelist, curious to know what Yuya's relationship with Yusei was. Both teacher and student turned to look at the 13-year-old boy, before Yuya spoke. "This is my teacher; Yusei Fudo. And let me tell ya, he's really awesome". Yuya said with a confident voice, something that made all the females giggle a little.
Sora looked surprised at what he heard, before returning his expression to normal. "Really? That would make him my grand teacher then". The 13-year-old boy remarked, causing both Yuya and Yusei to sweat drop. 'I never thought anyone would call me anything that had "grand" in it'. Satellite's Shooting Star thought to himself, too young to be thinking about being related to anything involving the word "grand".
"Would you stop calling me teacher! I never agreed to take you on as a student!" Yuya snapped at the 13-year-old, something that didn't even make him flinch. "Anyway, come on! What are we waiting for, coach? We gotta tackle our first dueling lesson, right? Then let's get to it! I wanna learn how to Pendulum Summon from the best of the best! I'm counting on you to turn me into a Duel Taining Wizkid!" Sora exclaimed energetically, throwing both arms into the air a few times as he spoke.
'It's like everything I say goes in through one ear and out the other'. Yuya thought to himself, giving a small frown at the 13-year-old boy. "How many times do I have to say no before you stop asking!?" The Odd-Eyes Duelist exclaimed, bringing up his right fist to express how annoyed he was right now. "Uhhh, good question". Sora said, tilting his head down and gently took hold of the chin with his right hand.
"But coach, I'll make you a deal. Just duel me this once, and I'll never bother you again". Sora told Yuya, giving an adorable begging look with both cheeks flushed a bit. Almost everyone was hooked in on Sora's adorable act with the exceptions being Yuya, Yusei, Lulu and Rin. "That sounds like a fair deal to me". Allie commented, blushing a bit from somehow seeing Sora's adorableness from behind him.
"You can't turn him down, Yuya". Frederick told the tomato hairstyle boy, also adoring Sora right now as the cute trap was too irresistible for him. Yuya looked at the two "traitors" in surprise, while Skip and Zuzu stared at Sora with blushing cheeks. "Aww, come on Yuya. It's only one simple duel". The Melodious Duelist said to her childhood friend, getting Rin to look at her counterpart with wide eyes. 'Even she's fallen for this cutesy act? Are you kidding me?' Rin thought to herself, utterly speechless at how even Zuzu was quick to support Sora.
Skip turned to look at Yuya with a determined expression, bringing up his left fist. "Yuya". He spoke, grabbing the Odd-Eyes Duelist's attention as he looked at the adult man. "If you turn down this poor kid, it'll bring dishonor to the reputation of the You Show Duel School! Not to mention, we'd have to give back his intuition money". Skip told the Odd-Eyes Duelist, getting Lulu to grow a confused frown as she looked over her left shoulder to Zuzu's father. 'Intuition money? He didn't pay with Duel Points?' The Mistress of Birds thought to herself, wondering if Duel Academy gave Sora actual money to supply himself here in Standard.
"Please, Coach Y". Sora pleaded, grabbing the attention of Yuya and Skip as they looked at the 13-year-old. Sora had increased the cuteness level as he stared at Yuya, trying to get him to break and agree. "Let's duel... Pretty please". He begged Yuya with sparkling eyes, something that made Yuya feel more nervous than adoring. He gave a sigh, then rubbed the back of his head. "You're just gonna keep on asking until I say yes, aren't you?" He questioned the younger male, which Sora nodded instantly to him.
"Oh, for the love of- Fine! If it'll get you off my back, then fine! We'll duel!" Yuya told Sora with an annoyed voice, much to the Fusion user's delight at hearing this. "Woo-hoo!" The 13-year-old cried out in joy, throwing both hands into the air. "But listen up! I win; you knock it off with this whole teacher thing and stop following me, got it?!" Yuya told the younger male, pointing his right hand's index finger right in between Sora's eyes.
"Okay. But, if I win I'll be your student and I can call you couch. Plus, I can follow you around as much as I want". The 13-year-old boy told Yuya, to his small dread at hearing that. Yuya opened his mouth to speak, but just then the elevator opened. "Everyone, we have guests!" A familiar voice announced, grabbing everyone's attention as they looked over to see Serenity step out of the elevator with three people behind her.
It was Kisara and her two escorts, only now one of them was carrying a silver briefcase and the other an orange satchel envelop. Everyone widened their eyes in surprise to see the new arrivals, none of them having ever seen Kisara or her guards before. All the girls though, quickly grew expressions of admiration at Kisara's beauty as her beautiful white hair was unlike anything they've ever seen before.
The white-haired female gave a warm smile to all the You Show members, then gave a wave of her right hand. "Hello everyone, nice to meet you". Kisara greeted them all with a friendly tone. She then looked towards Yuya with calculating eyes. 'So, this is Yuya Sakaki, the boy that's created a new Summoning method'. The white-haired female thought to herself, then shifted her gaze to Yusei. 'And this...is Yusei Fudo'. Kisara said inside her mind with interest, finding the Synchro Duelist fascinating just by looking at his eyes.
A little bit later, Skip sat across Kisara around the table that the kids were sitting around earlier. Yusei, Yuya, Lulu, Zuzu, Rin, Sora, Tate, Frederick and Sora stood behind the chair Skip's was sitting on, and it was the same for Kisara's escorts. "Thank you for speaking with me on such sort notice, Principal Boyle". The white-haired female thanked Zuzu's father, bringing her right hand up and placed it on her chest. "Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Kisara Dragon, of the Kaiba Corporation". Kisara introduced herself with a friendly smile.
At Kisara's introduction; the residents of the Standard Dimension all cried out in surprise while Yusei raised an eyebrow. 'The Kaiba Corporation? But isn't that...' Yusei thought, the name sounding oddly familiar like it was something from his world. "Kaiba Corporation? As in THE Kaiba Corporation?!" Skip asked with a bewildered voice, which Kisara gave a nod of the head. "That is correct". She answered, much to the amazement of the Standard Dimension's residents.
The only ones not amazed are Yusei, Lulu, Rin and Sora as all four of them had confused frowns displayed. "Sorry to interrupt, but what is this Kaiba Corp anyway? I for one, have never heard of it". Rin said with a small frown, having never heard of this Kaiba Corporation ever since she started living in this dimension. "Kaiba Corporation is the biggest gaming company in the world that even rivals the Leo Corporation". Zuzu told her Synchro counterpart, much to Rin's interest at hearing this.
"Unlike Leo, Kaiva Corp is focused on entertaining people with advanced dueling technology. It doesn't teach duelists, instead has them challenge themselves by creating advanced Dueling ai systems to defeat. In the CEO's words, a duelist carves their path on their own without being taught how to". Skip explained, resulting in Kisara giggling a bit at what he said. "That sounds like Seto alright". The white-haired girl commented, both eyes closed in amusement at the words her husband-to-be used for his company.
Yusei slightly widened both eyes in surprise at the name Kisara just said, a small sigh of the shock he was experiencing inside. 'Seto? As in Seto Kaiba? The legendary Duelist that's Yugi's rival? But how is that even possible?' Satellite's Shooting Star questioned inside his mind, recognizing the name to be the legendary rival of the King of Games back in his world. Every Duelist knew the legendary rivalry between Seto Kaiba and Yugi Moto back in his world, one that perhaps his rivalry with Jack couldn't compare with.
"That's not all. Kaiba Corporation also has a partnership with Industrial Illusions, one that's allowed them to help with the creation of Duel Monster cards. They're so powerful that they own 50% of the business world with only Leo Corporation being able to match them". Skip added in, much to the further surprise of Yusei, Lulu, Rin and Sora at hearing this. "Oh, you're exaggerating a little bit. We're nothing that impressive". Kisara said with a kind smile, being a bit modest to the You Show members.
"But still, why would someone from such an important company come here to our Duel School?" Skip questioned Kisara with a suspicious voice, something she was quick to reassure him. "I'm not here to threaten or blackmail the You Show Duel School. I'm actually here to make friendly relationships and maybe even a business proposition". The white-haired female told Zuzu's father, waving both hands in a peaceful manner to show she didn't mean any harm.
"Business proposition?" Skip questioned with his right eyebrow raised. Kisara nodded in response, before turning her head right to look at the black suited man holding the satchel envelop. She gave a nod, which the black suited man nodded back before he held the envelop out to her. Kisara took it with her right hand, before facing Skip and held the envelop out. "If we come to an agreement, this is all yours to have". She told the adult man, much to Skip's curiosity at what it was she was offering them.
"What's inside?" Zuzu's father asked the white-haired girl, which she just gave an innocent smile with both eyes closed and head tilted to the side. "Just a small donation of 10 billion dollars". Kisara revealed, much to the absolute shock of almost everyone at hearing this with the only exception being Yusei, who simply raised an eyebrow. "10 billion dollars!" Yuya, Lulu, Rin, Zuzu, Skip, Tate, Allie, Frederick and Sora cried out in shock with all the young kids' eyes turning into money shape.
Kisara giggled a little at their expressions and outburst. "That's correct. You could use this money in any way you want. Redecorate the place, hire new teachers, buy new cards or even use it to keep You Show from going bankrupt". She told the members of the You Show Duel School, much to the excitement of Skip, Allie, Tate and Frederick at learning this. They quickly lost their excitement however when Yusei spoke up. "What's the catch?" Satellite's Shooting Star questioned, grabbing everyone's attention as they looked at him.
"I was taught that nothing in this world's for free. The way I see it; there's no way you'd offer this much money as a simple donation, so what is it you're after?" Yusei questioned Kisara, slightly narrowing both eyes at the white-haired female. Kisara stared at the Synchro Duelist silently for a few moments, then grew a pleased smile. "You truly are a sharp person, just like my fiancé thought". She said with a pleaded voice, lowering her right hand.
"What you say is true, we'd like your corporation for something". Kisara told the You Show Duel School members, a confession that made Skip frown at her in suspicion. "And what would that be?" He questioned the young girl, on full alert at what it is Kaiba Corp was after here. Kisara turned her gaze towards Yuya, who blinked a bit at seeing Kisara's attention on him now.
"The new Summoning method that Yuya Sakaki recently created; Pendulum Summoning". Kisara revealed, much to the alarm of the You Show members at hearing this. "But don't worry. I won't ask you to hand over either Yuya or his cards". The white-haired girl added, something that eased everyone's concerns. "Allow me to explain. Right now, it is not just the goal of Kaiba Corporation, but the Leo Corporation as well to create Pendulum cards so that eventually, everyone can Pendulum Summoning". Kisara began to explain, surprising them all once more at learning this.
"The whole world... Pendulum Summoning?" Yuya questioned with a low voice at learning this, honestly unsure of the thought of that becoming a reality. "That's correct. With Pendulum Summoning, that makes 5 different Summoning methods in existence, yet unlike Fusion, Ritual, Synchro and Xyz, only two people possess Pendulum right now". Kisara continued to explain, turning her gaze from Yuya to Lulu as she spoke. The Mistress of Birds lowered her head, a little bit surprised to hear that information about her Pendulum Summoning has already leaked out.
Kisara turned her gaze back to Skip and continued where she left off. "Originally, Leo Corporation had decided on the creation of Pendulum cards on their own, but for some reason contact us and asked for assistance. I can only assume it is to reach the advanced level of Pendulum that your two students have reached. Their Pendulum Synchro and Pendulum Xyz Monsters". The white-haired girl continued to explain, grabbing the attention of Yuya and Lulu at what they said.
The two brought out Star-Eyes Savior Dragon and Lyrilusc - Neo Nightingale, staring at their cards for a few moments, before looking back at Kisara. "The two cards both of you are holding are incredible cards. An Xyz and Synchro Monster that's also part Pendulum, truly amazing. And there might be more. It's possible that there might even be Pendulum Ritual and Pendulum Fusion monsters as well". The teenage female continued, Lulu flinching at the mention of Fusion yet remained silent.
"That's why we'd like Yuya's corporation. He is the creator of Pendulum Summoning, so it is likely he'll be the one to unlock all the advance forms of Pendulum soon. Just think about it; it would help with spreading Pendulum Summoning across the world and so many other duelists would learn how to use it themselves". Kisara said, then gazed at Yuya once more. "Yuya, don't you wish to face other duelists that can Pendulum Summon to challenge yourself and reach new heights? It would even excite the people that watch these duels greatly". She asked the 14-year-old boy, speaking with an honest tone with a hint of excitement in it.
Yuya stared at Kisara with an uncertain expression for a few seconds, before looking down at the ground. He wasn't really sure about other people Pendulum Summoning. True that Lulu could do it now as well, but he honestly didn't mind that. Kisara's logic was sound, plus the money she was offering could really help You Show big time, but he still wasn't sure to accept or refuse.
He looked to Yusei for guidance, something that the Synchro Duelist noticed and looked at his student. "It's your choice to make Yuya. This could bring a lot of duelists' dreams of Pendulum Summoning come true, plus the money they're offering isn't bad. Pendulum Summoning was never meant to be just yours, eventually it would spread across the world. You can help with that by accepting this offer, but if you want to refuse that's fine. Just remember, your choice could help with bringing about an era of Pendulum Summoning". Yusei told the younger male, not pressuring Yuya to accept the offer if he didn't want to, yet reminded him of the good that could be done by accepting.
Yuya looked back down in thought for a few moments, until he looked at Kisara. "...If I do accept, how can I even help you guys create Pendulum cards anyway?" The Odd-Eyes Duelist asked Kisara, a question that made her smile as she reached into her coat with the left hand. "With this". She answered, holding out her clenched left hand before opening it to reveal a microchip resting in the palm.
All the members of You Show looked at the microchip with curiosity, wondering how that could help with creating Pendulum cards. "A microchip?" Yusei questioned, looking up at Kisara as she gave a nod. "That's right. All Yuya simply has to do is set this up with his Duel Disk, then whenever he duels and Pendulum Summons, this microchip will instantly scan the cards, gathers Pendulum data of the Summoning method and store it up inside in a matter of seconds. Yuya wouldn't really need to do anything out of the ordinary, just duel as he always does". She explained, looking down at the device in her hand as she spoke.
Yuya widened both eyes in amazement at learning this, before looking back up at the female's face. He then looked at Star-Eyes Savior Dragon's card for another few moments, before putting it away. The Odd-Eyes Duelist gazed back at Kisara and gave a nod to her. "Okay, I accept this deal". Yuya declared, much to the surprise of the other You Show Duel School members. Only Yusei and Skip were the exceptions as they both had proud expressions directed at Yuya.
Kisara gave a pleased smile with both eyes closed gently. "I'm glad to hear that. Now, as agreed, this is all yours now". The white-haired female stated, holding out the envelop to Skip once more. Zuzu's father gave an excited cry as he took the envelop from Kisara and held it with both hands. He gazed down at it, before opening the top of it and gazed inside the envelop, where he saw that Kisara wasn't lying about the money.
Allie, Tate and Frederick walked around the chairs and gathered around their principal, gazing up at him in excitement. "This is so exciting! Now we don't have to worry about money for a while!" Tate exclaimed in joy, something that Skip excitedly nodded down at him. "You bet! We can even get you guys some new cards and not have to use up Yusei's supply". The adult man said with a bright grin, his words catching Kisara's attention at what he said.
"Yusei's supply? Are you saying you all have more cards to use?" Kisara asked with a fascinated tone, catching Allie's attention as she turned to look at the older female and nodded to her. "That's right! Over there!" She answered, pointing towards Yusei's briefcase with her right hand's index finger. Kisara turned her head left and saw Yusei's briefcase full of cards still placed in front of the trophies Yusho has won in the past.
"Oh? You keep them in a briefcase? What a strange coincidence because my fiancé does the same, only keeps his Duel Disk inside as well". The white-haired female said with an amused voice, before facing the You Show members again. "Anyway, if it isn't too much, I'd like to have a duel against Yuya right now". Kisara told them, once more getting the You Show members' attention as they looked at her.
"You wanna duel me? Why?" The tomato hairstyle boy asked with a confused voice. "You see, I'd like to see Pendulum Summoning myself, and it would be the perfect time to use the microchip". She explained, much to Yuya's understanding of the situation. Before he could reply to her, Sora suddenly spoke up. "Hey, hold it there, lady!" The Fusion Duelist exclaimed, catching everyone's attention with Kisara turning her gaze to Sora.
Sora walked around the chairs and stopped in front of the table, comically glaring up at Kisara. "I was here first and challenged Coach Y! So, I'm first!" He exclaimed childishly, much to Kisara's amusement at how immature he was acting. "Oh? Is that so?" She questioned, crossing the right leg over the left and rested her right elbow against it. "Then, how about instead of a one-on-one duel, let's have a four-way battle royal". Kisara suggested, resting her right cheek against the right hand.
Kisara's suggestion was a bit of a surprise, but not a very big one. "A battle royal?" Lulu questioned, putting away her new Pendulum Xyz Monster's card. "That's right. Since you've already made plans to duel this little guy here..." Kisara spoke, something that made Sora puff his cheeks out anime style at her calling him little. "Let's mix it up so that way, we save up time and that you don't have to duel twice. And I am on a deadline since my plane ride will leave in 4 hours". She finished explaining to them all.
"She has a point. Unlike us, she doesn't really live here in Paradise City and running a company takes up a lot of time". Yusei remarked, though he doesn't know from experience as the only kind of work he's done so far is repair things. "Okay fine, I'll take you up on that battle royal. But we're gonna need someone else for it". Yuya told Kisara, taking hold of his chin with the right hand and thought about who he'll as the fourth duelist. He turned to look at Lulu, something she noticed and was quick to assum he was gonna ask her.
But before Yuya could ask Lulu to be the four duelist, Rin reached out and took hold of Yuya's left ear with her right hand, then began pulling on it, resulting in the Odd-Eyes Duelist crying out a bit. "If you think I'm just gonna let you take this chance to make another move on Lulu, you've got another thing coming! I'm taking part in this duel, got it!" The Windwitch told Yuya, much to his displeasure at hearing this. "Why should I-" He began, only to immediately stop and start comically sweating at seeing the threatening glare Rin was giving him.
"Never mind, I'm fine with it". The Odd-Eyes Duelist stated, which Rin gave a smug grin as she let go of Yuya's ear. "That's a good boy". Rin said with a pleased voice, happy that Yuya was "convinced" to listen to her. Lulu laughed nervously with both eyes closed, sweat dropping at seeing her sister handle Yuya like that. Zuzu had an impressed face after seeing Rin handle her childhood friend, admiring how she did so without the paper fan she'd always use.
Kisara gave an amused giggle, before bringing up her left hand. Her second escort, the one holding the briefcase, walked over and up next to the white-haired female. He held up the briefcase with both hands, before using the right hand to open it, revealing the inside of the case. It was a bit like Yusei's, but was different. The bottom of it was filled with many rare cards such as Dark End Dragon, Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, Red-Eyes Flare Metal Dragon, Trishula, the Dragon of Icy Imprisonment, Raigeki, Armory Call and many more. The top, however, was where a custom-made Duel Disk was.
Like Yuya's Duel Disk, it was modified after a monster, and that monster was the Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, one of its heads to be more exact. The deck would go where the mouth part was, its eyes were colorless, a clear sign that it was deactivated and finally, there was a screen on it as well.
The members of You Show all cried out in surprise at seeing the rare cards in Kisara's briefcase, but Yusei not so much since he's got one of those as well. He was more interested in the custom-made Duel Disk since he never thought he'd see one he didn't design himself. 'Could what she has been saying is true? Does Seto Kaiba really exist in this world?' Satellite's Shooting Star questioned inside his mind, starting to believe in the possibility that the legendary duelist existed in this world as he knew of Kaiba's skills with technology, which would explain Kisara's Duel Disk.
Kisara reached for her Duel Disk with the right hand, then took hold of it. She equipped it onto her left forearm, then got up from her seat. "Now then, shall we head over to your Arc System". She said with a voice full of confidence, much to Yusei's fascination. Serenity, on the other hand, was staring at the engagement ring on Kisara's left ring finger. She then gazed down at her own left hand's ring finger, then shifted her gaze to Yusei and lightly blushed.
