"So, what the hell just happened, Pharaoh?" Asked Barton with a slight frown as he rubbed his head while looking up at Pharaoh, having just received the sealed memory of their time together.
"Eh, I'll tell you about it later after this is all over; anyways, come on, we've got enslaved people to free and people to detain." Said Pharaoh lightly as he dismissively waved his hand at Barton and Romanoff, causing them to nod, with the former being somewhat reluctant to do so while the later straightened out her hair before walking toward Beast.
Seeing that the two were ready to go, I patted Barton's shoulder before turning around and walking back to the X-men, passing Beast and Romanoff, who were both speaking about the plan and whatnot, which didn't take long since these shield soldiers already had their orders. About a minute later, Romanoff returned to her group of soldiers and spoke to Barton before giving them all orders while Beast approached us.
"So we ready? I'm itching to be let loose." Asked Carol with a faint smirk as she clenched her fist while her colorful aura suddenly appeared surrounding her.
"Yes, we're ready." Replied Beast with a nod as he removed his glasses before sitting on the roof of a damaged car near the Blackbird.
"Well, good, because I can hear four people heading towards us as we speak, so we best be getting a move on; we don't want to confront these people near the Blackbird; it would be a pain to return home." Said Pharaoh lightly with folded arms as he glanced at Beast before looking toward the pyramid, causing everyone else to do the same, only for them to all spot two unrecognizable dots flying through the air.
"Storm and Magneto." Muttered Bobby with a slight frown as he intently looked at the two approaching blurry dots, his words causing everyone else to frown as well.
"Let's go; we need to get as far away from this area as possible." Declared Beast with a nod as he suddenly dashed deeper into the city, heading towards the massive, metallic pyramid in the distance while everyone else sprung to life and followed after him.
Flying through the air alongside Carol while the X-men ran across the street, as we got closer to the pyramid, all of a sudden, the area turned darker, and metallic objects started to tremble violently.
"Just a heads-up, but Magneto can control the iron in your body, so I suggest taking him out fast; besides, I might need some help with Apocalypse; I'm not trying to destroy the whole city and possibly sink Egypt." Said Pharaoh as he looked at Carol, who nodded with a faint smile as the colorful aura began to converge towards her arms.
"Alright then, thanks for advice."Said Carol with a smirk as she eyed Magento, who had started to toss numerous metallic objects at her and Pharaoh, completely ignoring the likes of the X-men down below.
Clicking my tongue, I used my heat vision to cut through all of the metal objects heading my way while Carol blasted them all with several energy blasts, completely decimating them. This caused me to look at her in slight envy. I mean, who wouldn't want the chance to fight like a Z warrior?
Shaking my head, I glanced up at the sky just in time for two massive bolts of lightning to strike down on both Carol and I, yet it was pointless; I tanked the attack and kept on moving without even flinching, a little bit of lightning wasn't going to be anywhere near enough to slow me down, let alone stop me, and as for Carol, the instant it touched her body, it broke down into individual atoms of pure energy before they were absorbed into her body; it happened so incredibly fast, that I had barely noticed it.
Out of curiosity, which I probably shouldn't have done, I blasted Carol with low-temperature heat vision, causing her to give me a weird look, while I spotted the same thing happening to my heat vision; the plasma that touched her was instantly broken down into harmless little atoms before being absorbed into her.
"What was that for?" Asked Carol with a frown as she dusted off her shoulder while eyeing Pharaoh, who looked away, shifting his focus back towards Storm and Magneto, noticing the intense increase in wind speed.
"Nothing. I just wanted to test something out real quick." Replied Pharaoh lightly with a shake of his head, causing Carol's expression to twitch before she ignored him and suddenly blasted Magneto with two beams of energy.
With Carol attacking Magneto, I merely glanced at him before ignoring him; he may be strong, but against people who practically fight in a different time plane, he was just fodder waiting to be defeated; after all, none of his actions could keep up with the likes of either Carol or I, we simply moved far too fast. However, to my astonishment, Carol's energy beams hit something invisible a few feet before Magneto, causing us both to frown while she attacked once more.
"Um, Pharaoh, you didn't warn me he could do this." Said Carol lightly with a frown as she looked at the unharmed Magento floating in the sky, only to suddenly tilt her body, dodging a katana that appeared from seemingly nowhere to slice her body.
"Nor did you tell me about her." Added Carol as he glanced at the woman with long black hair wearing a purple outfit, who had just tried to slice her in half with her katana.
"Well, I had thought you'd seen her but was just ignoring her; it seems she managed to hide herself from you." Said Pharaoh with a slight frown as he and Carol stopped flying and hovered in place while the X-men down below also stopped running.
"Yeah, I only noticed her when she nearly sliced my body in half with her sword; next time, warn me." Replied Carol with a slight frown as the two lowered themselves until they floated on either side of the X-men below.
"So, who's the new woman?" Asked Gambit as he eyed Psylocke, who was standing on a purple psionic platform in the air beside Storm and Magento, though they were both floating.
"We were hoping one of you had information on her." Remarked Pharaoh lightly as he gazed at Psylocke before shifting his focus to the other man who had suddenly emerged from a building with an uninterested expression.
"And that person?" Asked Bobby lightly as he and everyone else glanced at him before looking away.
"No clue." Said Rogue lightly as she sneakily moved toward Pharaoh before holding his hand, absorbing some of his power, which he hardly even noticed.
"We'll only say this once. Surrender yourself and hand over the host of the Phoenix Force." Said Magneto sternly as he floated forward and gazed at everyone down below, only to be greeted with two pairs of heat vision, two energy blasts, several playing cards that exploded, and icicles.
"Not happening; surrendering to you guys isn't an option." Said Beast with an aggressive growl as he eyed Magneto, who, despite taking all of those attacks, was fine considering they never touched him.
"Then so be it. We will present your corpses as offerings to our new Lord." Declared Magento solemnly as he raised his hands, causing the entire city to tremble while the aggressive winds suddenly significantly increased along with Psylocke vanishing from everyone's eyes.
"Do you guys got this? Or should I stay behind and assist?" Asked Pharaoh as he outstretched his hand, stopping a cement truck from slamming into everyone before tossing it towards the approaching Psylocke, forcing her to dodge.
I didn't get a response since, with several tornadoes suddenly appearing, they all split up, running in different directions to escape, leaving only Rogue, Carol, and I floating in place.
"I think we've got this; besides, we've just got a knockoff version of you anyway." Replied Rogue lightly as she tightly held onto Tut's hand, taking a big breath before releasing a mighty gust of wind that broke apart the tornadoes and pushed back Psylocke, Magento, and Storm.
"I know it's not every day that you absorb this much of my powers, but try to control yourself, Rogue." Said Pharaoh lightly as he looked at Rogue, who nodded at his words.
"Yeah, Rogue, use them correctly; we've got this, Pharaoh; go and beat up that big blue man." Commented Carol with a faint smirk as she shot energy beams at Storm, though a car protected her, while Rogue blasted the approaching Psylocke with her or Tut's heat vision.
"Alrighty then; I'll catch you all later." Said Tut as he forcefully removed Rogue's hand before flying away, only to suddenly slam into an invisible barrier.
"Ouch, the fuck just happened?" Muttered Tut with a frown as he rubbed his head while looking at the sky, only to outstretched his hand, hitting some kind of barrier.
"You hit the barrier I had made; no one is leaving until you've either surrendered or you all have been killed." Said the man as he seemingly walked on the thin air while approaching Tut, who nodded.
"So, I just have to break it? Thanks for letting me know." Remarked Tut with a faint smile as he reeled his arm back.
"Go ahead; my barriers have never been broken." Remarked the man calmly as he looked at Tut, who suddenly punched his barrier, causing it to crack before shattering.
"Well, that wasn't hard, though I did have to use a decent amount of strength." Muttered Tut with a nod as he shook his hand before speedily flying through the air, leaving behind a shocked man standing on his invisible barrier.

Pharaoh really said "Alright, bet." And then proceeded to break his barrier like nothing.
