[3rd POV] [Location: Vampire Dungeon]
After thinking that, Talia breathed in and began her plan.
Her shadows slowly grew behind her, as beings began to fly out. Her familiars, nearly 1,000 of them. Roughly 500 rats and 500 crows. All massively larger than normal, and as strong as a lion, or faster than any bird on the planet. Her familiars even stronger than they used to be, courtesy of getting over 1 million years absorbed.
Looking over her familiars, she smirked. Dropping back to the floor, she began. The missions were now in play, so she could no longer fly, as she didn't have that through her vampire species.
Looking to her vampiric familiars, she smirked happily. 'Go out and kill as many low level vampires as possible. I want 50 of you to gather their bodies and bring them to me'
The second that thought left her, her familiars ran/flew off to find the low level vampires as tasked by their master. Smirking, Talia watched as three of her rats ganged up on a low level vampire below.
'It's weaker than I thought' Talia thought with a smile as the vampire died. 'Looks like my familiars are a lot stronger than they used to be'
Watching as the rats dragged it to her, she smiled as she let a single drop of blood drop onto the vampire. A deep screech escaped it's lips as it opened it's eyes.
Looking at the creature, she watched with a pleased smile as it kneeled in front of her "Hmm, good. Go and kill your brethren, then gather their corpses in the middle of this square" Talia said. She was currently standing in the middle of a large market like area.
The low level vampire didn't say a word as it ran off. It's speed was far faster than it was before. Smirking in happiness, she began to walk through the streets, taking in her surroundings.
[Level up]
"Looks like their hunting is going well" Talia says with a smile. Knowing that her familiars were doing quite well. Both her classes seemed to be quite close to leveling, thus, they leveled at the exact same time.
'The Low Levels are kinda...shitty' Talia thought as she took in the surroundings. Most of it was rundown, destroyed, and smelt...not very good.
Talia continued to walk, as she heard the soft sounds of shuffling nearby. Smirking, she blurred off.
Behind a nearby trashcan, a low level vampire was looking at where Talia was, only for her to disappear. A confused screech escaped it, before it heard a voice "Hmm, it's not nice to spy, you know"
It had attempted to turn, only for it's head to fly from it's body.
Looking at the body of the vampire, Talia smiled before turning him into her familiar.
"Go join your brethren in hunting" She said simply as it ran off.
'This might go a lot quicker than I initially thought. These familiars are a lot stronger than I remember them being. I doubt this will work at the higher levels, but I have a feeling the Low Levels and Medium Levels should be easy enough' Talia thought with a smile.
"This...is about to be very boring"
________________________________
It was, it was beyond boring.
Talia ran around the Lower levels for roughly 3 hours, doing the same thing over and over. Finding Low level vampires, killing them, and then turning them into familiars.
She also found the piles of dead bodies, turning them in mass thanks to her blood manipulation.
By the end of the third hour, she had gotten quite the bounty.
Kill 5000 Low Level Vampires [3300/5000] - 3 Levels.
Turn 100 Low level vampires into familiars [Complete] - 5 levels.
[Hidden Quest Complete]
Turn over 1000 low level vampires into familiars - 2 levels.
[Age Saved up - 6,325,127]
During this time, through the quests, and killing, she went from level 85 to level 99 and level 79 to Level 93. She also had turned every low level she has killed into a familiar, giving her 3300 new vamps. And also saveed up a shit ton of age, and this was only the beginning, crazily enough.
As much as she wanted to get the class to level 100, she knew that Hope and Isabelle were waiting for her. It's been nearly 4 hours, so she'd rather not test her luck and make them mad.
Summoning her familiars back, Talia smiled 'System, take me back'
After thinking this, she disappeared from that place, reappearing in her room.
Sighing she stretched, she could use her magic now. It felt almost weird not being able to use the power, like something vital was taken away from her. Safe to say, she didn't like it.
Walking out of her room, she walked through the halls of the Institute, before walking into the main room.
She smiled at the sight of Isabelle and Hope giggling and talking "You two seemed to have fun" Talia said with a smile as she walked up behind them.
Hearing her voice, the two turned and smiled. Hope walked forward and softly pecked her on the lips, with Isabelle soon doing the same.
Talia blinked and looked at Isabelle "Hope told me more about your other world, and the things you've done. It's all so...amazing" Isabelle said, looking Talia in the eyes.
"I also explained the whole "Mate" thing, and about our eventual travels and where we plan on going" Hope added with a smile, causing Talia to look to her.
"Well love, I think you've just earned yourself a reward tonight" Talia said with a happy smile on her face. Hope beamed at the words, while Isabelle pouted slightly.
"Oh, and I think Isabelle did too, afterall, you've been so accepting of all of this~" Talia said, sending a smirk Isabelle's direction. Isabelle blushed, but smiled slightly either way.
"Did you explain about the whole..." "Powers thing? I did, is that okay? I didn't overstep, did I?" Hope asked, feeling slightly bad that she might have done something without Talia being okay with it.
"Hmm? Oh, no, it's alright love. I was just wondering. She was going to find out sooner or later anyways" Talia said with a shrug. She didn't really mind, as even Hope didn't and couldn't know the full truth, so whatever she told Isabelle, was fine.
"What about Clary? Are you planning on getting with her soon?" Isabelle questioned.
"I do. I'm not sure how that's going to go down though...as she hasn't really spoken to me much. We barely know one another. Whereas you know a lot more, and Hope is...Hope. I'm not even entirely sure she feels the bond" Talia said with a sigh.
"Trust me, she does. I've seen her glance at you more than once. And you remember how you teased me everytime I watched?" Isabelle asked, causing Talia to nod.
"Well one of those times, I'm pretty sure I didn't watch" Isabelle said, causing Talia to blink.
"Ah, I see...sounds like I've got another perverted little shadowhunter mate~" Talia said with a small grin, knowing now that she was going to be teasing Clary thoroughly with this.
"And with her mom practically ignoring her existence ever since Jonathan, I'm pretty sure she'd come with. Plus, I'm sure you can get to know eachother even more in the next world, where Clary doesn't have to constantly stress about her father, mother, brother, or the Clave and it's bullcrap" Isabelle said, causing Talia to look at her with a smile.
"I love you, you know that?" Talia said simply, causing Isabelle to blink before beaming slightly "I love you too!"
'Looks like mission "get Clary into my bed" is a go'
