The meeting ended shortly after that—Three Pupils didn't have much more to say, and wasn't the one to waste words. He also didn't introduce his subordinates to each other.
All Shin got from them were mildly hostile looks which he didn't care for.
'Time to spend our well-earned souls on the market,' Shin thought, hiding the pouches with coins in the backpack. 'I suppose there isn't an easy way to get there, though, is there?'
'Anyone who tries to attack us will regret it!' Tetsu said enthusiastically. 'I will sooo enjoy tearing them piece by piece!'
He knew the direction to the market—it was close to the gate to the demon realm, but a respectable distance away from Three Pupils' residence.
Shin began walking. It wasn't long until he was accosted by a demon again—another weak one that stared at Shin with a pair of facetious eyes.
"I'm going to the market," Shin explained with straining patience.
