Chapter 13 - Aligned

"Aunt zen." the knocking sound was almost inaudible because it was so soft. Valaye kept calling out she wouldn't stop until the door was wide open for her. She

After a while, Aunt Zen came out. Her face, still sleepy, gazed lovingly at the child on her doorstep without a foot.

"I'm sorry, you must be very cold." He said pulling Valaye in immediately. He took her in immediately after taking a headcloth and wrapped a red scarf around her. "I'll take you to Lentora station." the two of them soon swept through the cold night streets.

Aunt zen was so kind to valeye, she even did this to him. Aunt zen should be in the monastery and sleeping peacefully, she felt guilty.

"Aunt zen." She said a little stifled. Her tiny hand continued to pull. If she was late then all hope was lost.

"Stop calling me, the roads here are full of wild animals." They even only used moonlight. Well she was really going to leave dessie. A place that had a lot of bad memories for her. besides Nana and Aunt Zen.

The two of them went through the forest to the lentora station. She was going to the senataria, but she didn't know anyone there, she sent letters to the palace several times. And all she got in response was the name of someone she didn't know.

The moon was in the near west, the two arrived. Aunt Zen paid the ticket for him without wasting any time. "Hey do you know, it is my hope that you can succeed and achieve your goals. When that happens, come see me." Her words were firm, like a mother, but they sounded harsh.

Valeye smiled, but his tears came out selfishly. "Don't make me cry, I hate the sound of children crying, that's why I don't want to have children, you know that." His words made Veleye dare not shed tears. she really rounded her eyes so that the water would not slide down her smooth cheeks.

There is no train from the orphanage, and it is quite expensive. However, if the dessie capital was close to the lentora station it would be very easy to find a train. She prepared money for the veleye, although the boy kept refusing it, the amount was not much because she also had to use it to rent a train back to Dessie.

"aunt zen, can I hug you." Her voice was calm. Her bright eyes were very warm.

Aunt Zen refused, she confidently shook her head. Since her response was not good valeye smiled with a bright face as if it was nothing. She stepped into the station train. Her steps paused for a moment, she held the scarf, and intended to return it.

Aunt zen gave him a sharp look. "It's for you, just hug it for me. If you're happy with it. Take good care of it as if it were me." That sentence made her smile brightly. Stepping into the carriage

Veleye was still 10 years old she wanted to be a doctor, she had to go to the capital at this time, if she stayed until the age of 12 then the abbot would suppress them for working under his control that way they would forever be slaves of the abbey or send her as a worker like aunt zen without being paid. That is the world's worst punishment.

Valaye arrived in the morning after two days on the train, she finally arrived after a grueling journey. Aunt Zen dressed her well. She looked very beautiful. Her brown hair really complimented her milky white skin.

The smooth road to Senataria was like a painting in an adventurer's book. Very beautiful, the kingdom was so vast, many buildings but separated. The tall pillars were already visible from a distance. It was like a fairyland.

He met someone, though hesitant at first, he tried after a while to prepare himself, from behind a large tree, Valeye couldn't even speak properly. His speech was polite and too standard, well he lived in Bhasel for a long time, and grew up in Dessie. She was nervous and still smiled.

"Good morning, sorry can you do me a favor sir." She said with her eyes almost closed as she kept smiling. He tried to be as friendly as possible.

"Can I help you miss." The aged man's voice was worthy of a father to her, well that was the speech she listened to when she was 5 years old. The girl looked surprised to hear it, she even shrugged.

Valeye nodded then, he tried to find the letter containing the name on the paper. Then gave it to a guard. The man gave a friendly smile.

"I'll fetch you, let me help you carry that big thing off your body." The kind servant helped him meet a royal servant in the lower wing. They walked through the right wing, she felt tired because this place was so big, her legs were even very cramped.

The path was lined with towering cypress trees, the sun shining down on them from between the branches as they passed. This was very beautiful. In the distance she saw the building close to the lake, which connected it to the pier.

"Are you tired, miss, I can hear you breathing." The bodyguard said in a joking tone. Valeye was startled, she was afraid of being thought of as a spoiled child.

"How could I be, I'm not even tired or anything." Dian walked quickly ahead of the bodyguard following the route. They arrived after Veleye really felt that her legs would soon go numb. The bodyguard laughed at her because she was completely covered in all that oversized stuff with her. She looked funny.

The bodyguard led her into a room with a classic wooden door with a carved senatorial crest. When the door opened, there were two women sitting at a wooden table.

"I brought a girl from Dissie. She has a letter with Miss Ella peige." The guard's voice immediately made the person in question come over.

"Hello madam, may I introduce myself as Valeye ashley, I am from Dessie. Pleased to meet you." She bowed respectfully. The two servants smiled. They noticed the way she was dressed. A large hat with a red scarf covered half her face. She felt the need to introduce herself first.

"Just take off your head covering. I'm Ella peige." She handed him a snack with a thick chocolate topping. Both of them stared clearly at valeye after taking off her head covering. Well, she was a very beautiful girl, milky-white skin with hazel eyes and beautifully brown hair. She was amazing.

"You are really beautiful. I really like a beautiful child like you, you should just be my child, even though my face is ugly but giving birth to a descendant like you is an grace from God." Ella said excitedly. She really liked Valeye because of her beautiful face.

"I want to be your daughter, you are even a great mother. I will be very proud. Thank you mom Ella." That voice was full of gratitude. She didn't expect it to be this much fun to be in the Senataria. All the way from the station she even thought with doubt that it would be the same when she was at the orphanage.

Her smile was a testament to the gratitude of meeting Omar's bodyguard and Aunt Ella. She was so happy that even the grueling journey had paid off beautifully. God listened to her prayers.
