In the Lower World Dome, there were people they ran into from different dimensions of a much condemned realm and this sort of had given them the recognition of the filth of their sins in sight, and somewhere in the celestial books for records, this was supposed to be one of the original sins in the different realms of a place like purgatory, and purgatory wasn't enough at that point because there wasn't enough space for the impact of their sins to bear the intensity of their association with the devil, an evil one, ones that had to be revealed and spoken about.
The different Demons were demons, but some had their own monsters. Maybe all the kids and master Ro collected at this moment that, some of the demons should have been somewhere else and not on a reality of a realm with little understanding of their nature. And this was true, because they saw a captivated demon being able to live another human life, and that he was in fact a good person. One of those good demons that committed no sins.
"But the Gods did not want demons to have access to a much divine rooted cause." another strange monster with wings of some kind arrived at a close distance with them and it said to them and in a way the cute monsters were beginning to speak the truth in front of Master Ro and the other elvians, it was a weird sight to see for Peter, Rudolf, Coty and Lilo altogether but they couldn't participate in doing anything else in return. They had to remain quiet.
Master Ro was still captivated by the reality she was reading about another woman called Edith, in another world and its own chronologies. She had to try to save Edith, after all the resource she collected from just reading about her, somehow because there were traps that she saw that obstructed Edith's path and she might have missed the details in live. But, she had to remain focused on this Realm and it's patterns.
The beings here were expected to seek reconciliation with angels and Gods and as their rank rise they were given the right to exit the Lower World Dome. Sometimes witches and Vampires that were burnt by the Sun God, Ra and they would be found roaming here too. Some of them were however the malevolent kinds towards humans and their nature.
Sometimes you would also find human souls roaming in here and they were in the hyper hallucination of an over dose and it's attacks; the reality according to the Divine Laws trapped them and their consciousness in this realm. It was like saying, you are what you did to yourself while you were indulging in unnatural consumption of substance in order to satisfy your addiction and that someone of that status cannot represent a hero, or be one, for that matter. Because sometimes, they transform and turn into their demon. And expect to be perceived as the heroes. The mask realm was clear enough.
This can sometimes be a spectacular sight to see for the Elder Celestials. It wasn't the worst realm for the celestials because they were strong enough to fend off demons for the strength and the magic they acquired, mostly attributed to be used at this particular realm.
There was another realm where you are being sent to burn in molten fire for eternity. A well known Evil Sorcerer known as Lord Dipmort arrived here after his death from Matronus and almost ruled all of Lower World Dome.
