When afternoon arrived, Lilith had arrived at the training field and soon afterwards, Richard joined her.
"You are late."
Lilith commented.
Once he had reduced a distance between them, he finally spoke up. "I was out of the palace. You are ready?"
He inquired and giving him a nod, she stepped into the fighting ground and picking up the heavy sword, she unsheathed it.
The first move was made by her to which she tried to attack Richard and in defense that needed no struggles, he lifted his own sword to shield himself from the attack and as a result, their swords collided against each other.
With each attack made by her, Richard easily dodged it and in no time, she grew tired and when Richard saw that she was about to lose her balance, he moved towards her to which Lilith striked as first as she could. Though Richard managed to dodge the attack, Lilith's sword had grazed his shirt and there was a wound that quickly healed itself.
