Upon arrival which was almost at dawn, all that Lilith wanted was to take a fresh bath and sleep. She had tried to sleep in the carriage but it was almost impossible with all the potholes and rocky bumps that rendered her tired.
Getting into the house, they were welcomed by the butler who bowed at the both of them and afterwards, he went to where the carriage had been parked so that he could get their laggage.
It was not long after, a maid appeared from the other side of the corridor who led Lilith to the room that she would use.
"How was your journey, master?
The butler inquired politely. It had been almost a month since the master of the house had visited and seeing him bringing a woman, the butler thought that she was just another woman to be used by him.
