With the night that had approached, the princess had gone to her room. Her eyes were piercing in to the darkness where she allowed her thoughts to roam all over the place.
Just when she had thought that she could have her own time to think, she heard a door click where Richard entered. His official look was enough to tell her that he had just arrived.
"It is too late for you to be awake. Don't you think?"
"It's also too late for you to be here." She retorted as she watched him making his way towards where she lay that had her sit upright. Even with the limited light, his eyes glowed which was enough to emphasize his handsome features. His raven hair was combed backwards with not even a single strand misplaced revealing his face that was a pure definition of perfection.
