"You can't tell me that you are keeping her by your side without any ulterior motives your highness."
Richard continued to watch how the dark fae tried to ignore the pain that had been caused. There was an Empty smile on her face as she looked up at the king who had been crowned a few days ago.
"Of course not.." he drawled to catch the attention of the fae and seeing how serious she looked, he continued to say, "I have plans to make her a future queen. Unlike you, she does not need to do much so that the world can offer her the best that it can give."
There were some things that Richard had kept to himself. Most of them concerning him and her. He was the darkness and she was the light to his world. The world was a very small place where people could easily meet but it took a lot of time before he finally found her.
