Once the Flagrant Swordmaidens agreed to the invitation, nine of the exobeasts, together with their beast riders, made their way back to Mulak. The city gates were opened, making way for the large creatures, led by Hokaz, to return to their seat of power.
Naeduvis and Pirisa remained to escort the two groups of five, which the Vandals and Swordmaidens had dispatched.
The closer they got to the immense and towering exobeast, the more anxious everyone felt. Its dark blue colour had faded slightly after the duel, yet the creature continued to exude a shapeless aura of pressurizing might from its ancient and immensely powerful frame.
Pirisa observed the visitors' armored figures with intrigue, especially the Swordmaidens adorned with tribal motifs on their armour. Pirisa herself sported a simple woven fabric dress, and she was embellished with an assortment of metal jewellery, including an intricately crafted circlet atop her head.
