Another Queen is dead!
Queen Henrietta opened her eyes startled when she heard a strange movement in the room; she had ordered her maids out for the day so there should be no one there at that moment.
She tries to get up and see what the noise is all about but her muscles suddenly fails her and her bones feel so weak to move.
As she struggles, the sound of footsteps approaching become clear and Queen Henrietta look towards the window to see an all in black tall stranger, his eyes staring dagger at her
Fear grip her heart and her body went stiff on the bed, she stare at the approaching figure trembling and guessing in her mind who could have sent him to harm her.
Knowing she doesn't have the time to call for help, Queen Henrietta's eyes roam around the room to see if there is something to defend herself
"Who are you? How dare you enter the Queen's bedroom with a weapon" she tries another method not finding anything to use against him but her voice only came out as a whisper and then she realized something, she has been poisoned by someone and it's definitely from the food served at the ball earlier.
Queen Henrietta's mind wanders to the one person who could have wanted to kill her and tears fall from her eyes in fear.
The armed man move closer and without any delay he thrust the knife right into her chest as blood gush out.
Henrietta screamed out in pain and held her chest tightly; suddenly she could move her body and she tried to grab whoever it is but still unable to, she end up falling back on the bed.
Two of her maids came rushing inside and the armed man move swiftly towards the both of them and stabbed them equally.
More tears fall from Henrietta's eyes as she watches the both of them lay down in a pool of their own blood.
After losing her family a few weeks ago, all she has is her two maids and now they are killed right before her eyes.
She gathered up her strength forcefully and crawl out of bed in extreme pain holding her chest still, when the man saw her movement he quickly escaped through the window.
Henrietta successfully crawled to the both of them in extreme pain and difficulty and screamed out aloud in tears before she also passed out….
...."Did you finish her off?" a woman standing at the edge of the water with a very exquisite refined yellow gown and a golden ring on her left finger asked the armed man immediately he got to her
"Yes, she is dead now" he affirmed
"I will release your mother and have her join you tomorrow, make sure you leave tonight and no one must know you entered the palace" she said calmly and went away, the man bow his head and also left instantly.

The whole palace is in chaos as the news of Queen Henrietta's death is been reported to the King, the King's personal guard has found her body and that of her maids when he went to relay the King's orders early in the morning.
Everyone start to panic again believing that the curse on the king has caused the Queen's death and with the way the King is silent, he is not going to do anything about it as always.
The servants are instructed to quickly bury the Queen and because she doesn't have any family who they have to inform, the rituals were done in a simple way
King Edgar did not appear throughout the period of her mourning and on the last day, he came out looking fierce and cold as always with a look that tells everyone to stay away from him.
In the history of the country, Edgar is the youngest ruler, he became the King at the age of fifteen and he has managed to take over the power in the palace and the whole country in the past ten years as the King.
During the ordeal of the Dragon god Jurua, which cause lots of bloodbaths in the country, King Edgar step forward and lead the battle to get rid of the powerful dragon that has terrorized the royal family for years
He not only sealed the creature away but also imprisoned everyone who serve the dragon and have them executed
One of his late father's concubines who is also a priestess of the dragon cursed him before she was exiled and everyone believes her curse is the cause of the sudden death of the Queens.
No one dare to breath loudly as King Edgar matched forward with quite a sight of soldier marching behind him and enter into the room where the final ritual is to be completed.
After doing what is necessary, he turn around and without checking to see her face one last time, he walk outside and everyone move away afraid to get in his way
Immediately King Edgar returns to his study room Dave, his personal guard entered with a scroll which was found in the Queen's room and written on it with blood is Jurua
This was also found on the body of the dead Queens before her.
King Edgar's face darkened as he took the scroll and places it on the table in front of him, he centers his eyes at the word and sneer at how hypocrite the word looks
"The style of writing the word seems different from the other two, I think this is written by someone else" Dave told him his observation and Edgar return the scroll to him
If the killer is different, it means that someone imitate the actual killer and wants us to think it's the same person.
When the last two Queens died, they were not killed brutally like this and their maids were not murdered like Henrietta's
"Find out who did this in four days" Edgar said, his voice full of anger
"Yes your majesty" Dave bowed and leaves his presence in a hurry.
Edgar sits down disturbed that someone actually dare to prank him and even commit such crime within the palace walls, he already has his guess as to who the new killer could be but doesn't want to jump into conclusion
He ponders on what the aim of the murderer is, the actual killer definitely wants to make the people restless by creating rumors that the powers of the dragon is still alive and disrupt his reign but what he doesn't understand is why he is murdering his Queens to achieve that
Before the late King's death, he made a decree for the next King after to only take a Queen from one of the four noble families who have no political power.
The first Queen was from the family of the ex-general and she is the only granddaughter of the family, the next lady comes from a family who has the best horses in the country and they trade with different countries.
Henrietta is of a very humble family and her father was a wealthy farmer before he died with the rest of her family members after being attacked by a group of bandit a few days after she was crowned Queen
Edgar is sure that there is a reason why the person is targeting the Queen instead of him or the ordinary citizens
King Edgar calls in Steve, one of his guard and asks him to make sure Queen Harriette is buried properly
