Elspeth Sat silently in her office, rubbing her temple; she was really angry.
Someone knocked on her door but she didn't respond, she ignored it completely.
When the fellow knocked a few times more, he/she left grumbling about something but she didn't even try to listen as she drifted off,
sleeping.
She bolted upright later on, surveying her soroundings, she then stedied her breathing when she took in the familiar soroundings.
Her head snapped towards the wall clock above her....
11:00pm!!
What in the world!?
How long did I sleep, mother must never find out or else she'll hang me.
She sighed...
When father said he had given me my own working space,he never mentioned anything about it being so tiring and frustrating,
she thought.
The people here hardly show any interest in arts, so one could say that she was gradually going bankrupt.
Oh Lord help me,
She said silently, then got up, packed up and headed out, she drove home silently, already feeling the result of the excruciating pain she had gone through.
When she got home, she went straight to bed, before her whole body broke down completely.
The next morning Elspeth woke up feeling really tired, she literally dragged herself out of bed and under the shower....
On top of that, she arrived at work really late, her assistant was surprised to even see her, but it seemed something major happened while she was not around; people were moving around, the whole building felt as if it was alive.
What's going on?
She asked Chloe, her assistant.
Ummm, miss, ur father just arrived earlier this morning with some guests, they're all in ur office,
She hurried to say.
Elspeth sighed heavily as she approache her office.
He couldn't even have called to inform me that he was coming,
Elspeth sighed heavily before walking angrily to her office.
She opened the door slowly, studying the room first before moving in,
meeting her father's smiling gaze immediately she stepped in.
She glared at her father, then turned towards her father's business partner(probably)
An handsome old man stood grinning at her,
She politely returned his smile, then,
turning her head towards the young man beside the old man.....,..
Her breath caught in her throat as a familiar,too familiar, face stared at her.
