It's been 7 months since Naruto finished his revenge and he's been living his life, he had received a big check to fund his equipment and team when he found members to join, Naruto planned on running a small operation a medic, tech support, a lawyer, and someone else to watch his back in the field,
Former military friends came to mind but his plans were put on hold as Congress wanted to flesh out his new position more, so he couldn't do anything until it was fully hashed out what his position was permitted to do,
Currently, Naruto could be found at Starlets Gentleman's Club at the bar, this was where Natalia used to work so while he drank he thought about her and talked with her friends at the bar when a man walked up, "Excuse me."
Raising an eyebrow Naruto looked at a man around his age, "Yeah?" Naruto asked
"Are you Naruto Uzumaki?"
"Who's asking?" Naruto asked
"Oh my god, I knew that was you." The man said as Naruto raised an eyebrow, "I'm Sam Cahill, a private in the Marine Corps, 3rd battalion."
Naruto smiled and shook Sam's hand, "Hi Sam." He said politely
"It's an honor, during training they count stop talking about you and your achievements. A lot of men look up to you sir. I hope to follow in your footsteps and keep this country safe."
"Just focus on protecting your team, and getting back home to your loved ones, safe and sound man." Naruto said getting a nod before Sam was called by his friends and saluted to Naruto before he left
Naruto turned back to his drink and sighed before drinking again,

Naruto drove his 69 Chevelle Grayscale toward his house and stopped at a light he leaned his head back and sighed as he pulled the visor down to look at a picture of him and Natalia, "Happy birthday, baby." He said before he jumped when the car was bumped from behind
"You gotta be fucking kidding." Naruto sighed putting the car in park, before he got out and walked to the back of the car and looked to the dented back fender before frowning at the driver who shrugged with a smirk before an aluminum bat struck him in the back of the head
Naruto fell to his hands in knees groaning in pain before he was kicked in the face sending him to the gravel and a kicked to the gut followed
Naruto was beaten in the street before one of the men crouched down and pulled his facemask off, "Khoroshaya mashina, my yeye snimem/Nice car, we'll be taking it off your hands."
Naruto was then punched in the face and watched as the man got into Natalia's car and drove off with his friends, groaning Naruto got to his feet and watched as the car sped into the distance while the ringing in his ears went away
Later, 172 Madison Ave, New York, NY 10016
Naruto returned home and took a scalding hot shower, his eyes glowing red as he dried himself off, and began to get dressed before he walked out the room down the hallway, one of the pictures of him and Natalia was the Chevelle that he gifted to her,
Hour Later, Aurelio's Automotive
A 24/7 chop shop, this facility is populated by dozens of hardened criminals, but has become the only family anyone knows. This is a tight knit, loyal, and talented crew.
A number of vehicles are being repaired, dismantled, painted, and the like: a non-stop flurry of activity.
Walking the floor, Aurelio a man in his late sixties, bantered with his crew before pausing to help lower a new engine into a car.
Natalia's Cheville roared down the street, tires clawing at the earth as it rounds a tight corner.
Perched inside, were the men who attacked Naruto. The Cheville pulled into the lot, and entered pulling into an empty space.
A pair of older mechanics notice the car, share an emotionless yet knowing look, set down their tools, and calmly leave the area.
The three Iosef, Viktor, and Kirill pour out of the vehicle, laughing, "Shit, dude! I'm gonna' keep this muthafucker!" Iosef laughed before he looked to a mechanic, "Hey, where's Aurelio at?"
Iosef saw Aurelio walking towards him, his gaze locked onto the Cheville, recognizing it, "Where'd you get that?" Aurelio asked
"I gots my ways, yo! Now, it's hot as shit, so I wanna paint job, papers, fuckin-
"I said, where... did you get that?" Aurelio asked interrupting Iosef who sighed
"Some pretty boy."
Aurelio walked to the car dragging his hand across it, "I know this car." He said as he should seeing as he helped Naruto restore and customize it, in this very shop
"What the fuck are you sayin'?" Iosef asked
Aurelio opened the driver's side door, reached up behind the visor, and pulled out picture of Naruto smiling while Natalia kissed his cheek, "Fuck... me." Aurelio pocketed the picture, "Out. Now." He demanded
"What the fuck are you talking about?" Iosef asked incredulously
By now, everyone in the facility has stopped working, watching the drama unfold.
"I'm talkin' about you takin' this fuckin' car and gettin' the fuck outta' my shop." Aurelio growled
"Did you lose your shit, Aurelio? We own you. You do what we say." Iosef said smugly causing the old man to laugh
"The fuck you do. Tell me…" Aurelio motions towards the car, "...did you kill him?"
"No. Gave him one hell of a beatdown though." Iosef laughed
Aurelio's eyes grew wide, surprising even himself, Aurelio rears back and delivers a powerful blow to the center of Iosef's face, shattering his nose.
Stunned, Iosef reels and drops to a knee, cradling his face, blood seeping between his fingers.
In a knee jerk reaction, Kirill pulls his gun. The atmosphere immediately grows tense, as throughout the building Aurelio's mechanics each reach for a hidden weapon: knives, machetes, guns, and the like.
Aurelio glared at Kirill as he walked towards him, "You pull a gun? On me? In my house?" Aurelio presses his forehead against Kirill's outstretched gun, "Flick off the safety."
Kirill smirked, and flicked off the safety, "Pull back the hammer." Kirill blinks, faltering in this game of brinkmanship, "Now, either shoot me...OR FUCK OFF!
Viktor lowered Kirill's arm who looked relieved that Viktor intervened, "The old man ain't gonna' like this."
"Maybe not. But he'll understand." Aurelio said before he walked off, Viktor and Kirill helped a still dazed Iosef to his feet.
"..the fuck jus' happened...?" Iosef asked
Hour Later
Naruto enters the building which is silent: everyone is gone. Naruto carefully makes his way through the floor, rounding a shelving array to find Aurelio a cigarette dangling from between his lips- sitting at a folding card table, his hands folded in front of him, a bottle of Campari and two glasses resting nearby.
"Hello, Naruto."
"Hey, old man." Naruto smiled before they embraced like grandson and grandfather would
Aurelio flipped over the glasses and pours two drinks, "Is it here? Naruto asked
"It was. Iosef Tarasov " Aurelio said handing Naruto the photo
"Viggo's son." Naruto said getting a nod, before he took his glass and swallowed it in a single gulp, "Nice seeing you again, old man."
"Naruto, are you sure? Kitchen Irish, Dogs of Hell, and the Mexican Cartel were to lowbrow they didn't even know what truly goes on in the city. You got out but you go after Viggo you are back in, like it or not."
Naruto looked at Aurelio, before walking away, "If I turn down the work, the Russians turn to Takeshi and his crew. You'll find them down on Third and Main." Aurelio said
30 Minutes Later, Takeshi's Automotive
An old, quiet, and clean building lost amongst dozens of others in a dying industrial park, Naruto walked across the street, his expression blank, as he walked forward
The two guards at the door glance up as he approached, standing as they shift into character, "What are you- Naruto-sama!" The guards quickly bowed .
"Take me to Takeshi."
The gaurds nodded before one led him away, through the chop shop they went and up to an office, where a Japanese man was sitting, and gave a laugh seeing Naruto,
"Nii-san!"
Naruto smiled, "Takeshi." He said before they hugged
Takeshi was a friend Naruto made on the ship that brought him to America, after they escaped they were brought under the care of the Yakuza, and became hitmen at young ages before Naruto tried to help a friend and was caught by the police and drafted Into Division, the High Table a council of high-level crime lords that governs and oversees the underworld's most powerful criminal organizations. The council comprises 12 seats, with each seat often owned by a family. Held by the Russian Mafia, Cosa Nostra, Yakuza, Triads and other mafias. The High Table is considered the ultimate authority of the underworld and is feared and respected by all, including Winston and John Wick himself. They also have dozens of police forces, politicians and bureaucrats worldwide under their thumbs, making them virtually above the laws.
"Have you seen Natalia's car?" Naruto asked causing Takeshi to look confused, "Iosef Tarasov, robbed me of the car."
"I don't do business with the Tarasov family any longer. Viggo and his son have made decisions that have inconvenienced the family. Brother are you trying to come back into the fold?"
"Nice seeing you little brother." Naruto said before he left as Takeshi sighed
Aurelio's Automotive, Main Office
Sitting at his desk, Aurelio with a cigarette dangling from between his lips worked on a model car, carefully gluing pieces together. The bottle of Campari rests nearby. Music plays softly from a radio nearby.
The phone rung, causing Aurelio to take a deep breath, exhale a cloud of smoke, and answered it, "This is Aurelio."
"I hear you've struck my son." Viggo said over the phone
"Yes, sir. I did." Aurelio said
"Might I ask why?" Viggo asked
"Because he and his friends attacked and stole Naruto Uzumaki's car."
"....Oh." Viggo said before he hung up
Aurelio refilled his drink and chuckled with a shake of his head
With Viggo, The James New York, 27 Grand St, Manhattan, New York, NY, USA
A resplendent home in one of the city's wealthiest neighborhoods, a few blocks from Naruto's home, A trio of military-grade heavily armored, tinted/bulletproof glass, Sedans pull up to the curb. The first and third empty as the keen eyes of ten gunmen scour the street, buildings, and rooftops. A moment passed and one of them slaps a hand on the middle Sedan's roof.
Iosef emerged belligerently naive and yet scared, walking into the building he caught the elevator up to his father's penthouse
Iosef entered, "How was your trip kid?" Avi asked
"We won't be hearing from them anytime soon, or ever." Iosef said
Viggo remained silent and took two glasses of Russian vodka over to his son, and handed him a glass, Iosef nodded smiling as his father drunk his liquor and he did the same
In a surprising blur of motion, Viggo spun and drove a fist into Iosef's stomach with enough force to lift him momentarily from the ground.
With the wind knocked out of him, Iosef drops to his knees, opened his mouth to say something, but instead vomits, gagging as he gasped for breath.
Viggo casually returned to the bar, grabbed a towel, and tossed it down onto his son, "Clean that up."
Again, Iosef opened his mouth to say something, but decided otherwise. He grabbed the towel and cleaned up his mess,
"Should I go?" Avi asked
"No." Viggo said taking off his blazer and rolled up his sleeves,
"What did I do?"
"You fucked up!" Viggo growled
"We did as you asked. No one saw shit."
Viggo grab his son and stood him up, "I'm not talkin about Atlantic City."
"What then? You mean Aurelio's? So what, I stole a fucking car?" Iosef asked only to be punched again
Viggo walked to the bar and put on his blazer, "It's not what you did, that's the problem. Its who you did it to."
"Who the fucking pretty boy?"
"That fucking pretty boy, is Naruto Uzumaki."
"When he was 7, he was shipped to America, but escaped his kidnappers. He was taken in and trained by Yakuza. At the age of 13 I once saw him kill 4 men with a pencil. A fucking pencil."

Naruto looked up as the elevator opened, and he came face to face with a cement wall he put up when he and Natalia got serious.
Pressing a button to keep the door from closing, before he gripped the sledge hammer, and with a swing caused spider web cracks in the wall
"Naruto earned 498 confirmed kills before he was 15 years old. The majority of those were done by hand, by blade, and by small caliber... which is unheard of."
Naruto stepped through the hole into a 773 Sq Ft room, walls lined with golden coins, a phone, bladed weapons, handguns, and rifles,

Viggo took a long sip off of his drink as the information sinks into Iosef, the blood draining from his face, "Naruto retired with high honors, and sought to settle down with his woman. But she was killed, and he alone massacred everyone involved. Kitchen Irish, Dogs of Hell, and The Mexican Cartel. All gone thanks to one man. He hung it up, 7 months he found some semblence of normal then my son, on the birthday of his deceased fiancee attacked him and stole a car he restored and customized exclusively for her."
Iosef looked fearful as he pissed his pants,
"Naruto was the goddamned boogeyman; a damn demon. Give him a name, request a method, and he'd get it done. Come hell or high water, by God... he'd get it done."
Viggo walked away, "Father!" Iosef yelled
"Get out of my sight, while I try to clean up your mess."
With Naruto
Naruto sat at the table, his eyes fixated on a black long sleeve with orange bands on the arms, and a red swirl between the shoulder blades, black tacticle jeans
Using experiemental nanotechnology, the shirt and pants were comprised of the same carbon nanotubes designed for the US troops' uniforms in Iraq. Yet, the patented suit material is a lot thinner and flexible; sixty percent lighter than Kevlar
Naruto looked up when the phone began to ring, walking to the phone he answered, "Hello, Naruto." Viggo greeted over the phone, "I heard about your fiancee, and I'm sorry. My condolences. It seems to be fate, or happenstance or just bad fuckin' luck caused our paths to cross once again."
"..." Naruto remained silent
"Naruto? Let us not resort to our baser instincts and handle this like civilized men, to move on…"
"Stay out of it." Naruto said emotionlessly, "Get involved, I'll mow you down."
Naruto hung up, before he took his clothes and walked off

Viggo sighed as he hung up, "What'd he say?" Avi asked
"Enough." Viggo sighed, looking to a picture of his deceased wife, "Task your crew."

"How many do you have?" Viggo asked
Later
A car was parked across the street from Naruto's home, as a man using UV binoculars saw the heat signatures of the dog in the penthouse, and the human signature on the 4th floor,
12 men approached the building and entered using the stairs to get to the fourth floor, that had been outfitted to be a loft, coming around a corner Naruto appeared from shadows and shot goon1 in the head, grabbed the Heckler & Koch MP5K of goon2 and aimed it toward the wall, shot goon3 in the balls, before he shot goon2 in the hip then the face, and did the same with goon3
Naruto advanced forward and shot 2 more goons in the head as they appeared in the hall, a bullet hit the wall from behind him before he ducked and aimed the gun behind him and shot goon6 in the leg before turning and shooting him in the face,
Goon7 came around the corner to a headshot, as Naruto walked around and reloaded his Heckler & Koch P30L fitted with a custom compensator, he saw the gun of an assassin enter the hall and rushed forward and jumped to knee the assassin in the face
Crashing into the wall as goon8 was on the floor, Naruto shot him in the face,
Without a sound Naruto stalked forward listening to the footsteps of the men sent to kill him before he looked into the kitchen to see the last 4 skulking about
Naruto ran forward and jumped on goon9 as he shot goon10 in the face as he and goon9 fell and he rolled so that he was atop of him and shot him in the face
Goon11 and goon12 ran around the island and found Naruto gone and began to look around wildly before goon12 turned to go search the hall but was shot twice in the chest then the head, and his corpse was grabbed to use as a meat shield, as Goon11 fired wildly but Naruto placed the gun beneath the corpse armpit and shot him in the chest causing him to fall
Tossing the corpse, Naruto walked up to goon11 who was groaning as he dug the bullet from his vest before Naruto shot him in the skull
Walking off Naruto boarded the elevator
Moments Later
Dialing a number, Naruto waoted for someone to answer, "This is Naruto. Yes, Naruto Uzumaki, that's right. I'd like to make a dinner reservation for 12."
Naruto paid the cleanup crew with 12 gold coins, and after they finished he poured enough food and water for his dog to last the week, and the dog knew to no go in the house to use the doggy door to get to the balcony before he left his home,

A woman in her mid 20s was sitting on her couch watching television as she assembled her Heckler & Koch P30L with an identical custom compositor to Naruto's
Buzzing was heard as the tv muted and showed Viggo at her doorstep,
Moments Later
Viggo entered looking around taking note of the photos the woman had of herself and Naruto from childhood, "Christina, good to see you again."
"Same Viggo." Christina said
"Why do you and Naruto by out entire buildings I will never understand.'
"Privacy." Christina said standing up her arms folded behind her back in a regal stance, "Why are you here?"
"I have a job.'
"This couldn't be said over the phone?"
"Hmm. I want to offer you this face to face seeing as how you might find it personal." Viggo said getting a raised eyebrow from the young woman, "Would you kill Naruto Uzumaki for two million dollars? After all, you were close."
"Is the contract exclusive?" Christina asked
"No, it's open. It's a timely matter, it has to be handled quickly." Viggo said
"Consider it done." Christina nodded
"Thank you, Christina. I know I can trust you." Viggo said before he left
Christina watched him go
With Naruto, The Continental Hotel, Wall Street Court, Financial District, New York
Naruto parked his Ford Mustang S-197, and took the ticket from the valet, walking to the desk, "Hello, sir. How may I help you today?"
"I called ahead. Reservation for Naruto Uzumaki."
The concierge checked his computer, "Ah, yes. I have you for two nights."
"Depending on business, it may be more." Naruto said
"That's not a problem, sir. We're only at sixty percent capacity. Just let me know should you choose to extend your stay."
Naruto nodded looking around, "When did the place get a facelift?"
"About 2 years ago."
"Same owner?"
"Same owner." The man nodded before Naruto slid him a gold coin...
The concierge handed him a key, "Floor seven, room nine. Would you like help with your bags?"
Naruto shook his head taking the key, "No, thanks. I got it."
Later
The sun began to set as Naruto was in his hotel room. Resting upon the bed, his briefcases were open, revealing a veritable armory of dismantled weapons, numerous clips, and boxes of ammunition.
Sitting at the desk, Naruto paused from cleaning a pistol to sip his Bourbon. Once done, he pulled back the slide, studied the pistol with a keen eye, released it, carefully loaded a clip with bullets, and slid it into the pistol
From a small wooden case, Naruto selected silencer which he screwed onto the pistol. He sat it down next to a pump-action shotgun, a sniper rifle, an FN Herstal Five-seven silenced- with a polished mahogany stock, a tri-prong kunai, and a Glock43.
Naruto stood, slipped the Glock into the back of his pants, and the FN inside his shoulder holster before he donned his jacket, turned off the light, and left
Moments Later
Naruto walked through the kitchen, ignored by the bustling staff as he made his way to the dry storage room, and made his way to the back where a small staircase led down.
Naruto walks down them and entered a sub-basement walking down the long, brick-enclosed corridor stopping before a large, thick, iron door. Naruto removed a gold coin from his pocket and slipped it into a slit to the right of the door.
A section of the door slides open, revealing a pair of judging eyes that widened seeing Naruto the man slid the view piece shut and the door was unlocked, swinging open.
Naruto entered, and the door is immediately swung shut behind, sealed and locked tight, Naruto walked though the club ignoring everyone who looked at him in surprise as he made his way to the old man sittong in a booth overlooking a ledger, "Winston."
"Naruto. To what do we owe the pleasure?"
"Iosef Tarasov." Naruto said
"What about him?"
"I'd like to talk with him." Naruto said causing Winston to raise an eyebrow
"A talk, you say. I'm familiar with the parlance Naruto. I want to ask you this. Have you returned to the fold?"
"Just looking to reclaim some property." Naruto said
"Have you thought this through? I mean, chewed down to the bone? You got out once. You dip so much as a pinky back into this pond, you may well find something reaches out and drags you back into its depths."
"Where do I find him?" Naruto asked
"You know the rules. No business can be conducted on these premises lest incurring heavy penalties. Have a drink and relax. For now." Winston said
Naruto sighed in annoyance before he walked off toward the bar,
"Holy shit! Naruto!" The bartender a 23 year old Dominican woman jumped over the bar and met Naruto halfway
"Hey, Winny." Naruto smiled before she grabbed his shirt and yanked him into a kiss
The two kissed deeply before the separated for air and hugged, before they pulled away, "My God, how long has it been?"
"5 years and change." Naruto smiled as Winny hopped back over the bar as he sat on a stool,
"So tell me, how was life on the other side?"
"It was good, I love it." Naruto said
"Hey, I'm sorry to hear about your…"
"Thanks." Naruto said
"Usual?" Winny asked
"Please." Naruto said before Winny walked off, as Naruto looked in the mirror behind the bar and saw a woman at a table watching him like a hawk
"Compliments of the house." Winny smiled placing a napkin and a glass down
"Thanks." Naruto said getting a wink before she went to her other customers and Naruto picked up his glass but paused when he saw Red Circle above a lipstick mark
Looking over to Winston who raised his glass,Naruto smirked and downed his liqour in one gulp before leaving
The Red Circle
An upscale night club, the line curled around the side of the building, generously serviced by heat lamps to accommodate the almost non-existent dresses of the many young women.
Naruto approached theclub but paused as he saw the Cheville parked and glared before he walked up to the bouncer, "Name?"
Naruto handed him three, hundred dollar bills. "Guest."
The Bouncer tool the bills, pocketed them, and unclipped the red velvet rope, allowing him entry, "Welcome."
"Thanks." Naruto saod tapping the bouncers arm as he walked by while sneakingly picking his pocket to take the money back,
As Naruto entered, those in the front of the line complained butwerer ignored as the rope was re-attached.
Strangely enough, the lobby was laid back and pleasant. A single bar was available to the dozen or so patrons who lounged about smoking, laughing, and talking as servers wandered the floor, offering a variety of appetizers.
Beyond the lobby, however, was a security station with a metal detector in front of the elevators: Naruto approached the security station and as the gaurd was distracted by a young woman walked sround the detector and got on the elevator
Penthouse Lobby
The doors to the elevator open, the music deafening. Naruto exited, turned left, and enters a two-story structure with the VIPs assembled up top; each having paid for their private tables. Naruto enters, carefully studying the room. He approaches the bar and waves down a bartender.
"What can I get you?" The bartender asked
Naruto smiled as handed the girl $50, "Heineken."
The bartender took the money and opened a beer before she placed it in front of Naruto, "Thanks. Keep the change." He said turning around as the bartender smiled and put the bill in her stash
Naruto studied the floor and the upper balcony searching, "So Ive never seen you around here before. You new in town?"
"No, just passing through on business." Naruto said keeping watch before his eyes narrowed in on the man that rearended him yesterday
Naruto finished his drink,"Wheres your bathroom?" He asked
The bartender pointed toward the right and Naruto nodded before leaving, and followed after Viktor,
Book-ended by a pair of Estruscan bodyguards who follow every move he makes, Viktor slaps a waitress on the ass as he walked past.
"Another bottle of the Goose, love!" Viktor said
Drunk, Viktor and his bodyguards entered the bathroom, pausing to light a cigarette, before walking into a stall where he leaned against the wall in front of the toilet, eyes at half-mast.
Naruto entered the bathroom as a patron leaves, the bathroom now empty save himself, Viktor, and the bodyguards.
As the door closes, Naruto walked toward them after locking the door, producing a tri-prong kunai, Naruto stabbed once in the chest and slit the throat of the other as he tried to grab his gun
Viktor glanced towards the closed door with a raised eyebrow as he heard two thuds
Viktor tensed as his eyes widened seeing r the Timberland boots of whoever was standing there while a puddle of blood crept closer toward them. Shaking off before zipping up his pants, Viktor reached into his jacket and fumbled for his gun.
The door to the bathroom stall opened and as Viktor grabbed his pistol and aimed at Naruto's face,
Naruto grabbed the wrist and punched Victor's elbow causing his arm to snap with an audible crack sending him to his knees, screaming.
Naruto grabbed the broken arm, twist it behind Viktor's back, drags him towards the towel, grabs him by the hair, and shoved his face into the toilet. He held him there for a good amount of time before ripping him back out.
Gasping for breath, Viktor's eyes were wide, sobriety having swiftly returned, "What the fuck d-"
Naruto answered by slamming his head against the rim of the toilet -breaking Viktor's nose- before shoving his face back beneath the water. After a while, Naruto pulled Viktor back up for air.
"My name is Naruto Uzumaki. You took my car." Naruto said as Viktor's eyes widened, "Where is Iosef?"
"Fuck y-"
Behind his back, Naruto snapped Viktor's wrist, as he drives his face back beneath the water Naruto snaps one finger after the next.
Underwater, Viktor screamed, struggling before Naruto pulled him free, "He's outside at the Bath House!" Viktor yelled
Naruto kept holding his arm painfully in place and drove Viktor's head down upon the toilet rim at an odd angle, his neck snapping before he searched his pockets and smirked upon finding the keys
Naruto walked off leaving the three corpses behind,
Naruto exited the penthouse and walked across the rooftop to the Bath House and walked down the hall and looked down toward the pool to see Iosef with some girls,
Eyes glowing red as he growled demonically Naruto walked down the stairs, kunai at the ready as a guard gave the all-clear and turned into the blade sending it to hilt deep into his heart
Removing the blade, Naruto walked to the end of the hall as a guard stood with his back to him before he reached around to grab the man's face and yanked his head back into the kunai sending it deep into his occipital lobe
Kirilli exited the room behind Naruto and tried to draw his pistol but Naruto removed his blade from the corpse and tried to stab him but the Kirilli put his hands up to hold back Naruto's arm before he kneed Naruto in the ribs and ducked before he lifted Naruto and ran through a shelf
