After watching cluelessly at the see-through black wall for over two minutes, Max tried to pass it. To his surprise, his hand moved forward.
He sighed, then moved the rest of his body to see what lay behind the wall. The hallway after the wall was old. It seemed like nobody walked there in a long time. He was scared, but his curiosity won, and he moved forward.

"IT DID WHAT? WHAT DO YOU MEAN LOCKED?"
Suddenly, he heard a little noise. When he looked behind the wall wasn't see-through anymore. He ran to the wall and started punching it. After a few seconds, he sighed, realizing he had only one option now.
'I guess, I can only move forward?'
Without a clue where he was going, he walked and walked until he stopped at a door.
It was big enough to not touch its upper limit. On its corners, there was writing in a strange language, unknown to Max, and on its handle was some runes.
To the teenage boy, it seems like the system showed him this path especially to walk through that door. What lies behind it is pure mystery.
"Maybe the system knows something I don't. But now....that question is still the same, is it a friend or an enemy?"
After five minutes of constant debating, he chose something to do. He thought that he didn't have anything else to lose in this life, so he tried to open the door.

Max watched the notification in front of him in fear, even if he thought about the risks, he didn't expect something like this. He slowly moved his hand to close the windows, he wanted to buy time to see what was the system telling him about.
After the message disappeared, he saw that after the door, there was a large room, and in the center of it, there was a huge crystal. A blue crystal, shining with powerful light, pulsating like it was alive.
Chills ran down his spine, not knowing what to expect, he walked with caution towards the crystal. He felt that it was too late to go back now.
"Aaah, somebody found this room. I wonder, how is that possible? Come children, I haven't sensed someone here in a long time. I am curious how you managed to get here."
Even if Max was confused, he was scared as well. But that doesn't mean he wouldn't move. The voice was enough to make him submit. Not knowing or understanding what is happening can make somebody obey any command.
"Come closer, come, come. You seem to be an interesting one. To find this room you need a forgotten energy, yet somehow you are here. Is this destiny, a coincidence, or maybe... Do you have it?"
Getting closer to the crystal, Max started to see a figure inside it, and on the outside, there were runes like the ones on the door. It seemed to be a woman, but he couldn't be sure.
"Don't be afraid, I won't bite. To be more precise, I can't. You see, I am the woman in the crystal. Some bad people put me here. But that doesn't matter, what I am interested in is why are you here? Press your hand against the crystal."
Max didn't know what to do, but he knew that not obeying the woman would be a bad choice. So he did what was logical. He listened to everything she said.
"Hmm, I see, you are an interesting one. You have a body constitution unknown to the current mankind, you can somehow, to an extent degree say that you aren't even human. I wonder how is that possible."
'What is she talking about, why am I feeling like I can't even move, what is happening?'
"I'm sorry child, but I am too curious, so I will look into your future."
"Wait, what are y...?"
Suddenly, the crystal's shining became more powerful, like it was using power. Its runes were glowing like they tried to stop this, but it was in vain.
"Aaaah, I see. This is truly, wonderful. Didn't expect to see you here. Listen boy, and listen carefully. I will help you with this once for free, I hope you will remember this in the future. Try your hardest to awaken the power you have inside you."
Suddenly, the ground started to shake a little. Max took his hand off the crystal, looking around like a scared cat trying to understand what was about to come. From the ground, hands started to ascend. Then the teenage boy could see five golems looking at him emotionless. It looked like they were waiting for the order to attack him.
"Slay these 5 golems how you see fit. I promise to be worth it."
After the woman finished talking, the golems started to move, trying to take out Max. He didn't think twice and started to run. He searched for the door with his eyes, that was the first thing he tried to do. But unfortunately, the woman saw that coming and made the door incisible for the teenager.
While running and thinking of a way to escape from this madness, he saw a golem suddenly hitting his right side. The only problem was that Max wasn't there, so the golem only fought with air.
After four minutes of running, Max started to slow down, he was getting tired. Realizing that he couldn't do much, he tried to mimic a box stance, thinking that he could at least block the punches of the golems.
The first golem threw a jab at him, and surprisingly even for him, Max blocked it.
'They aren't so smart. I could see that coming to my face. Even if they are strong, I can block and maybe evade their hits. Maybe, just maybe, I can hit them too.'
Knowing that he would use his hands mostly for blocking or parrying, he decided to use his legs to crush his opponents. After evading the next attack from the same golem, he tried to hit it in the head with his leg. After he connected the move, he got a surge of adrenaline and excitement, even a little confidence that he could win.
'Yes yes yes, that's it! I can do this!'
He backed a little to reposition himself, then he went to another golem he will use the same tactic. Evade/block, then them with his leg. But he realized now that he made two fatal mistakes. He assumed that the golems were stupid. Those things backed down at the same time and then took a karate stance simultaneously.
'Are they sharing a hive mind or something? What is happening here?'
His second mistake in his tactic was that he didn't realize he was fighting 5 opponents, not one, and he was alone.
He tried to block a punch, successfully doing it, but when he tried to raise his leg, it was grabbed and kept in place by another golem. Without giving a moment to think, two golems punched Max, one in the stomach and the other in the face. Their movements were so coordinated that the teenager felt the pain amplified somehow. He was starting to lose balance and fall, but before he hit the ground, a fourth golem struck him in the stomach using his leg.
Max found himself in a lot of pain and flying to a wall, hitting it.
'I can't do this....it was stupid for me to think that I can beat those five. Why am I so weak...'
While he was starting to feel his consciousness fade away, the woman in the crystal was watching everything in horror.
'Why, how is this happening? This isn't what I saw in his future. What is this?'
She tried to summon the golems, but she couldn't. It was like another force was blocking her.
The fifth golem was moving to Max faster than before, ready to hit him in the head and end his life. But right before a punch was connected to the teenager's face, his hand raised to block it. Successfully doing it, a blunting sound was made.
"I don't understand what is happening, but I can understand that you aren't a problem now."
After saying those words, Max's eyes started to shine, somehow giving a powerful vibe. Then, he punched the golem, destroying it.
"You are next. Let's get you four closer to your friend."
