Rain falling from the sky. He wakes up slightly just to see the dark clouds. Lying down on the bed not ready for the first day of school.
Mochizuki: I don't want to go to school why me?
He closed his eyes once again but heard the alarm clock ringing loudly saying to him it was time to get up. Turning slightly toward the alarm clock just to see a note.
The note: All Kings and Queens have to go to school.
Mochizuki: ...
Rolls his eyes while shaking his head in disapprovement.
(In his mind).
"I rather die than go to school."
He closed his eyes, trying to go back to sleep, but heard a knock on the window. Waking up slightly just to see Takumi standing outside his apartment holding an umbrella.
"Takumi."
(Out of his mind).
Getting up from the bed just to open the window.
Mochizuki: Let me guess you're also here to make me go to school?
He looks at him a little bit annoyed since the thought of going to school makes him frown.
Takumi: All Kings and Queens have to so let's get going.
He throws him the uniform for the School that's in Orbmerica.
Mochizuki: Fine.
Takes the uniform away from Takumi and quickly changes away from him so he won't see him at all.
Takumi: ...
Turning around, waiting for him to get ready, hearing footsteps coming in quickly. Looking back slightly just to see Mochizuki coming out from the window holding his backpack.
Mochizuki: Shall we get going?
Looks at him with a frown.
Takumi: Yeah.
Walking down the street, heading towards his next destination, which is Klaudia's apartment.
Klaudia: It's embarrassing, don't you think? I mean, we Kings and Queens have to go to school.
Standing outside of her apartment while wearing the girl's uniform.
Mochizuki: Yeah, I know, right? It's very embarrassing.
He looks at her while carrying his backpack, almost like he's dragging it.
Klaudia: I wonder what friends we could make since I heard the school also has different people other than Kings and Queens.
She looks at Takumi and Mochizuki while walking with them to school. Stopped slightly just to see Kai coming out from his apartment building.
Kai: Sup so shall we get going?
Looks at them all calmly while holding the backpack.
Takumi: Yeah.
All four of them walk right beside each other as the rain continues to fall from the sky.
Mochizuki: ...
Walking right beside Takumi but stopped suddenly after noticing someone trying to help a poor kitten who was too afraid to get down.
(At the tree).
Kaien: It's okay kitty.
He reaches out slightly, hoping he'll get the kitten's trust, but notices that the kitten is too afraid to go near him.
Mochizuki: Hey you need help?
He walks up to him but stops at a short distance. The wind starts to blow a bit, causing a few leaves to fly.
Kaien: The kitty needs help...
He says he is a bit shy since meeting a person who he just barely met startled him.
Mochizuki: I'll help you out since I don't have anything better to do.
He goes close to the tree just to see the scared kitty on top of the tree. Climbing up the tree trying to get the kitty.
Mochizuki: It's okay, kitty, don't be afraid. I'm a good guy.
Reaching out slowly towards the kitty trying to grab it at least. Looking back slightly to see the person who seems nervous about what's happening or maybe being next to a stranger that he doesn't know at all. Looking back at the kitty managing to pick it up without a struggle.
Kaien: ...
Stayed quiet but felt happy inside that the stranger got the kitty safe and sound.
Mochizuki: I got the kitty.
Smiles at him while climbing down the tree as he slowly makes his way to the person.
Kaien: Y-You save the kitty...
Smiles at him.
Mochizuki: Well of course.
Blushing slightly, he felt his heart skip a beat.
Mochizuki: I couldn't leave you to struggle...
(In his mind).
"I wonder what's his name."
(Out of his mind).
About to speak up but heard Takumi's voice in the background. Looking back slightly to see Takumi and the others right behind him.
Takumi: Time to go we don't want to be late.
Looks at him calmly yet looks over to the person who's currently with Mochizuki.
Kaien: ...
Noticed him staring at him, which made him feel nervous. Stepping back quickly and runs off.
Mochizuki: Hey wait!
Reaching out for him, but it was too late, he ran off.
Klaudia: He's gone. I wonder why he was so afraid.
She looks in the direction where he ran off.
Mochizuki: ...
(In his mind).
"Damnit, I never got his name, and also, I never told him my name."
Remembering the person for a short moment.
(Out of his mind).
Two hours later, after getting everything that he needed to get ready for classes and such, including meeting the teachers. For some reason, he couldn't find the person he just met.
(In the classroom).
Sitting down, looking out the window, watching the Sakura blossoms falling from the sky.
(In his mind).
"Never got his name."
Remembering the person from the tree who wanted to get the cat.
(Out of his mind).
Klaudia: Are you thinking about that boy you just met?
Looks at him after knowing what he thought in his mind.
Mochizuki: I forgot Demonic Orbs could read minds, but yeah, since I never got his name.
He mumbles it slightly, yet embarrassed that she knows what he is thinking about.
Klaudia: I know something that you don't know. I heard that boy may be coming to this school.
Smiles at him after revealing the piece of information that she overheard earlier by the teachers.
Mochizuki: Wait, really, then I'll wait so I could ask him his name...
Blushing slightly after hearing himself say that since he could've just gotten the easier knowledge by asking Klaudia or one of the teachers, but no, he wanted to know himself by asking him.
Klaudia: Anyway I'm going to hang out with Takumi and Kai.
Getting up as she goes to the front of the classroom where Takumi and Kai are sitting.
Mochizuki: ...
Looking over to Takumi and then at a few other students who are currently talking since it's a free period.
(In his mind).
"I wonder if he has the same classroom as me."
Blushing red as he shakes his head.
"Not like I don't want that, of course, but if he does have my class, then I..."
Stops thinking about it since the thought of it it's making him flustered.
"Like he would come to this classroom. My chances are about ten percent. Possibly he's in a different class."
(Out of his mind).
Closing his eyes slightly but heard the class door opening looking up slightly. His eyes widen realizing that it was the boy from the tree. Staying quiet after watching him walk into the classroom.
Mochizuki: ...
Snapping out of it after a long stare, which a lot of people might find creepy, he looked away once the teacher introduced him to everyone in the classroom. He didn't want to hear the teacher's voice but only the one he just met. Covering his ears for a short moment before putting it down.
(In his mind).
"I want to hear it from him, but in only to do this, I have to introduce myself. I hope he sits right beside me..."
Blushing red after hearing himself, he quickly covers his face.
"Fuck I should stop doing that."
(Out of his mind).
Looking up slightly and noticed that the person was walking to the desk that was right next to him. Blushing slightly but turns away.
Kaien: I-Is someone sitting here?
Looks at him shyly as he breaks eye contact.
Mochizuki: N-Nobody is you could sit here.
Blushing slightly, he looks at him for a moment before looking away.
(In his mind).
"Okay, I guess the universe is giving me a chance. I can't waste it."
He was about to open his mouth but stopped after getting shy, which made him look away.
"Fuck just say hi damnit!"
Looks over at him while blushing red.
"Damnit I can't..."
(Out of his mind).
Trying so hard to open his mouth and just talk to him for at least just a few words, but each time, he backs off, being flustered time and time again. Time passed by, and it was almost the end of class. Panicking since he doesn't know if he has the same class as him. It's his only chance to talk to him and get his name.
(In his mind).
"Damnit, I want to talk to him, but I can't. I can't do it."
(Out of his mind).
Kaien: M-My name is Kaien and what's your name?
Looks at him while blushing slightly since it took him so much courage to ask him his name.
Mochizuki: I- it's nice to meet you, Kaien. I'm Mochizuki...
Blushing slightly he slowly puts out his hand for a handshake.
Kaien: ...
He hesitated at first, but he slowly reached out for his hand and gave him a handshake.
Both let go of each other's hands as they both turned away, blushing slightly.
