Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Whimsical Reflections and Midnight Antics

*[Three months later]*

*[Some time in the early evening]*

On a splendid spring day, while having my pleasant milk time with a floppy hat on my head, admiring the beautiful garden in my mansion full of different flowers, I flipped the bottle aside and started plucking grass with mini hands that I could barely grab.

*[Frustratingly]* "Argh! I can't keep up with this milk... I hate milk. At least I should be born as a plant. Regardless, I deserve to be a pixie," I muttered to myself.

The maid reached me, thinking I was inconvenienced as all she could hear was me babbling. However, I was secretly practicing flipping over as I fell flat when nobody was watching. She took me in her arms and brushed the dust and grass out of my hand in a hurry so that I wouldn't try to put them in my mouth.

*[Maid with fearful worry]* "Master, you should not eat such things... look at what you have done. Your hands are covered in dirt," she said, swinging to calm me down. She took me to a fountain in the garden to wash off the dirty water. I was mesmerized by my cuteness reflecting on the water's surface; all I saw was a cute little brown beige-toned face with neon purple eyes and short curly hair.

"I never get too used to this… this cute girl, who is she? She looks like an angel."

"OMG! That's me! I'm so self-obsessed that I became a devotee of myself," I exclaimed, adoring the reflection of myself.

I used to be a magnificent being that you have never seen. Well, I'm not something you can see with the naked eye like the sun. I was the greatest and brightest spirit there had ever been. I used to be a spirit, but I don't know how or why I ended up as a human.

"Shit! Those pretty annoying beings," I winced.

It's been three months since my great appearance as a human after being a spirit for so long. Maybe because my human brain cells activated, I have some memories of my past life, where I was human in a far different world with a modern and high-tech era before being a spirit, came to me as a dream.

"I don't remember much about that life, and this life is like I'm in a fantasy novel that I never read. But who cares if it's a novel or not? I'm going to live my life as the main lead; I have to survive here," I thought to myself as the shameless heroine.

"Why should I be ashamed of living my life... don't you dare to change the meaning of my words," I said arrogantly.

"And I will solve everything that has to be done," playing agent, I declared.

With my intelligence from my past life, I gathered information about myself. I am the second young lady of the Willden family, Aries Willden. I was born on a cold winter night to a noble couple, Count Zen Willden and Countess Manta Willden. Now, they are parents who reside in the capital city Bellan of the kingdom Allora.

*[Showing some disappointment]* "That's my life-changing day… unforgettable."

My father, Count Zen Willden, has a golden brown skin tone as he is from the West with neon purple eyes. His hair is short, black, and curly. Being loyal and a great warrior, the emperor bestowed the title of count to father as he used to be a baron in the city of Darlin.

One day, the newly appointed Count gets a marriage proposal from the viscount of the north who resides in the city of Cabrie, asking to marry his first daughter, Lady Manta Karenal. She has dark brown shiny silky long hair with a rose-beige skin tone and lime green eyes. Noble from birth, she is scornful, greedy, prideful, and wicked.

"Even though she sometimes acts as a queen, she is a stunning beauty."

Count Zen marries Lady Manta without knowing her schemes to use him as a stepping stone to get into social circles and become the lady flower of the social society. Lady Manta becomes Countess Manta.

"Loveless couple… this is going to be a headache," making up her mind for the challenge.

A few months later, they had their first child, Lady Daris, who mostly resembles our mother, Countess, except for her hair, which is like the Count's but long. She is a prodigy, having light mana at an early age, but the Countess wished to have a son and tried to have a second child.

"Sadly, it's a girl, and that's me," I said with a poker face.

During childbirth, at both times, mages used mana on the Countess to force the baby out safely. It came as a bolt from the blue that impacted the Countess's health and body. She can't have another child as it may take a turn for the worse, which ends up disappointing the Countess that she can't have a son.

The maid took Lady Aries to her room as she had fallen asleep in the garden while playing.

*[Midnight]*

*[Lady Aries wakes]*

"Nobody is awake; it's the best time to practice my ultimate move," I said sprightly. I started struggling for some time to kick over my tummy to my back.

"I did it!" I exclaimed, thrilled.

*[Footsteps]*

"Oh no! I'm gonna be caught if I stay like this; I have to flip back to my position," I said anxiously.

*[Footsteps got louder]*
