For two consecutive days, Damien Sterling acted as the kids' fitness coach at home. On the day of their physical exams, he brought in a child health specialist from the hospital to assess their fitness levels.
Unfortunately, both children did not meet the fitness standards they were aiming for. Thus, as previously agreed, professional fitness training continued for the children, but at Emma Hart's strong insistence, a more gentle-natured coach was appointed. Damien Sterling agreed to this request.
By the following afternoon, the new fitness coach was confirmed, and Emma Hart returned to the Sterling Group, resuming her role as Damien Sterling's personal assistant.
In addition to her previous duties of preparing his lunch and ironing his clothes, she now had a new daily activity: chatting with Amelia Davidson at the nearby coffee shop every noon.
