" Time to wake up young master "

Puzzled by the voice of someone else in his room our handsome mc suddenly woke up only to see the face of a very handsome but middle aged man in a white and black suit usually worn by those butlers in most movies about rich people.

Let's take you back to where it all began

Our mc goes by the name of Ian Wolford and since he was a child he has always had many misfortunes or as some would call it a very good relationship with bad luck .

His parents had died when he was 5 years old and his custody was given to his so called uncle including all his family fortune as he was still not at an age considered an adult. Instead of taking care of him , his uncle used most of Ian's family fortune for his own benefits, and would act like a doting uncle in public and the devil in private .

On his 15th birthday Ian had somewhat had enough of being abused by his uncle who would always make sure Ian new who the man of the house was through violent beatings , insults and sometimes he would even lock him up in their dark basement downstairs for as long as he felt like it. So when one day his uncle came home drunk and tried to do his usual tour of torturing him , Ian picked up the nearest object which was a baseball bat and hit his uncle in the head causing his uncle to stumble and hit his head on the edge of the table. Short story short his uncle died due to major blood loss ,the police came , and after very careful investigations the case was concluded as self defense, everyone in the neighborhood had given Ian the name murderer and every time they saw him people would spout insults or show disgust . Later he was moved to an orphanage where he stayed till he became of age , whilst life in the orphanage was not very good at least it was doable since Ian was a hardworking kid but some of the big kids would bully him due to having all those scars on his body from all the abuse his uncle inflicted on him and also because he had been the reason why his uncle passed away .

On his 18 th birthday Ian was feeling very lucky since he could finally get done of his family's money or at least what was left from it. While walking back to the orphanage from his part time job , he had a cry for help coming from a near by alley , normally people will rush to save whoever is in distress by Ian decided not to intervene since he naturally knew that nothing he did would help, cause after all the reason he had survived all this years in peace was due to minding his own business. Just as he was about to turn away and walk in the other direction he suddenly heard a man's voice

"Boy you think you can just walk away after seeing what you just saw ", the man said whilst grinning

The moment he turned his head in order to clarify to the man that he hadn't seen anytime and was just minding his own business, he suddenly heard a bang n fell down ,blood oozing out of the hole in his head , and the thing he managed to see before his death was a pair of crooked teeth .

Now back to the present moment

As our mc was trying to figure out what had just occurred the butler had already left the room leaving the puzzled handsome mc laying down in a big white soft bed .

"What just happened??? ", thought our puzzled mc

"Arghhhhhh " the screams of Ian resounded throughout his room as certain memories which did not belong to him but the body's original owner started pouring into his mind .

After what felt like years , gone was the look of being puzzled and now it was replaced by a look of being surprised Instead as he was trying to accept everything that had just transpired.

Author's note

This is my first novel so l will try to work on my writing as we go along. To all the readers who will read this l hope you can be patient with me and if there's any idea you want me to add l will consider your suggestions

Ps The unlce got hit by a baseball bat and hit his head on a sharp corner of the table thus causing major blood loss which caused his death n the mc due to having been been abused since he was a child had many scars that where mostly in hidden places

The reason why his uncle mistreated him was because his mother was an adopted child who got most of Ian's grandparents love so his uncle always hated her . So when you got Ian's custody all that hatred got directed at him ,and most people never new about the abuse since he always wore long sleeve shirts and trousers .
