I felt dizzy and warm inside the longer I looked at her, and all of my surroundings became blurry as my focus zeroed in on her. I could hear my heartbeat in my chest become louder, and I was filled with so much emotion I thought I was going to pass out. I had to gasp to force my body to start breathing again and my face filled with blush. 'Woah! Are you on drugs?! I think I would've remembered telling you to do that!' Erin shouted.
Mary corrected him with a soft and longing tone. 'No, he's in love! I can feel it! He's absolutely head over heels!' I quickly shook my head and broke the sudden spell I was put under. "What?! No, I'm not! What did you expect?! She's the first woman I've been attracted to in years." John then encouraged me, smugly. 'You should go talk to her.'
My blush reddened at the thought. "What would I say?" Unfortunately, Erin answered that. 'Hey baby, wanna get gagged and plowed so hard you flip the mattress?' I raised an eyebrow, confused. "What does that even mean? Never mind. I got this." I smirked and jumped down to the ground.
I then slipped through the chaos and the zombies with no effort at all, and none of the humans noticed me walk up behind them. I was only focused on the one who took my breath away and once I was close enough, I swooped in front of her and casually rested my arm on her AR as she fired. "Hey." She then jumped back and threw her gun out of shock. She landed ass-first on the ground and stared up with confusion and fear in her eyes. "What the hell?!" I raised an eyebrow, confused about what had startled her, and looked behind me.
I didn't see anything but the zombies, and by now her friends had run dry of ammo and noticed me as well. "Who are you?!" One of the men demanded. I completely ignored him and kept my attention on the girl. "Need a hand?" I reached my hand out to her but she looked at it with distrust. The growls and gurgles of the zombies started to annoy me and so did the panicked yelling of the other team members at the realization that they were surrounded. "Will you excuse me for a second?" She raised an eyebrow as I turned around and started walking toward what any other human would run from.
I punched the zombie that was closest to me and the corpse combusted as I planned. I continued to mutilate every zombie around me with amazing speed, and I enjoyed the rush of adrenaline from tearing a jaw from a skull with no effort at all. I crushed the other heads with my grip and ripped off their limbs. The rest I made blow apart until there was nothing left but dead bodies underneath me. After I was done, I hopped off of the carcasses and made my way back to the girl who had stood up to stare at me with the rest of her team.
I may have added some fancy moves back there to impress my potential mate, and with the look she gave me I knew I had succeeded. I stopped in front of her with a sweet smile and she blinked a few times before speaking. "H-How did you do that?" I shrugged casually. "Super-strength, baby." The other guy in the group held his hand to block the others from me suddenly. "Wait, he's been bitten!" I looked down to see a bite mark on my forearm and the others stepped back, ready to run. A few moments passed and nothing happened.
The muscular woman looked at me suspiciously. "Why isn't he changing? Infection is supposed to be instant." I remembered why they were freaking out and laughed. "Oh yeah, I got injected with the one and only antidote." They all froze. "Are you serious?!" The woman of my dreams asked. I nodded. "Yep. Now, before we get into our life stories, my name is Kane. And what is it that I may call you, other than gorgeous?" 'Nailed it.' Mary said. I then took her hand and she looked at me awkwardly. "Um, I'm Molly." Before I could kiss her hand, one of the men pulled her away from me. "And I am her boyfriend. James."
A spark of anger flickered in my soul but Erin wiped it off as not a big deal. 'Don't worry about him. He's the stereotypical douchebag boyfriend that the heroine comes with as a starter pack. He'll never last.' Despite his form of comforting words, all I wanted to do right now was pick her up and walk away from this other Caucasian male who was only half-decent in looks compared to me. "So?" I then took Molly's hand again and pulled her away. "Gah!" I twirled her and dipped her over my knee. "You wouldn't by any chance be looking for a newer model, would you? I come with flexing action."
I bounced my pecs for her and her eyes widened in speechlessness. The other guy that was standing behind James started chuckling to himself. "Looks like Malibu Ken is performing a mating dance for your girl. Haha." James exhaled angrily. "Shut up, Jay." He then walked up to me with clear annoyance on his face. "If you wouldn't mind, we are in a hurry. Why don't you let go of her so we can act like mature adults?" I looked up at him with a confused expression. "That's it? You see me take your woman off of her feet and flaunt my phenomenal body at her, and all you do is ask me to stop politely?"
I looked back down at Molly and smirked at her. "If you were mine and I saw another guy do that to you, his head would be on a stick within the next few seconds." Her face reddened but at the same time, she seemed freaked-out. I took that as a good thing and she clumsily moved out of my grip. "Okay... So um, Kane, was it? Why don't you tell us more about this antidote?" James then turned to her and spoke in a whispering tone, even though I could very well hear what he was saying. "Molly. This guy seems like trouble."
She spoke back in the same tone. "Trouble or not, he's the only man to survive a zombie bite." I liked the way she called me a man and Erin noticed it. 'Oh my god, I am so psyched right now! Just grab her by the waist and go fucking nose-deep in her pussy!' His comment made me laugh a little in surprise. "Calm down man. You can't just say stuff like that with no warning." Mary interjected nervously. 'And besides, she is in fact, spoken for.' I nodded. "True. But not for long." It was then I noticed everyone looking at me funny. "What?" The guy called Jay looked around a bit before turning back to me. "Boy, who you talking to?"
I realized that they couldn't hear what was going on in my head and thought I was crazy. I decided to clear up the misunderstanding. "Oh, don't worry about it. The voices in my head are a little excited right now."
