Ari stood on a street corner waiting for the light to turn red. Out of nowhere a small blue car rushed down the road and stopped directly in front of her. The driver rolled down the tinted passenger side window and Ari saw her aunt staring daggers through her.
"Get in" she said sharply as Ari opened the door and climbed inside. Each time Ari attempted to speak up Wendy shushed her as she drove. Checking their surroundings at every stop Wendy made several sharp turns before parking in a large parking structure.
"Can I talk now or..." Ari asked snarkily. "You are not in a position to be making smart-ass remarks!" Wendy said as Ari shrunk in her seat. "Well maybe if you explained any of this I'd know what's going on" Ari said under her breath as she rolled her eyes.
