And the further changes will be gradually adopted. As for other races, they can capture Pokemons in Pokeballs but they can also only have 6 Pokemons at a time in a UVR approved battle. The Emergence of Pokemon Realm has made a huge Shockwaves all over the Universe. Now everyone knew that there is going to be a shuffling of Existing Rankings.

On the other hand Quetzalcoatl looked at the Feather and felt a calling as if he is missing his greatest Treasure. Sphinx " That is Ho-oh's Rainbow Feather!!! "
Brad " Yes, the Guardian of Sky and Flames, he is also a Legendary Pokemon that deals with Life. The Ho-oh's has nine coloured Flames where 7 colours burns different concepts. White Flames burns Sins within the Soul and Purifies it. Black Flames targets Evil and enforces Punishment.
