The cave echoed with soft melodies from several instruments playing, giving it a romantic feel. The slow glow from the numerous little lights was able to create an illusion of being under the stars
"Can I ask you a question?" Sinclair asked his voice was gentle. Venessa felt a bit uncomfortable by that question because she had no idea what it was going to be, but her curiosity still prompted her to want to know more.
"What is it? The way you are looking all serious kind of makes me nervous." She blurted at him. Sinclair gave her a gentle smile.
He took in a sharp breath, feeling a bit uncomfortable about the question he was about to ask. "There is this question that has been bugging me for a while, and I need a girl's opinion," he went ahead to continue talking. Venessa seemed to have relaxed a bit. She thought he wanted to ask about Jayden, or maybe by coincidence, he discovered she had a rental job.
